关于KTV公主底薪及提成事宜
为了提高酒店经济效益,调动各位对KTV营销工作的积极性,锻炼自我营销能力和全方位的业务技能技巧,现制定以下薪资和提成方案。
一、工资:
1.KTV公主从2013年1月1日起以看房打单费计算月工资。每月1号至3号之前上交财务看房小票。
2.从2013年1月1日起暂停收取公主管理费。
3.从2013年1月1号起对每月正常上班,未能看房公主公司将给每人50元补贴。注:(除事假、病假、当班中途请假、迟到、早退)以外。
4.公主新入职需交纳500元入职公主服装费用,无论是辞退及辞职该服装费均不退还。公主包另买50元/个,公主服另买250/套。5.公主宿舍正常收费为300元/间。水电费另计。
标准房为4人/间标准房则75/元位。一人间标准房300/位。二人间标准房150/位。入住公主可适当选择不同标准(可选择合住),根据入住人数平均分摊房租。
6.按照房间标准配备公主,特殊情况由总经理及执行董事另行通知。7.二、营销方案如下:
1.通过个人营销工作招徕的有KTV消费可以计算提成。无任务:订房提成统一按4%计算。
2.属签单挂账房:则不纳入当月提成协议业绩之内,待追回挂账时,再计提成。
3.房间不够低消费也算提成业绩。4.公司接待房、员工房、DJ公主费、赔偿费、开瓶房一律不计算个人提成。
5、客户自己上门联系的KTV消费不计算营业额。

为提高市场竟争力,公司将逐步完善相关制度,特别是日常管理制度和费用管理制度,特订立本方案;
对费用管理必须坚持项目管理,注意费用为项目而出,为提高营业额服务;员工要树立自己是自己的老板观念,在有限的资源基础上来自己经营;另外,费用要与具体利益挂钩,和提成比例挂钩。业务的发展,离不开团体的努力,到客户现场的技术员,更应该注重客户的心理,注意客户的情绪变化和对自己所讲信息的反馈:你卖给客户不是产品的价格,而是价值,这些价值体现在对方(客户)整体销售业绩提高、队伍的专业化、业务水平及能力的提高各个方面价值;
1. 目的:规范员工薪酬,稳定员工队伍,适应发展需要。2. 范围:所有员工。3. 内容: 3.1 薪资:
3.1.1 薪资组成:总薪资=(底薪+全勤奖+补贴+业务提成)--(伙食+代扣+应扣日杂费);
3.1.2 底薪:是指根据实际工作岗位而设的薪资,不同工种薪资不同,主要定额标准为其工作责任及工作难易程度。(具体底薪标准附表1《员工底薪标准》)
3.1.5 全勤奖:指除节假日外的正常工作时间全勤参与工作的,如果当月出勤状况为满勤,全勤奖为50 元;工伤假按实际批准日期不扣全勤奖,当月事假在一个工作日以上的即无全勤奖。当月迟到和早退总数在三次(不含)以上或当月旷工一天(含)以上者,当月均无全勤奖。
3.1.6 业务提成:业务提成只针对本公司正式人员(仍在公司培训期的人员不享受业务提成),在完成基本业务量后,根据实际工作情况,各提成比例按合同订单或纯利润的百份比计算:
3.1.6.1 硬件系统:大型网络工程为3%;或纯利润的10~20%,电脑装机提5~10%;
3.1.6.2 特殊项目:监控系统和集团电话系统的建设项目按合同金额的3%提成;3.1.6.3 相纸系统、IP电话超市系统提成5%;同一项目的提成额不作累加;
3.1.7 补贴和交通费
3.1.7.1通讯费补贴:满试用期后的业务员、技术人员由公司核销通讯设备的基本月租及集群网费30元,因实际情况无法使用公司集群网的人员经申请批准补贴25 元/月;
3.1.7.2 交通费:外勤业务人员因工作需要,经申请实报实销交通费 3.2 福利:包括:伙食补贴、有薪假、生活补贴和住房补贴; 3.2.1生日补贴:公司所有人员在本人生日当月均可享受50 元的生日补贴。
3.2.1.1伙食补贴:在公司就餐每月伙食标准为260元;公司负责中餐者补贴150元/月;
3.2.1.2有薪假期:根据国家相关规定,本公司员工均可享受如下有薪假期:元旦:1 天;春节:5 天;劳动节:2 天;国庆节:2 天。每月休2天;无法按时休假的,根据工作安排调休;
3.2.1.3保险:试用期满后的外勤人员须购买人身意外险,公司负责核销50%费用。
3.2.1.4日常用品补贴;公司对淋浴用品、洗衣粉等日常用品按每人30元/月核销;水电费核销20元;(在公司食宿者本项补贴按每月实际发生额多除少补)
3.2.1.5租房补贴:凡经申请批准在外租房的正式员工,每月补贴100~200元不等;
3.3 给薪及调薪:
试用期员工按底薪标准发放,不享受租房补贴,日常用品补贴及伙食补贴;新进员工暂扣一个月份工资(提成不扣);正常离职时结清返回员工;
3.3.1 正常调薪:公司根据营业业绩成长状况,在上一财年结束根据公司业绩,对员工的底薪实施调薪;
3.3.2.具有以下情况之一的员工,当月不考虑调薪:①未满试用期②服务期未满半年者(不含三个月试用期);③在近半年内停职或累计请假二周(含)以上者;④正式提出离职申请的员工;
3.3.3 异动调薪:本公司所有岗位异动的员工必须有一至三个月(不得少于一个月)的试用期,在试用期内享受该岗位试用期薪资及职务津贴,试用期满后将根据其实际工作表现实行调薪。
3.4 有下列情形之一时,公司将在员工的工资中直接扣除相应金额:①员工缺勤,应发工资额=(实际出勤天数/该月应出勤天数X该月应发薪资)②借支金额;③因违反公司管理制度而出现的罚款金额;④未办理正常离职手续,按规定扣除金额;⑤伙食费用。⑥生活日杂费;
3.5 薪资发放:
3.5.1薪资计算期从本月1 日到31 日止,公司发薪日期为次月的15日。3.5.2 如遇不可抗拒的事件而导致薪资推迟发放的,公司应提前一天通知,解释延缓发放薪资的原因,并告知员工延缓日期。
3.5.3 如因计算有误而导致员工所领金额出现误差的,应在发放薪资日向财务提出。务必在三天内为其计算正确薪资,多退少补。
4.其它 4.1 本工资方案不得外泄,如有不明之处或其它异议可直接向财务查询。4.2 本公司员工薪资对内、对外一律保密,员工应养成不探询他人薪资的礼貌,不评论他人薪资的风度,以自己实际工作表现获取相应的劳动报酬。
4.3 为确保本管理制度的适应性和有效性,拟每年进行一次检讨和修正。4.4 对于本管理制度所未规定的事项,经沟通协调后另行确定,需要时可及时编制新的补充规定。

为提高员工收入水平,实现营销、服务一体化,特制定该方案:
一、凡KTV部员工均可向顾客推广会员卡,推广并成功办理会员卡的,该会员卡内消费的所有业绩将按2%标准提成奖励给各推广员。
二、会员卡可于KTV部收银台或财务部办理,其房费充值权限如下(每月限充一次,每次充值额度按始充额度充值,其它充值规定一律取消,以该项为准): ① 充值房费500元的,各推广员可自行于收银台或财务部办理即可。② 充值房费800元的,各推广员须于部门经理处申请签批后方可办理。③ 充值房费1000元(或)以上的,部门经理须于总办申请签批后方可办理。
三、各推广员应自觉维护好其名下所有会员卡客户,并定期与客户取得联系,做好客服工作;各推广员可因客服需要,工作中途客串服务名下客户,每次客串服务仅限10分钟/次,并需征取同区服务员及当班管理层同意方可临时离开工作岗位。
四、会员卡的开通及使用详见总办于2012年下发的第“XH–SYGC–008”号文件规定执行。
五、业绩总额及奖金确认:财务每月25日前以报表形式公布发放至各部门。
六、此奖金发放形式及规定按当月20%,季度30%,年终50%执行。
七、以上提成方案仅限于KTV部服务员,其它人员不适用该方案。
八、此方案为试行方案,自2013年3月1日起执行。如经营中有不可预见性因素影响,则另作方案调整,具体见文件通知。

为更好的调动销售人员在酒店中发挥的实质作用和主观积极性,现将销售政策制定如下:
一、销售部(北京)员工工资底薪2000元(含养老保险),加补助500元(含养老保险金),养老保险金自行缴纳。每月15日发放工资
二、销售任务为每月餐饮5万元,客房8万元,共计13万元
三、销售人员在完成宾馆制定的销售任务后,超额部分,按3%的比例计入提成。未完成宾馆制定的销售任务,将扣除基本工资的20%.三个月未完成任务
者将免去销售员职务.(注:销售员的提成必须在钱帐两清后,方可取得。如
销售任务已完成,但账目上还存在应收未收的款项,则只能取得已收回费
用的提成)。
四、关于住房款或餐费如在当月没有结清,则务必于次月的7号前结清,如果是长期合作的旅行社可酌情顺延,但最多不能超过15号。销售人员如未
能在规定期限内将所欠房款或餐费结清,将暂停其所在岗位的销售工作,并令其及时收取欠款。直到钱帐两清方能回到本岗位继续工作。
五、销售人员考勤制度,由于销售工作有它的的特性,经常外出拜访客户,所以现要求本部门员工,早上九点前到岗打卡,晚六点后打卡下班。不迟
到,不早退,有事或外出提前打招呼。每天回到销售部将一天的事情汇总
