2011年省委党校研究生报考须知

一、认真阅读招生简章，符合条件的报考者，用B5纸、五号宋体字、正反面、机打填写《中共山西省委党校研究生考生登记表》，一式三份。

二、报考者须经单位组织人事部门审核同意，并在《中共山西省委党校研究生考生登记表》相应栏内签署意见、加盖公章。

三、报考时需携带的其它材料有：

①体检表（只针对报考脱产班考生，请从网上下载《考生健康检查表》，由考生所在市县级以上医院检查填写）；

②担任科级以上（含正科、副科）领导职务的任职文件原件及复印件一份；

③大学本科毕业证书原件及复印件一份（毕业证原件审核合格后退回）；

应恩施州广大求学干部的要求，中共湖北省委党校决定2011年继续在恩施州中青年干部中招收在职研究生并单独开班。
