(第一课时)
教学内容: 小学英语教材《开心学英语》Book 6 Unit2 Vacation Plans 的第一课时。学习句型:How are you going to Guangzhou? Where are you going to stay? 以及八个新单词。教师在教学中,以旧引新,通过创设一些学生熟悉的情景来导入单词和句型。教学中,主要围绕“旅游出行的方式以及住宿”这个话题展开各种活动,所设计的日常交际项目有读单词卡、询问、玩牌、拍牌、阅读等等。
学情分析:
五年级的学生活泼好动,有着极强的求知欲和表现欲,喜欢直观形象思维,对游戏、竞赛、画画特别感兴趣。他们已经有了一定的学习基础,在四年级下册已经学习了一般将来时态be going to +动词原形。在这个基础上,我们本单元继续学习这个时态,对学生来说,比较容易接受。
设计理念: 《英语课程标准》要求小学英语教学以激发学生兴趣为出发点,并提倡采用任务型教学法,因此在本课时教学中注重为学生创设较真实的语言交际情景,同时采用小组竞赛和课堂活动等方式来学习、操练单词和句型。在课堂教学过程中,始终遵循“多信息、快节奏、勤反复”的原则来展开教学,并注意教学内容的层次性,由浅入深,循序渐进。
教学目标: 1.知识与技能目标:
(1)能听、说、读、写本课新单词: by ship ,by plane ,by bus, by train,stay in a hotel, stay with my aunt and uncle, go camping, go sightseeing.(2)能够运用句型:How are you going to Guangzhou? Where are you going to stay?询问并回答。
2.情感目标

1.教师带学生走进上衣和裙子服装店,(课件出示)师说,Look at these clothes,which clothes do you like?生答:I like the +颜色+服装名称。师再进一步指导学生用句型:I like the+颜色+服装名称+with+颜色+服装名称.(教师并进一步讲解此句型用于服装搭配,并强调此处用with而不是用and.)
2.利用课件,分小组对以上句型进行练习,并及时画星星给与鼓励。(此环节主要考察学生对句型的掌握能力和应用能力)
3.师说,我们买上了上衣,我们在到裤子店里去看看。课件出示裤子服装店。
师指着裤子问:What are they? What colour?Where are the…?指导生回答.在学生自己练习,并及时画星星鼓励。(利用课件对以上重点句型进行练习)
4.师说,Sarah没有买上合适的衣服,她让Amy和她一起回家帮她选衣服。课件出示Sarah的衣服。教师先扮演Amy,叫一学生扮演Sarah,师生之间利用句型Is this your….?Yes,it is/.No,it’s not.What colour is it? Whose is it? Are these those….? Yes,they are./ No,they aren’t.What colour are they? Whose are these/those? 等进行练习。(此环节不仅对课本的重点句型进行了训练,而且也对知识进行了拓展)
5.师说,Now we bought our clothes,let’s have a try.课件出示let’s do 的画面录音,学生跟唱做动作。(复习let’s do的内容)
三、拓展/巩固(Extension/Consolidation)
1.师指导学生利用衣服实物,运用以下句型进行练习。

3.教师利用已经穿上各式服装的玩具,将讲台布置成一个展柜,向学生们介绍“玩具们正在举行服装秀”,让学生们也加入到他们的行列,举行一场“Fashion Show”。在服装表演过程中表演者简单地介绍自己所制作的服装采用的材料。如:I used paper/plastic bags… 也可以与在座的观众交流,如:Look at my shirt.Is it pretty?Yes.It’s pretty.(有利于学生对所学知识的运用和拓展,同时又是对Story-time的复习和巩固)
4.师说,服装我们已挑选完毕,下面我们到单词乐园去看看吧。课件出示pronunciation的单词,指导学生自己总结字母“i”在开闭音节的不同发音。(培养学生的总结分析能力,为掌握元音字母的发音打下基础)
