在人生的道路上，我们大多感谢自己的亲人，感谢自己的朋友，感谢一切帮助过自己的人，但是今天我要感谢一个人，那就是我的对手甚至是我的敌人。
生活中需要对手。对手是个助推器，他迫使你进步。对手是面镜子，他毫不留情地利用你的缺点来进攻，这就帮助你改正缺点。对手是座警钟，他时时刻刻在提醒你：无论你取得多大的进步，都决不能自满。正是有了对手的存在，使我们有了奋斗的勇气和动力，从而激发我们的斗志。
我看过一篇文章，写的是日本北海道的一种鱼，叫鳗鱼。这种鱼肉味鲜美，但是有一个缺点，就是捞上来过一会儿就死了。活鳗鱼的价格是死鳗鱼价格的好几倍，当地的渔民都想不到用什么好方法来让鳗鱼多存活些时间，唯独有一个老渔民捞的鳗鱼到市场后，仍然是活蹦乱跳的，不但没有死，而且还都挺精神的。其他的人都不知道是什么原因。后来那位老渔民告诉他们，办法很简单，就是在放鳗鱼的水里放入几条鳗鱼的天敌——狗鱼，让那几条狗鱼在众多的鳗鱼中间钻来钻去，搅得鳗鱼不得安宁，这样鳗鱼就会活动起来，只要鳗鱼活动起来，那它们就死不了。因为有他们的天敌狗鱼存在，也就是他们有对手存在，才使鳗鱼得以生存。
孟子曾经说过，生于忧患，死于安乐。确实是这样，如果没有狗鱼的存在，那些鳗鱼安于快乐，不思进取，缺少精神，没有斗志，很快就会死亡。而有了天敌和对手的存在，它们就会害怕，就会活动起来，反而生存得更好。没有对手，下场是可悲的，就像孟子说的那样，“入则无法家拂士，出则无敌国外患者，国恒亡”。
懂得为对手喝彩的人是大度的，懂得为对手开拓的人是聪明的，懂得为对手感恩的人是无私的。让我们与对手用互动的双手搭成一道彩虹，一起通向成功的彼岸，一起走过水深火热，走过繁花似锦，走过泥泞沼泽，走过烈日阳春，然后，推窗望月，心澈如泉，心朗如天。生命在彼此的帮助下得到升华。

第五篇：仁爱教案
让宽容之花处处盛开
一、主题背景：
学生到5年级后，我逐渐发现，他们的自尊心越来越强。现代社会的复杂性使得学生普遍提前步入青春叛逆期。这个年段的孩子关注自己内心的感受，在生活中常常以自我为中心，过分在意他人的评价。最近我班上出现多起因误解而发生激烈争执的事件。部分学生出现人际交往危机。为了让学生建立良好的人际关系，我想送给孩子们人际交往的法宝——宽容。为此，我制定了以下活动目标
二、活动目标
1、懂得什么是宽容，2、为什么要有宽容的品质
3、了解和体验怎样在生活中做到宽容。考虑到5年级的学生在过往的学习生活中，虽然已了解许多如何与人相处的规则和方法。但由于其“喜爱积极展现自我，却不愿尝试欣赏他人。”的特点，我将了解和体验怎么在生活中做到宽容作为本次活动的重点和难点。
五、活动过程：
为了落实目标。在本次活动中，我共设计了三个环节。环节一让学生初步了解什么是宽容，环节二让学生在事例分析和游戏中了解：为什么我们的生活需要宽容以及怎么在生活做到宽容。环节三是本次活动的重点环节，在这个环节中孩子们将践行宽容。下面我就详细的说说这三个环节的设计思路。环节一：什么是宽容？
一、动画片引入，引导学生初步感知为什么要有宽容的品质。有效的教育必须采用儿童乐于和适于接受的形式。因此，活动开始我采用了播放动画片的形式，考虑到事例既要贴近儿童生活，又要体现国学特色，我选取弟子规中《宽以待人》这个动画视频，展开话题讨论。让学生在观看讨论中了解到宽容他人不仅能得到对方的敬重，更重要的是宽容的心会让身边的人更加快乐、和谐的相处。从而自然地引出了“宽容”这个主题。
二、趣解“宽容”
宽容有三种释义，1、允许别人自由行动或判断。
2、耐心而毫无偏见地容忍与自己观点或公认的观点不一致的观点。
3、宽大有气量，不计较，不追究。在学生对宽容的规范释义有了整体感知后我引导学生观察字形，得出宽容的趣解：就是像杂草一样的意见都能容忍。通过对“宽容”这个词语意思的理解，让学生对宽容有基本的认识。引导他们发现在生活中怎样做到宽容的方法。环节二：习得如何做到宽容。
在这个环节中我选取了2个生活中的典型事例教育引导学生，并让学生在心理活动游戏中体会宽容的魅力。虽然宽容的内涵很广，但我只选取了学生在生活中不容易做到的三点：遗忘伤害、换位思考、赞美他人来深入体会。
一、遗忘伤害
为什么有的学生在人际交往中感觉到会越来越孤单，很重要的一点就是他们不会遗忘。因此我将遗忘伤害放在环节二的开头。为了让学生感受到在我们的生活中处处需要宽容。首先，我播放了一个取材于我班真人真事的情景剧短片《你是猪》。播放之前，我提出观看要求，如果你是当事人，你会怎么做？激发学生的观看期待。视频看完后让同学们讨论，如果你是小林，你会怎么做？引发学生迫切想知道如何做才能不伤两人和气，继续两人友谊的办法。变教师的“说教”为学生的主动“求教"。这时我以“同学，你们想知道如果我是小林我会怎么做吗？”引出《齐桓公和管仲》的故事，让学生边听故事边寻找答案。教师的大道理说教变为讲历史名人故事，同学们自然乐意听。故事讲完后，只是提问同学们，1、你有生过别人的气，不理他吗？
2、如果你现在还在生某人的气，此刻你最想做什么呢？这对于好面子的五年级学生来说，无疑是最大的尊重，这样的提问不仅引起学生反思自己在遇到类似事件时不正确的处理方式。还让学生感受到宽容就是遗忘伤害。
二、游戏“认人”，让学生初步感知换位思考。
在学生经过深沉的反思后，我插入一个手指小游戏“认人”，让同桌用两只手做一个人字，然后让对方看，对方将看到一个“入”字。这个活动既活跃气氛，又让学生在这个游戏中初步感知什么是换位思考。在学生愉悦的游戏体验中我顺势开始“说你说我”这个心理小游戏。
三、游戏“说你说我”，学会赞美他人。
在马斯洛的需要层次论中说道：人是社会的一员，需要友谊和群体的归属感，人际交往需要彼此同情互助和赞许。而赞美他人却是学生最不愿意做的事。因此我设计了这个游戏。在这个游戏中，我让学生先互相说缺点，然后再互相说优点，强烈的心理反差能使学生更真切的感受到赞美带给人的心理愉悦。这时再请同学最后对你的同桌说一句话，你想说他的缺点还是优点呢？同学们都会选择说优点。最后让同学们说出同桌三个以上的优点，强化学生赞美他人的行为。在这个游戏中，学生不仅能实践到换位思考的方法，更重要的是学生会深切的体会到赞美他人给自己和他人带来的精神快乐。以此让学生在今后的生活中乐意通过赞美他人来宽容他人性格的缺陷，建立良好的人际关系。环节三：寓教于乐，巩固认识成果
一、漫画促反省，践行宽容
“光说不练的教育不是真正的德育，起码不是完善的德育” 因此，在学生对如何做到宽容有了一定的了解后，我截取了几个同学们在日常生活中常常遇到的不和谐现象让学生思考讨论。为避免学生产生视觉疲劳，我选择了以漫画方式呈现。让同学们观看漫画后，思考，如何化解双方的矛盾，践行孩子们对宽容的理解。
二、说声“对不起”，强化宽容行为
为了深化学生对宽容的理解，增强学生对宽容带给自己和他人的幸福感受，；强化学生对宽容的行为。最后在音乐中我将鼓励学生对自己曾经伤害过、或者挑剔过的同学说声“对不起”。本次班会也在这样一种宽容他人，快乐你我的和谐、美好气氛中圆满结束。
