奢侈品从字面意思理解应是闪光的、明亮的、吸引人的、让人享受的物品。经济学中奢侈品的定义是相对必需品来说的，即随着收入的增长，商品的需求量 也在增长，但需求的增长幅度高于收入的增长幅度，且其思格尔曲线呈下凹形的 商品.1.2奢侈品的种类

2.3中国奢侈品出口现状 中国奢侈品品牌较少，在对外出口的过程中存在种类单一的问题，同时出口的奢侈品普遍档次较低。据贝恩公司最近一项民意调查显示，全世界83的奢侈品消费者认为自己从没有购买过中国市场出口的奢侈品，11%的消费者回答不清楚自己是否购买过中国市场出口的奢侈品，仅有6%的消费者回答购买过中国的奢侈品。其中93.7%的消费者认为中国奢侈品市场仅出口“五粮液”“茅台”“武夷大红袍”等几个奢侈品牌。

商务部2010年统计数据表明，中国市场仅有酒、茶叶、服装行业具有奢侈品牌而别的行业没有一个具备完整体系的奢侈品品牌。

中国的奢侈品价格之所以高得令人咋舌，根本上还是复合税制的结果。比如，一件国外进口的高档化妆品本身蕴含了三重税，10%进口关税、17%的增值税、以及30%的化妆品消费税。即奢侈品入境第一关是征关税，第二关是在关税基础上征消费税，第三在消费税基础上再征增值税，但在美国，关税税率一般很低,也没有增值税，高税收主要体现在个人所得税方面，地区价差大的原因还有品牌针对初级市场对产品价格的高估而有意识提价。这些原因在一定程度上影响了国内的消费，人们更愿意去国外购买奢侈品

4.1奢侈品进口贸易规范化

加强个人海外邮寄监管 海外代购业务不断发展成熟，但是海关在监管中也不断发现，有些不法分子开始借用个人物品伪装，从事一些个人经营进口奢侈品的拆装邮寄，从而借助个人物品免征额优惠规定，逃避政府监管。这不仅造成了国家关税收入减少，也逃避了国家对奢侈品的监管，从而打乱奢侈品市场的平衡。因此国家有必要加强对个人海外邮寄商品的监管力度，坚决打击部分商户利用个人名义邮寄奢侈品的行为，并且积极透明奢侈品价格规范奢侈品进口市场。

4.2深化奢侈品阶梯关税政策，我国奢侈品税收极高，这导致奢侈品，特别是中低档奢侈品在国内外价格差距极大，这就促使很多内消费者选择去境外购买奢侈品。如果适当降低部分中低档奢侈品的关税，则产品价格会响应降低，这样可以促使中国境内奢侈品消费市场的发展，促进经济发展。

大家好!

我是10国贸般的王叶，作为贸易金融学院13届毕业生的代表，我感到很荣幸，今天在这庄严的毕业典礼上，代表全体毕业生在此发言。

还记得的刚来学校的我们，在家长的护送下拖着行李，带着梦想，来到了江苏经贸。在炎热的天气中结束了我们的军训。那时的我们对学长学姐们的无限崇拜，积极的询问我们该如何学习，如何将大学过的完美。那时候就有一个信念，一定要好好努力，不给大学留有什么遗憾。也就是这么一个简单而坚定的信念，让我们在寻找着每一个目标，给自身灌注奋斗的动力。

大家一定还记得一起加油的运动会，一起上过的晚自习，一起奋战的考试，一起经历的苏果实训.............又伤心但更多的是团结与收获。大三的课程很快的结束了，我们开始奔波于招聘会，在网上投递简历。有的同学很幸运的找到了比较满意的工作，也有的同学拿着厚厚的简历却迟迟找不到工作，那时的我们很敏感，也很脆弱，却也很坚强。

我们已经在经贸度过了三年时光，现在大多数的我们已经步入了工作岗位，不得不感叹时间真的很快。现在的我不想说大学我们获得了多少荣誉，考了多少证书，我想说的是我们的那份执着与认真，我们大学生活的那种感情与信念。

最近，我常常考虑一个问题:假如我可以再度过一次大学生活，又会选择怎样的生活方式?会努力地追求些什么?放弃些什么?想着想着就想哭了，因为一说假如就意味着伤感，因为这意味着大学即将结束了。

相信我们多少都有一些遗憾吧，也许是没有参加很多活动，也许是没有谈一场难忘的恋爱，也许是没有拿过奖学金，也许是没有过六级，也许是没有好好出去旅游.........大多数的我们都没有毕业旅行，但我想给大家一个建议 ：和同学老师们拍些照片留念，在教学楼，图书馆，小桥边，食堂，亦或者是我们的地铁站，因为这里承载着我们三年的感情，因为这时的情和景是永远无法替代的。结伴重走我们的校园，多年后会觉得那是的石头都有着感情。

也许有的人觉得自己可以毫不在乎，但当离别就这样到来的时候，才发现自己真的很舍不得。也许有的同学曾经抱怨学校的宿舍没有空调，可是当几年后发现原来的宿舍住着陌生的面孔，一定会想念曾经，眼角泛着泪。还有食堂，图书馆，教学楼...........母校就是我们自己可以随时抱怨，却容不得别人说它半点不好。

当然我想对我们毕业生说：

首先一个人在以后工作和生活的过程中要保持良好的心态及高昂的自信心。不要刻意模仿任何人，做人要显示出自己的特色。

再者，在工作中一定要仔细，多学多问多做，学会总结，提高自己各方面能力，不让自己成为可有可无的人。
