专业硕士是我国研究生教育的一种形式，根据国务院学位委员会的定位，专业学位为具有职业背景的学位，培养特定职业高层次专门人才。专业硕士教育的学习方式比较灵活，大致可分为在职攻读和全日制学习两类。

看到这里，有人会问，专业硕士和学术性硕士有区别不？准确的说是有，学术性硕士是搞学术的，专业硕士是培养就业的，其它的都差不多，大家需要注意的是无论是学术性还专业性硕士，只要是全日制的含金量就ok，全日制是指在校上课的那些人，不是指读在职的。

2、金融专业硕士（mf）的状况及院校选择（以下金融硕士统用mf代替）

mf是从2011年开始招生，截止到今年已经三届，国内的重点院校以及财经院校都开设此专业，学制从两年到三年不等，一般为两年，学费比较贵，一年两万左右，（东财1.5万一年，暂无公费），不同学校有不同的优势，如果你将来想去投行或者券商总部之类的可以报考上财、清华、北大之类的，当然竞争压力非常大，如果你不喜欢快节奏的生活，可以选择东财等等，大连环境挺好，生活节奏也比较慢，这主要取决于个人想法，不过，想法归想法，还要结合自身能力，前者的分数是很高的，并且复试很容易刷人，至于东财，个人认为比较公平。好吧，从这里开始，开始重点介绍，东财金融硕士。

3、东财金融硕士就业情况

这个大家最关心，先说下学制，东财的金融硕士学制两年，是1加1模式，即在校读一年课，第二年工作（类似于大四那年，可以应聘工作，毕业正式签合同），双导师配置，在校第一年有校内导师，主要负责指导学习和论文，校外导师负责第二年的实习工作指导，2011届的学生现在已经是第二年，也就是他们已经开始工作了，大部分人去了股份制银行（中信，浦发），也有人去了四大，也有国企，至于薪水，估计刚到的几年应该不会超过10万，金融业的薪水都比较可观。总的来说，就业还是挺好的，尤其在东三省，东财还算出名。当然，如果你就铁了心了去投行或者是券商总部，那就不要考虑东财了，基本没戏，不过，有一点，无论是投行还是四大，工作压力相当大，哈哈，具体可以参考百度。

4、考试难易度

考试科目参照招生简章，东财研究生院网站可以下载，唯一需要说明的也是很多人都问专业课的情况，东财的431金融学综合指定的教材是货币银行学、国际金融学、证券投资学，不是公司财务之类的，这个大家不要疑惑，专业课考试范围，教育部每年会给一个大纲，但这个仅仅是一个参考，具体书目有各个学校自己把握。我个人认为东财这个指定好，因为好多考生是跨专业的，有的学校专业课是参照教育部大纲的，这就惨了，毫无重点可言，对于

本校考生还能好些，外校的一点头绪都没有，但是你具体指定书目就不一样了，最起码有了方向，说到这，如果有童鞋需要东财431教材的笔记，请留下邮箱。

平心而论，东财mf分数不高，这几年基本参考国家线，复试也没有刷人，但是这两年实际招生比计划招生要多许多，调剂过来的人比较多，还是很热门的，不过大家需要注意的是，东财mf专业课这几年有变难的趋势，考的越来越细，越来越深，大家复习时需要下功夫，当然，也不要害怕，比起那些不给参考书或参考书目虚无飘渺的学校，还是简单的，三本书学透，什么也不用担心！

5、调剂

东财的考研分数年前已经公布了，有几个人问我调剂的问题。东财mf不接受外校调剂，仅仅面向本校，其实其它学校也是如此，金融是个热门的专业，本校名额都不够，怎么可能给外校，当然不排除西北和西南若干个学院接受调剂。
