We all have been to Shanghai except Xiao Li.besides, except, except for 与 but 的区别:
(1)besides意为“除……以外(还有)”。在否定句中可与except换用。常与also, else, more, other, another连用。
(2)except意为“除去,除……之外(不再有……)”。表示从整体中除去一部分,除去的是同类食物。常与no, all, none, nothing, everything, anything等连用。一般不位于句首。
(3)except for 意为“除了……”。表示对句子主题进行细节校正或附加说明,而且前后提到的事物往往不同类。
(4)but意为“除……之外”,可与except 通用。

①will可用来表示事物的固有属性或必然趋势。

Fish will die without water.②will,shall 表示将来,有时含偶然性、临时决定的意思。

(3)“be going to + 动词原形”多用在口语中,表示“计划、打算要做某事”,此外,be going to还可表示根据现在的迹象,对未来进行推断。e.g.他计划今晚在电视上讲话。
He is going to speak on TV this evening.(4)“be about to + 动词原形”表示“立即的将来”,因此表示该结构不与表示将来的具体时间状语连用,但可以和并列连词when(=and at that time)引出的分句连用。e.g.火车就要开了。

(1)表示说话时或目前一段时间内正在进行的活动:或表感情色彩,加强语气。与频率副词,如always,constantly,continually,again等连用表示说话人的某种感情色彩(赞叹、厌烦、埋怨等)。

We are having English class.这房子是这几天里建好的。
The house is being built these days.这个男孩总会惹麻烦。
The little boy is always making trouble.(2)在时间状语从句或条件状语从句中表示将来正在进行的动作。
e.g.当你过马路的时候要小心。
Look out when you are crossing the street.如果明早7点他还在睡觉的话,不要把他叫醒。
Don’t wake him up if he is still sleeping at 7 tomorrow morning.(3)表示在最近按计划或安排要进行的动作(这时多有表示将来的时间状语)。

出示几幅相同物品的单复数对比图片,让学生学会使用并区分is 和are的用法。知道“单数 is 复数 are 的基本规则。5.活动三: 学生四人小组内开展小记者调查活动,调查学校的一位任课教师或某位自己喜爱的明星。上课时组织开一个新闻发布会。让发言的学生说说调查的结果,并由其他组的学生向该组的同学发问,如:Tell me more about Miss Long’s age? 等等。因为是学生熟悉和喜爱的人,所以学生发问的积极性很高,有效地运用了“Tell me about„” 的句型。
6.学生理解和掌握对话后,全班一起完成AB练习1。先请学生读懂各个问题,然后放录音,请学生们认真听,然后口头回答并书写问题。最后全班一起核对答案。
