初三一模家长会后感想

十天前学校组织初三一模考试,奇怪的是平时学校一直非常积极的是第一时间开家长会,这次是在左顾右盼等待十天后才进行.首先是校长解读今年的中考政策,然后是认课老师讲解了各门课的具体情况.时间已经是晚上七点(下午四点开始),不忍心再去麻烦老师.我们几个家长在路上聊起了自己的孩子,到家已经很晚了.从家长会后,我的感想是:

1.谁家家长觉悟的早,孩子培养的习惯好,高分就越有把握.理由:早在女儿七年级,女儿经常回来告诉我:在做试卷分析时,好多人提到要减少弱智性错误,我当时还和女儿说:错就错了,还说什么弱智性错?

岂不知,这时候家长是在有意训练孩子“会的不错”.2.家长对孩子考试心态的关注,锻炼有一颗平常心.学会放松.理由:孩子毕竟是孩子,由于学校的排名,孩子不管是那种性格都是很在乎分数的,如果家长知道这点,在没出现紧张的时候就有意训练学会如何放松心态,可能对孩子懂事后的学习是有帮助的.3.坚持坚持再坚持.理由:学习是一个连续的过程,只要坚持坚持再坚持,不断的了解自己知识的薄弱点(因为中考大纲已定),并且在了解自己的薄弱点,通过不断的学习把知识弄懂搞清,就会有高分.中考是比谁分高,而不是比谁满分或谁零分.只要坚持到最后,薄弱点就会降到最少,分就会越有可能越高.4.锤炼考试技巧.理由:在进入初三,大大小小的考试会有很多,而每次的考试学生都会应老师的要求做考试后的总结,怎么总结?怎样总结有效果?

最近在网上不断的学习,对女儿的关注也比较多.发现除了总结知识薄弱点外,更重要的是考试技巧总结,如我女儿考试老是怕时间不够,可能和女儿性格也有关,急!好强!

这次一模考试后她自我反省,不能听信别人的感觉,因为是急慢性子是不一样的.不需要怕时间不够的.因为平时做作业就比别人快,考试是考大多数人的,不可能做不完了.这样不担心时间,审题就会仔细点,也不需要赶急,在做题时因为跳步而错误,因为计算而错误.我说:你能这样总结就很好啊,中考前多次考试,对你是很有帮助,让你不仅总结了知识的薄弱点也总结了考试的技巧啊.在总结考试技巧后,又小考了一次,虽说没有满分还是犯了一个弱智错误,可是是好多了,97分(满分100).我说:再总结总结,锤炼锤炼,百炼才能成钢啊!

考试时间如何安排,确切的说,如何考试?如何考高分?要不断总结,开考卷面要大概看看,考试要带手表掌握时间,不需要心急,重要的是做对得分,而不是快做完.呵呵,开始了家长的唠叨,总之在初三一模家长会后有许多感想,有来自老师的,有来自家长的,有来自孩子的.让我们共同努力为孩子经历中考经历磨难长大成材!

一、考试情况总结:

一模考试结束了,我班有24人取得了进步,总体成绩保持了原有的状态,位居平行班第一,各学科较上学期期末均有一定的进步。特别是本次考试班级的及格率有了很大的突破,300分以下的人员减少到4人。

非常遗憾的是班级的优秀率仍然没有提高,除了李爽、李明洋两个学生的成绩能够跻身年级前50外,其他学生离优秀还有很大的差距。从成绩上看,多数学生集中在340分—380分段,处于年级的中等或偏下的位置。

二、开展的工作及学生的变化:

进入初三第二学期,学习压力增大,四班的学生明显变得紧张而焦虑。考虑到学生的实际情况,我首先与各学科教师进行了碰头,将学生..

分类进行分析,对于不同的学生将进行怎样的工作与各位任课教师协商。全员参与学生的管理,特别是帮助学生管理自己的情绪,面对知识漏洞及检测的失败或是学习上的压力,要进行情绪的疏导。第二步,坚持目...

学生的变化有一下几个方面的体现:

1、出现了一批好学的学生,带

动班级整体学习风气的变化。除了李爽、王雅琪等学生保持一贯的努力外,还有一些中等偏上的学生例如赵昕童、陈晓雨等也表现得非常努力。这些孩子在一模考试中都取得了进步。

2、晨检及自习课多数学生都能够自己安排时间,有效学习。

3、一部分学生表现出了积极向上的状态,如袁浩皓、高林等因为有强烈的入团要求,在行为、学习上都有了明显的转变。

4、对于即将面临的中考,虽然每个人都有焦虑,但是学生之间能够互相鼓励,没有保留的给予帮助,秉承了四班一贯的“相亲相爱”的风格,这是我非常愿意看到的。

三、反思与下阶段工作:

从一模考试的情况看,班级仍然存在一些不和谐现象:有一部分学生没有学习动力,学习效率低;有个别学生仍在扰乱课堂秩序;有一部分学生心理出现问题,需要加强关注。

下一阶段对于重点学生要开展一系列的工作。课堂纪律仍然存在问题的李沅杰,需要从感情上拉拢,从常规上严格要求;学习缺乏动力的张犇原野,需要做好家长的工作,对孩子多关心;疏于家庭管理的闫绍蒙,对其常规要常抓不懈,晓之以情;自我控制能力较差的孟启东,恩威并用,时常对其施加一定的压力;有早恋问题的王婉童,从家长到学校都严格控制他的时间,给予他更多的关注。心理压力过大,家长不知道怎样教育的张钰,帮她联系心理老师,对其进行考前心理指导。
