翻译是一项艰苦的探索实践性活动。它形成于社会、文化和语言现实之中，同时又为促进社会、文化和语言发展服务。“翻译并不比随便的创作容易，然而与新文学的发展却更有功，于大家更有益”（鲁迅语）

翻译属于交叉学科，它与语言学、符号学、修辞学、心理学、人类学等有着密切的联系。它正在发展成为一个自成体系的独立学科——翻译学。

翻译又是一门学术。翻译美学是翻译学不可分割的组成部分。

总之，翻译是一种融理论、技能、艺术于一体的语言回见活动。

翻译一般分为三类：

1，按翻译手段，可分为口译、笔译和机器翻译。

2，按源出语和目的语，可分为语际翻译、语内翻译和符号翻译。其中，语际翻译是我们学习的重点。

3，按翻译题材，可分为政论翻译、应用文翻译、科技翻译、文学翻译等。19世纪末，我国清朝资产阶级思想家严复在《天演论》中，提出了“信、达、雅”三字标准。翻译事需要兼顾两面，忠实和通顺。忠实是指忠实于原作内容。译者必须把原作的内容完整而准确的表达出来，不得有任何篡改、歪曲、遗漏、阉割或任意增删现象。例如：

Jane does not work hard because she wants to earn money.误译：因为简想赚钱，所以才不下力。

推荐译文：简并不是因为想赚钱才下力干活的。

忠实还指保持原作的风格即原作的民族风格、时代风格。语体风格、作者个人风格等。要完全做到这些，实非易事。但作为基本要求，可先掌握口语体和笔语体的不同特点以及对翻译的要求，掌握各种问题的不同特点及其对翻译的要求。

所谓通顺，即指译文语言必须通顺易懂，符合规范。译文必须是明白流畅的现代语言。例如：

Pindus Road was a long, wide, straight street that ran parallel with Bread Road.原译：平得斯路是一条与布莱德路平行的、长长的、宽宽的、壁纸的大街。

推荐译文：平得斯路与布莱德路平行，是一条又长又宽又直的大街。

为培养和提高认识能力、分析能力和理解能力，为确保理解不走样，从各奔上说应该努力掌握马克思主义理论，掌握科学思维，此外还应该学习一点关于现代语言学、符号学、逻辑学、文体学等方面的只是和理论，借以只带我们的翻译实践。语义分析是语言分析的一个分支，说明处在一定的语境中、按照一定次序排列的此项之间的语义关系，塔诺词项的意义。首先必须要注意词的概念意义和关联意义。其次，把握意义关系，特别注意同义与反义、褒义与贬义、多义与歧义等的关系。例如：

He has the reputation of being a blood-sucker.他是个臭名昭著的吸血鬼。语境分析，所谓语境包括彼此不同但又密切相关的两次意思：一是语言内部的上下文的关系，二是话语与经验世界的关系。同语义分析一样，语境分析也是语言分析的一个分支。上下文关系基本上是指语言环境，有些理解问题可以通过语言环境分析获得解决。例如：

任何语言都是人类学习行为方式的总和。语言既是一种社会现象，又是一种文化现象。它是文化的主要组成部分，同时又是文化的再提，是人们思考、交流、积累和传播知识的工具，是用来保存、传输文化的手段。就语言而论，翻译是语言机制的转换。

在翻译中注重整体与局部。整体，整体性、统一性，也就是语言自身的统一性，语言与经验世界的统一性。在处理局部语言现象时，必须落居这两个统一性，并坚持局部服从整体的原则。因此，译者必须要有整体意识，注重巨剑的链接，从整体关系上把握个别词的力度。

主要信息和次要信息。所谓主要信在翻译的时候，不仅要译出该话语所包含的各种信息，而且要反映说话人的息和次要信息，是指说话语各部分内容之间的关系。一句话或一段话若有两个或者两个以上的内容，其中一个是主要的，而其余的可能是次要的。这主要取决于讲话人的意图。因此人的意图。

总之，翻译中有很多技巧可寻，我们在做翻译中要勤于练习，注意积累。

在创造性的问题时，翻译过程涉及很多内容，需要我们在实践中认真总结积累。并且，注重汉语基础的学习，广泛阅读。

本学期我任教八年级四班五班的物理教学任务。这一学期即将过去，总体来看，我认真执行学校教育教学工作计划，转变思想，积极探索，改变教学方法，力举实施“高效课堂”的探究式课堂教学模式的同时，把新课程标准的新思想、新理念和物理课堂教学的新思路、新设想结合起来，转变思想，积极探索，改革教学，收到较好的效果。现将本学期的教育教学工作总结如下：

一、明确新的理念，教学工作有起色

怎样教物理,《国家物理课程标准》对物理的教学内容，教学方式，教学评估教育价值观等多方面都提出了许多新的要求。无疑作为物理教师要身置其中去迎接这种挑战，是我们每位教师必须重新思考的问题。因此我不断的学习让我有了鲜明的理念，全新的框架，明晰的目标，而有效的学习对新课程标准的基本理念，设计思路，课程目标，内容标准及课程实施建议有更深的了解，本学期我在新课程标准的指导下教育教学工作出色，跃上了一个新的台阶。

二、精心备课，全方位把握课堂的“教”与“学”

通过学习我体会到新课程标准不同与以往的教学大纲，课前认真熟读新课程标准及新课程理念的相关资料，透彻理解并掌握新课程标准，力争在每节课前仔细阅读然后制定具体的教学方案，在上每个一节课前，精心准备、认真备课，充分了解学生的学习状况，做到教学中有的放矢，不打无准备之仗。从一学期的教学情况来看效果较好，学生的各项素质有较大的提高。新教材对教师的教学方法和教学内容等都没有过多的束缚，充分体现用教材教而不是用教材学，课前查阅大量的资料根据学生的的基础制定教学计划、方案、教学设计等。

三、加快课堂教学改革，力举实施“高效课堂”

本学年我深知作为物理教师应是课堂教学的实践者，为保证新课程标准的落实，我把课堂教学作为有利于学生主动探索的学习环境，把学生在获得知识和技能的同时，在情感、态度价值观等方面都能够充分发展作为教学改革的基本指导思想，把物理教学看成是师生之间学生之间交往互动，共同发展的过程。我们进行了集体备课，紧扣新课程标准，力举实施“高效课堂”的探究式教学模式。最大限限度的吃透教材，认真撰写教学导案。积极进行了实验探索问题的实践。

四、狠抓学风，认真落实教研常规

八年级学生两极分化比较严重、部分学生对学习失去兴趣，特别是难度较大的数理两学科。大部分学生由于是独生子女比较娇惯，少数学生学习和纪律都很不好。对此，我狠抓学风，在班级里提倡一种认真、求实的学风，严厉批评抄袭作业的行为。与此同时，为了提高同学的学习积极性，开展了学习竞赛活动，在学生中兴起一种你追我赶的学习风气。我从各方面培养学习兴趣，对那些基础太差后进生，我找他们来，了解原因，有些是不感兴趣，我就跟他们讲学习物理的重要性，跟他们讲一些有趣的物理故事，提高他们的兴趣；有些是没有努力去学，我提出批评以后再加以鼓励，并为他们定下学习目标，时时督促他们，帮助他们；给他们进行课外辅导。经过一个学期努力，绝大部分的同学都有所进步。布置作业有针对性，有层次性。为了做到这点，我常常上网搜集资料，对各种资料进行筛选，力求每一次练习都起到最佳的效果。同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。做好课后辅导工作，注意分层教学。在课后，为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导，以满足不同层次的学生的需求，避免了一刀切的弊端，同时加大了后进生的辅导力度。对后进生的辅导，并不限于学习知识性的辅导，更重要的是学习思想的辅导，要提高后进生的成绩，首先要解决他们心里，让他们意识到学习的重要性和必要性，使之对学习萌发兴趣。要通过各种途径激发他们的求知欲和上进心，让他们意识到学习并不是一项任务，也不是一件痛苦的事情。而是充满乐趣的。从而自觉的把身心投放到学习中去。这样，后进生的转化，就由原来的简单粗暴、强制学习转化到自觉的求知上来。使学习成为他们自我意识力度一部分。在此基础上，再教给他们学习的方法，提高他们的技能。并认真细致地做好查漏补缺工作。后进生通常存在很多知识断层，这些都是后进生转化过程中的绊脚石，在做好后进生的转化工作时，要特别注意给他们补课，把他们以前学习的知识断层补充完整，这样，他们就会学得轻松，进步也快，兴趣和求知欲也会随之增加。

五、创新评价，激励促进学生全面发展。

怎样提高学生学习成绩，我把评价作为全面考察学生的学习状况，激励学生的学习热情，促进学生全面发展的手段，也作为教师反思和改进教学的有力手段，对学生的学习评价，既关注学生知识与技能的理解和掌握，更关注他们情感与态度的形成和发展；既关注学生物理学习的结果，更关注他们在学习过程中的变化和发展。抓基础知识的掌握，抓课堂作业的堂堂清，采用定性与定量相结合，定量采用等级制，多鼓励肯定学生少批评学生。坚持以教学为中心，强化对学生管理，进一步规范教学行为，并力求常规与创新的有机结合，促进教师严谨、扎实、高效、科学的良好教风及学生严肃、勤奋、求真、善问的良好学风的形成。

本学期物理教学，虽然积极认真落实学校教学常规，努力完成教学工作任务，仍有很多不足和困惑：如何减小两极分化；怎样更好的提高学生学习兴趣；怎样打造“高效课堂”等都值得耐人思考。

时光如梭，本期又即将成为“过去式”。本学期我担任九(7)及七(2)班的数学教学工作，每周6课时。回顾本期工作，本人能认真执行学校教育教学工作计划，转变思想，积极探索，改革教学。在学校领导和同事们的关心指导下，通过一期的辛勤耕耘，已经圆满完成了全学期的教育教学工作任务。现将有关工作简单总结如下：

一、教学方面：

1、抓好每个教学环节，上好每一堂课。

教学必须抓好每个教学环节。从制订教学计划入手，我认真钻研教材、教参和《课程标准》，对初中所有数学教材的课程体系作了全面的了解熟悉。因为本期是初中阶段的最后一个学期，所以本期的教学计划制订的非常详细，对每周的教学内容、作业设计、实验、复习、测试等教学事项都作了全盘考虑。备好课是上好课的前提。在备课时，我不仅认真钻研课标和教材，而且认真备“学生”，深入了解学生的原有知识水平、兴趣、需要以及学习习惯、方法等，根据学生的年龄特征、思维特点和教学需要创造性地使用教材，还充分考虑：学生在学习新知识可能有哪些困难，应采取什么相应的预防措施。

数学教学是数学活动的教学，因此我围绕各个具体的教学活动精心设计教学方法。上课时多采用自主探究、小组合作学习等课堂模式。总复习课的设计更要有吸引力。复习课并不是几个例题和习题的简单直接呈现，而是根据各知识点的特点与学生的认知水平，把例题和习题放在具体情景的实际生活问题中或游戏活动中，寓教于乐充分调动每一位学生的积极性，使九年级的总复习真正成为培养学生分析问题解决问题的“收获季节”。每堂课后，我都会认真写教学反思，吸取教训，积累经验。及时、认真地批改作业和试卷.2、创新评价，激励促进学生全面发展。

二、教研教改方面：

本期我积极参加教研活动，因为我认为只有锻炼才会成长。在只有一星期的准备时间的情况下，我仍然参加安庆市农远应用新星数学说课竞赛，荣获市级农远应用新星光荣称号。我还经常听课，虚心向他人学习。我常常备好课后就去听同年级老师的课，然后对自己的设计做适当调整再去上课，这样可以扬长避短。本期我还到枣市中学和景弘中学观摩名师的示范教学，领悟名师的高尚师德，探究名师的 精湛教艺，不断将公开课上的精华延伸运用于日常教学实践中。

三、有待进一步努力的方面：

一期来，有收获也有困惑与不足。回想一下，有以下几个方面有待加强：

1、在多媒体教室上课时，因为教室里没有黑板，所以没有处理好教师板书和学生板演的问题。

2、在学法指导上也有待加强，特别是“学困生”的学法指导应下苦功。

3、良好的师生关系是学生学习动力的源泉。以后要认真学习心理学，妥善协调师生关系。

一份耕耘，一份收获。教学工作苦乐相伴。我将本着“勤学、善思、实干”的准则，一如既往，再接再厉，把工作搞得更好。
