一、顾大局,尽职责,全心全意投入工作

工作两年来,我深知110接处警工作是公安机关的一项重要职能,是建设和谐警民关系的桥梁和纽带,随着110日益深入人心,人民群众也更加熟知与依赖110,对110的期望值越来越高,由此对我们接警台工作的要求也越来越高。如果接处警工作不到位,就会直接影响公安机关在人民群众心目中的形象。因此,结合市局开展的“???法治理念教育”、“解放思想大讨论”等活动,深刻领会贯彻上级领导意图,认真的处理每一起报警电话,设身处地的做到想群众之所想、急群众之所急、帮群众之所求,将小小接警台当成公安机关亲民、爱民的窗口,将群众和各出警单位的满意度作为衡量工作质量的标准,今年以来,我共值班??次,受理报警求助电话??起,安排有效警情??起,未受到一次有效投诉,较好的维护了公安机关的良好形象。

二、顺民意,献真情,真心实意服务群众

作为110接警员,在接处警工作中,要深怀一颗爱民之心。我自觉站在群众的角度思考问题,想群众之所想,给群众之所需,帮群众之所求,做到知民心、顺民意、解民忧、帮民困、救民难,变受理为服务,寓服务于受理。应信守“四有四必”的承诺,设身处地地体会一名普通百姓、受害者、求助者的感受,深刻领悟“执法为民”的深刻内涵,明确自己不仅是执法者,也是权为民所用、情为民所系、利为民所谋的具体落实者。在处理群众报警过程中,既要善于用法,又要学会用情;既要与人民群众心连心,又要与人民群众心换心。所谓心连心,就是要做到民情民意入耳,民声民求入脑,民利民苦入心;所谓心换心,就是在心连心的基础上,要求接处警人员主动与人民群众在心理上调换位置,换位思考,充分了解报警群众最迫切、最希望解决的是什么?从而有针对性地处理和解决群众亟待解决的问题,真正赢得群众的信任。举例:---

三、勤学习,善总结,诚心正意提高素质

经过近两年的工作实践,我深知做一名合格的接警员必 须要有过硬的政治素质、良好的心理素质、缜密的判断能力、丰富的业务知识,才能在工作中更好地驾驭局面,处理警情,因此,我平时认真的参加科里组织的业务学习,虚心向领导和同事请教。比如,向来值班的各单位领导学习处变不惊,驾驭事件的心态,向?班长、?班长、?班长、?班长学习熟练调度复杂警情的方法,向?姐、?姐和其他同事学习答复群众问题的技巧,向各处警单位学习对辖区情况的熟悉程度。通过细心地观察、学习,我较好的掌握了接警员应具备的“耳、手、口、脑”四项基本功,熟悉接处警流程,熟练指挥科各种设备的操作。

四、查问题,找不足,以整改促进步

回顾一年来的工作,有成绩,也有不足。通过认真的总结剖析,认为存在以下几点:一是有时工作态度不严谨,如对报警人的耐心说服能力有待提高;二是对业务知识掌握的还不够全面,如对辖区地理位置划分了解的不清楚,有时候会派错出警单位,造成不必要的麻烦;三是组织纪律性稍差,未能认真遵守规章制度,有迟到、笔记记录不全等现象发生。

以上是我个人的工作总结,有不足的地方,请领导和领导给予批评指正。

第四篇:接警工作流程

接到公安类警情后,110接线员通过350兆电台、GPS点对点指挥调度系统直接调度街面巡逻车、网络派单指令分局综合室双向处置形式指令基层单位出警处置;接到联动类警情,110接线员根据群众的不同诉求,初步判明性质及归口单位,以网络派单形式指令相关联动单位办理。联动单位的受理、督办、反馈等工作,由市政府110联动办相关科室负责;诉求复杂或管辖部门暂时不明的,转110联动办直接转办。各县及吉利区有各自的110报警台,工作运作模式及职责范围与市区基本一致。

自2010年开展110联动工作以来,110指挥中心共受理群众各类报警求助和诉求电话776万余次,有效报警及诉求248万余起,其中联动诉求128万余起。2015年,110共受理各类民生诉求32万起,办结率达99.4%,对110联动群众满意率达96.8%。

消防报警与接警程序

1、值班员接警必须使用规范用语,语言清楚,填写《出车命令》记录细致;

2、要稳定报警人员的情绪,告诉报警人不要惊慌,问清着火部位、燃烧物料的性质,有无人员被困;

3、在接到报警求助时要问明火灾事发的地点,报警人姓名、电话并提示报告人保持电话畅通;

4、通知报警人到路口等候消防队的到来;

5、启动消防报警按钮,把《出车命令》交给消防灭火战斗班班长,将有关情况报告值班队长。

6、值班员应与灭火战斗班班长保持密切联系:了解火场动态情况,随时将火场情况报告给上级领导。

7、及时准确的下达上级领导下发的各项指令。
