模拟国会 心得体会

模拟国会一直是我们文法学院行政管理专业的一个特色活动，是我院实践教学的一项很有意义的内容。时间很快，就是那么几十分钟，我们的模拟国会结束了。但几十分钟的表演凝聚的是我们很多天的反反覆覆的排练，是我们全体模拟国会同学共同努力的成果。

首先，在这次活动中，我作为美国国会众议院的一名议员，在模拟的过程中，我代表美国国会众议院共和党做了关于反对美国新医改法案的陈述。通过这次实践教学，我了解了美国国会审议议案的过程和基本要素，觉得关于审议方面的法律文书的格式和内容都记忆深刻。把理论付诸实践才能真正地理解所学的知识，并且融会贯通。这样的学习方法是很有效的。

其次，我们常常说要学以致用，在现在这个阶段最直接有效、锻炼实践我们知识技能的方式就是参加模拟国会的活动。在活动中我们需要充分发挥自身能力，自己找案例，自己分析，自己练程序等等，这所有的工作和任务，让我感到了现实国会审议工作的繁。通过这次模拟国会的活动，我深刻感受到了自己行政知识的欠缺，它更加使我明确了自己要努力的方向。虽然我们的程序还是有所欠缺，但是我认为我们的准备还是很完全的，在我们的能力范围内，我们都做了精心的准备。

再次，这次活动也更加和谐了我们同学之间的关系。大学生活，很多都是自己管自己，很少能有机会将同学们聚在一起互相了解，时间长了就很容易淡漠。但模拟国会给我们提供了这样一个机会，同学们在一起讨论国会审议程序的进行顺序，一遍一遍地不断排练，共同找出排练中的错误来不断完善我们的模拟国会。可以说这是我们所有成员团结的结果！

最后，希望以后我们有更多的机会参加这样的活动，虽然有时表现不好，但如果因为害怕自己表现不好，而不参与这样的活动，自己的能力永远不会提高。

梦想在前方，我们在路上

-----关于参加国会的两点心得体会

沐浴在十月的暖阳中，徜徉在飘香的季节里，我们迎来了国家级高效课堂的现场展示会。在这次活动中，我承担了语文学科名著导读课模式的公开课任务，现将体会和心得整理为以下两点：

一、公开课，教师专业化成长的舞台。

有人说，准备公开课的过程是教师接受新理念最快的过程，是发现自己积累不足最深刻的过程，确实如此。在准备公开课时，我们会不断地打磨与完善，这个打磨的过程，其实就是一个思路不断清晰的过程。在准备这节课时，首先，我精心研读了《语文新课程标准》，为自己讲课、说课奠定坚实的理论基石；然后认真研读并吃透教材，挖通高效课堂的主渠道。在此基础上，与同组教师积极探讨名著导读的教法学法，明确教学目标。试讲之后，通过反思查找不足，审视设想和实际的差距，从而及时做出调整。

在第一次试讲之后，学校还专门请来教研室的相关领导和教研员，对我们的课进行了一对一指导，陆艳华老师的一番话，让我深深的领悟到：“授之以鱼，不如授之以渔；授之以渔，不如授之以欲 ”。联合国教科文组织曾谈到:今后的文盲将不再是不识字的人,而是不会自学和学了知识不会应用的人。教师在教知识的同时，更重要的是教方法，教思想。尤其是名著导读课，更不能让授课过程仅仅停留在阅读分析的层面上，之后我将自己的课中加入粗读、精读、品读、诵读等读书方法。在第二次试讲之前的一个周末，我将进行了二度修改的 课件、学案传给了我们的教研组长董慧颖老师，在电话的那头，她对照幻灯片，一张一张的进行把关、定位、修改。还有王海英老师，她提示我，在阅读课中接入视频，不能单纯的只为了孩子们欣赏放松，可在观看视频后，让孩子们争论“了解名著时，观看视频和传统纸质阅读，哪个效果更好些？”这一争论也为这次公开课燃起了一个新的亮点。一次闲谈中，李静华老师对我试讲时的板书提出了指导意见。这一切的一切，让我只想在这里真心地说一声：“有你们在身边，真好！”同时，一个过程下来，我也深刻的感觉到----公开课，是教师专业化成长的舞台，是拉近同事彼此距离的桥梁。

二、小组合作学习，让语文课堂别样精彩。

在这次教研活动中，我们都不同程度的采用了小组合作教学。苏霍姆林斯基指出：“在人的心灵深处，都有一种根深蒂固的需要，就是希望自己是一个发现者、研究者、探索者。”而小组合作学习则为学生营造了一种自主学习的良好氛围，充分发挥师生双方在教学中的主动性和创造性，让语文教学在师生平等对话的过程中进行。在合作学习过程中，小组中每个成员都积极参与到了学习活动中，并且每个成员都带有极大的热情，学习任务由大家共同分担，集思广益，各抒己见，人人都尽其所能，这样问题就变得比较容易解决了。此外，小组合作学习是同学之间互帮互学，彼此交流知识的过程，也是互爱互助，相互沟通感情的过程。它使每一成员都融入集体中，增强了集体意识。

我真切的感觉到在小组中，每个学生都有机会发表自己的观点与看法，也乐于倾听他人的意见，使学生感受到学习是一种愉快的事情，从而满足了学生的心理需要，促进学生智力因素和非智力因素的和谐发展，让学生爱学、会学、乐学，让我们向着理想中的高效课堂又迈进了一步。

在这次活动中，感觉自己在课改的路上只是迈出小小的一步，距离王敏勤 教授所说的“见木见林”，“一览众山小” 的境界，还相差很远。海尔总裁张瑞敏说过：坚持把简单的事情做好就是不简单，坚持把平凡的事情做好就是不平凡。在今后教学中，我将继续积极投身于教研教改之中，把小组合作学习真正应用到平时的课堂当中，相信“梦想就在前方，”而我们都在路上。

第三篇：中国会爆发金融危机吗

中国会爆发金融危机吗？

郎咸平先生多次说中国即将发生全面危机，这次在某地演讲，进一步使用的词句是“危机正在爆发，银行(行情 专区)业首当其冲”。金融常识告诉我们，如果一个国家发生金融危机，必然会发生一系列现象。比如，这个国家货币市场利率会急剧提高，因为银行资金奇缺、亏损破产、支付提款必然大量借款，而此时货币市场必然资金奇缺，利率奇高。这种现象在目前中国货币借贷市场上没有任何一丁点的趋势。又比如，一个国家发生金融危机时，必然会出现大量资本外逃，国际收支逆差，对外支付困难，本币贬值等一系列连带现象。可是，国际国内统计数据都表明，中国近几个月国际收支顺差，境外资金流入流出正常范围，人民币汇率稳定，外汇占款又在增加。这种现象正常人不用研究，一目了然。如果这叫金融危机正在爆发，那么全世界不是天天生活在金融危机水深火热状态吗？

那么，郎咸平先生说中国正在发生危机，究竟有什么根据呢？从各大网站刊登讲话内容看大体有三点。其一，交通银行(行情 股吧 买卖点)跌破发行价和净资产标志中国银行(行情 股吧 买卖点)危机正式爆发。其二，许多地方政府出现债券还款违约问题，大面积违规，付不出利息。其三，地方政府向银行体系外借钱，影子银行30万亿。上述三大根据根本不值一提。其一，近三个月内银行股价平均涨幅30—50%，按照郎先生的逻辑，银行股价上涨应当是危机消除，怎么首当其冲爆发危机呢？众所周知，内地银行股价长期低迷与股市体制有关，银行股价涨跌与银行业是否危机不能划等号。其次，说中国地方政府出现“大面积”违约，请问该数据从何而来？如果中国地方政府出现“大面积”违规，那么银行业不良贷款率必然大幅上升。从中国银监会公布的数据和上市银行公布的年报看，内地银行业不良率稳定在1%的区间内，全世界最低。如果郎先生拿出证据说明该数据造假，那么郎先生所说“大面积”违约才能成立。其三，说银行体系外有30万影子银行产品危机的话有两点疑问。第一，影子银行特点是统计、监管和期限三大缺陷。在无法统计的情况下，说30万亿影子银行，危机根据不足；第二，即使银行体系外有30万亿影子银行产品，也不能把它与危机划等号，这些产品大部分是实际项目的需求，银行不贷除了贷款规模有限外，就是怕风险。这些风险转移到表外，或银行体系外，对整个金融体系的稳定反而利大于弊，影子银行违约案例天天有，处处有。就像银行坏账也是天天有，行行有，但只要违约率控制在一定幅度，也有统计标准，完全与金融危机或银行危机是不同的概念。
