高二英语选修六 Uuit2 Poems 教学反思
2014年11月25日上午第二节课,我在高二10班上了一节英文诗歌鉴赏课。本节课是专门为来我校访问的六位韩国学生而上的。本节课的教学内容是人教版高二英语选修六 Unit 2的 Reading and Discussing。教学目标是通过本节课的学习,帮助学生理解英文诗歌,提高学生的英文诗歌鉴赏能力。教学重点就是在理解英文诗歌 I’ve Saved The Summer 的基础上,提高学生的英文诗歌欣赏水平。教学难点在于理解英文诗歌并要求学生自己尝试写英文诗歌。
本节课的教学步骤:
第一,导入部分先介绍诗歌作者,美国诗人Rod Mukuen ,然后播放配乐诗朗诵 I’ve Saved The Summer ,要求学生听诗歌的节奏和韵律,找出其中押韵的单词。
第二,请4位学生(男女各两位)分别朗读这首诗,而后全体学生齐声朗读诗歌。
第三,讨论部分,请学生展开小组讨论。

第五,整堂课在著名的苏格兰民歌《友谊地久天长》中结束。课后反思:
在日常教学中,我们通过设计学生感兴趣的话题和形式,激发学生的兴趣,引起他们的共鸣,让他们有话可说,积极参与课堂活动。
我个人认为本节课在教学设计上有创新,没有把它作为传统的阅读课来上。整堂课有效地借助了多媒体,调动学生积极参与。全班同学参与小组讨论,男生女生交替朗诵诗歌,积极展示自己的诗歌作品,有的学生充分展现个人魅力演唱英文歌曲。作为教师的我也当场演唱了一首英文歌曲Jingle Bells.本节课教学过程安排合理,教学重难点突出,教学环节紧凑,过渡自然。I’ve Saved the Summer 是父母写给成年儿女的,诗中表达了父母对儿女无私的无条件的爱。我借此机会对学生进行思想品德教育,赞扬父母无私的爱,同时教育学生不忘父母养育之恩,要回报父母的爱。本节课受到六位韩国学生和翻译的赞扬,用他们的话来说是“This class is of high quality.”
另外,我发现学生的潜力是无极限的。学生上了前一课英文诗歌的几种形式后,自己尝试写清单诗和五行诗,不少学生写的非常优美。尤其是王清芳、孙素琴、熊佳薇这几位同学,简直难以置信几天前他们对英文诗歌还是一无所知。由此我想:只要我们教师鼓励学生的创新精神,采用有利于他们发挥主体作用的教学思路与方法,就能激发学生更大的学习热情和潜力。本节课的课件基本上是本人设计制作的,由于本人课件制作水平不高,花了很多时间来完成,其中的关键技术是请杨春老师帮忙完成的。由此可见,我们这个年龄阶段的老师要掌握好现代信息技术,根据英语语言的特点和教学内容的要求,精心设计制作多媒体课件,科学合理地运用多媒体。

I.教学内容分析
本模块以Music Born in America为话题,介绍了美国的本土音乐,这节课是本模块的阅读与写作训练课Reading and Writing。第一部分通过阅读文章,回答三个开放性的问题,使学生开始思考音乐与学习的关系,为后面的写作做好了铺垫。第二部分要求学生根据所提供的问题,写一篇关于学习习惯的文章。

爱因斯坦有句名言:“兴趣是最好的老师。”哲学上讲内因是根本,外因要通过内因才能起作用。所以说,要让学生学好英语,首先就要让他们爱上英语。兴趣对学习有着神奇的内驱动作用,能变无效为有效,化低效为高效。在这里首先给学生展示两组图片,师生互动,讨论问题What kinds of music do you know? Show us some examples!引起他们的头脑风暴,联想与音乐有关的知识,引出classical music.教师继续激发学生的兴趣,播放一曲音乐,让学生们真实感受到音乐的感染力,通过问题How do you feel after you hear the music? 让学生尝试说出自己的看法,引出话题Do you think classical music helps you study?进入到52页课文的阅读,让学生自己去发掘文章作者的观点。
2.Fast reading
通过阅读文章,回答三个开放性的问题,训练了学生快速阅读和在有限时间内搜索信息的能力。这一部分的题目很简单,学生有话可说,也增强了他们的自信心,并使学生开始思考音乐与学习的关系,为后面的写作做好了铺垫。
3.Discussing
这一部分提供了七个讨论题,与上面的阅读密切相关,围绕着音乐对学习的影响而设计的。再次环节中,学生们通过小组讨论的形式,互相交流看法,积极探讨,积累了大量的写作信息,包括单词、短语、句型和常用句型。学生们在合作学习中,既发挥了好学生的英语基础好的长处,又为那些作文无话可写的同学扫清了障碍。有人展示有人收获,各得其所,形成了愉快的学习气氛。
4.Collection
这一部分将学生们讨论的成果进行了展示,使同学们体验了成功的乐趣。与此同时,教师对收集上来的信息进行点评和补充。并针对学生习作文章结构不明确缺乏层次感的弱项加以解释说明,使学生更明确了好作文的要求,从而提高写作质量。

通过以上的活动,学生们头脑中已经输入了相关的写作信息,此部分正是锻炼他们将信息输出的能力,即用英语正确表达自己的观点。
6.成果展示
将学生的习作抽样当堂点评,让每一位学生都体验一次批作文的乐趣,区分好坏,取长补短。让学生在批评与自我批评中学会正确面对学习中的成功与失败,培养他们坚持不懈的品质。
之后,教师进行指导与说明,并提供两篇正反两种观点的范文供学生学习参考,并提出改进与提高写作的建议,引导学生课下自主学习,以达到“授之以渔”的目的。

以两组图片来引起学生的兴趣,让他们在兴趣的驱使下运用合作学习法自主完成阅读与写作的教学任务。结合本节课的训练内容,利用课本中提供的Reading Practice一篇介绍香港本土音乐的说明文,要求学生通过阅读文章,学会概括段落大意,并回答几个与文章细节有关的问题,培养学生对文章理解的能力。学习并提取其中的写作素材,用英语介绍一位自己喜欢的歌手,进一步锻炼学生在阅读中输入在写作中输出的能力从而达到我们的教学目的。

面对这一学期英语课的课堂表现情况,巩固练习情况,课后作业完成情况,我认为还有许多教学内容需要精确,教学方法需要改进,课后反思需要完善。在教学过程中,反思是否关注每一个学生的发展,关注学生的经验、增强课程内容与生活的联系,注重学生情感、态度和价值观的形成,满足学生不同的地理学习需要,转变课堂教学模式,注重学习过程和学习结果评价相结合。同时,我也充分考虑到普通高中教育的基础性这一特征,因此在教学过程中我们也注重了学科基础知识的落实,尽量使每一个学生掌握地理学科最基本和最核心的知识,为进一步提升奠定基础。为了在最短的时间内有一个较大的进步,我进行了如下反思:
一、反思学生的基本情况。
一开始我觉得他们能考进高中,说明他们的学习状况还是可以的,我对他们比较放心的。于是我对他们的要求就尝试了侧重自主学习,强调英语的预习和复习,指导他们自己整理《笔记本》和《纠错本》。我将班级同学编成六个学习小组,由六位组长分管,负责检查学生的预习巩固情况。学生积极性还是比较高的。然而经过一段时间的上课,我发现,他们的自觉性和自学能力和我的预想相差太大,很多靠自己自觉完成的整理和巩固均未很好去做。有许多同学一次听写不合格,是需要再次重新听写的。背诵课文自觉的同学就更不多了,大多都要再三催促才会勉强去组长那里背。于是我加强了评分制度,规定有些学生必须来我这边背。但是依然觉得措施力度不够大。即使是上课反复强调过的语言点,练习中一模一样做过的题目,讲评订正过依然错误率极高。这就说明了学生的上课效率和效果极差,课后没有及时复习巩固,没弄明白的题目没有问。
二、了解学生真实的英语学习水平。
我试图尽我自己最大的努力来了解学生。学生的两极分化存在还是比较严重的,但我很有信心能帮助大家将英语成绩再上一个台阶。有同学提出单词不会读,我就从头开始帮他们一点一点地将音标补起来。平时上课时除了讲述新课的内容,还联系了以前初中的知识要点,做到知识的迁移和提升。在教学中我越来越发现学生初中的知识很不理想,所以在第一次月考后,我又增加了一些新的方法。比如课后给基础较弱的学生一些初中的复习资料,让其复习巩固;针对学有余力的同学给他们。然而,学生学习情况人不见好,有些觉得和我当面谈不妥,就采用了《谈心本》的形式。以下是学生反映的情况:1,上课有些同学吃不饱,觉得太简单;而有些根本听不懂,觉得很难。2,上课的笔记是认真记的,但是回去的复习巩固工作就做得很差了。为了要听写,才会去看一看。3,平时单词的听写也都是临时抱佛脚的,趁早上来看的。重听时才再去看一看。
4、虽然我在课堂上一题题讲评分析,但还是有很多同学依然是不知所云。因为以前落下的真是太多了。5,班级没有学习特别尖的同学在班里带头,大家的学习竞争力不强,英语考试高分没有,平均分就更低了。
三、反思是否已转变了自己的角色
教师不能把知识传授作为自己的主要任务和目的,把主要精力放在检查学生对知识的掌握程度上,而应成为学生学习的激发者、引导者、组织者和合作者。为此,在课堂教学中注意创设民主、平等、自由、和谐的教学气氛,形成一个无拘无束的思维空间,让学生处于一种轻松愉快的心理状态,来积极思维与想象。
四、反思是否已学会欣赏学生
为了每一个学生的发展”是新课程的核心理念。为了实现这一理念,教师在尊重学生的同时,还要学会赞赏每一位学生:(1)。赞赏每一位学生的独特性、兴趣、爱好、专长;(2)。赞赏每一位学生所取得的哪怕是极其微小的成绩;(3)。尤其要注意赞赏那些智力一般、成绩一般、性格内向、胆怯的学生。这样做,会有不少惊喜的发现。
五、反思是否教会学生自主学习的方法。
教师需要教会学生自主学习的方法,让学生能够在自主学习中获得知识,体验到自主学习的乐趣,有一定成就感,激发学习的兴趣。学生的本性向善,天生就有一种有所作为、被人赏识的需要,他们需要自我实现,自我尊重;需要得到我们的支持;需要有对其他同学的生活产生影响的机会;需要做有趣并且有挑战性的'事情等等。
六、反思是否激发学生的创新意识

七、反思如何对待底子薄的或性格内向的学生。
降低他们的学习标准,当他们取得一点小小的进步,都要鼓励他们,让他们感到有成就感。差生上课时注意往往不够集中,我就将教材化难为易,化多为少,精讲多练,课堂上尽量创造愉快的氛围。差生由于羞怯心理往往怕开口,我尽量将难易适度的问题去问他们;叫他们到黑板上写有把握的句子;朗读事先已读过多遍的课文,当差生回答正确时。我总是面常笑容地说:“very good”,他们往往因得到这两个激动,这样差生开口的习惯慢慢的养成。一学期下来,差生的参与意识大大地加强,消除了畏惧心理,
八、反思如何背单词。
学习语言就是要开口多说,多记,多背,只要功夫到家了,学习英语的困难就迎刃而解了。英语琐碎的知识点太多,每天都有新的知识点增加,这就需要学生多记,多背。这往往是学生最头疼的一件事。学习英语,主要是以单词为主,如果连单词都记不住,更何况句型听力。因此谈谈自己记忆单词,句型的方法,仅供参考。
1、根据发音脱口而出单词,多朗读,重复多次,背会的东西容易忘,应隔三插五的再巩固。
2、背诵一个小对话,背会了用自己的话把它复述出来,这样增加学习英语的自信心。
3、把记不住的单词写在小纸片上,随时都可以拿出来看看,长期坚持,一定有成效。
九、反思如何对学生进行有效的评价。
评价可以使学生认识自我,树立自信,有助于反思及调整自己的学习。对学生回答问题过程中的表现及改进的成绩,给予口头评价、书面评价并鼓励他们大胆的去说。学生考完试后,让学生自我反思,分析自己的成绩和不足,明确今后努力的方向,争取下次不再犯同样的问题。让学生相互之间相互评价,找出优缺点,互相促进学习。总之,要正确、深刻地认识与理解现代地理教育的特征,突破旧的思维方式,逐步树立正确的人才观、教学观、质量观等素质教育新观念,面向全体学生,为学生学会做人、学会求知、学会劳动、学会生活、学会审美打下扎实的基础,使学生在德智体等方面得到全面协调的发展。

作为一名高中英语老师,随着近年来新教材的变化,曾有一定的迷茫感,但同时也促使我用更多的时间去学习、研究新题型和高考,以便能够更好地教授学生。下面粗略谈谈教学总结及反思:
1、夯实基础,发展能力。
带完几届高中毕业班,我深深认识到高中英语的学习,不是通过题海战术再现知识的简单过程,而是教师通过教学和辅导的每个环节帮助全体学生分层次提高整体能力和水平的过程。总结近几年高考题型特点,可简单归纳为:知识覆盖面广,试题综合性和灵活性强,情景会话及交际英语比例逐年加大,强化语言运用及能力要求。细察其测试目的,历年高考题无不围绕知识与能力两大主题。然而,不少教师采用单一的复习模式,从初一到高二课本一册一册、甚至一课一课“过”。这种复习方式使学生原有的知识依然孤立地存在下去,无法建立起知识之间的内在联系,造成明显的知识断层现象,知识的再现率极低。这样就不可能顺利地将所学知识融汇贯通,更不可能顺利地转化为能力。
2、降低难度,回归基础,强化专题训练。
近年来高考英语逐渐侧重于语言能力的考查,对语言知识的直接考查相对地减少了。因此,在复习过程中,首先组织学生巩固各项基础知识,同时通过不断的语言练习,掌握一定的技巧。特别是进入高三后半学期,高考临近,要根据学生的具体情况把握中档、低档题,这对学生取得高分是非常有利的。学生普遍都有这样的感觉:很多题目“一看就会,一做就错”。造成这种现象的根本原因在于对基础知识的掌握不牢固。这时,复习的重点要放在查漏补缺上。将做过的试卷整理后,建立错题档案,弥补知识漏洞,进行强化记忆和训练。在此基础上,再通过科学系统的训练,发展能力,将会收到了事半功倍的效果。
3、狠抓教学环节,优化课堂教学促进备考。
注意复习课的针对性。我们要把复习重点放在学生的难点、弱点上以及常易出错或失误的内容方面上,努力做到有的放矢。课堂上坚持精讲多练,做到举一反三、触类旁通。要改变以语法为中心的学习方式,逐步形成以语篇为中心的学习方式。因为以语法为中心的学习方式误导学生死记规则,只重视机械推导,从而忽视语境判断和语篇分析,不利于学生能力的提高。以语篇为中心的学习方式可以引导和帮助学生认识掌握英语语言的特点和习惯,把学生接受、理解、运用语言知识的全过程始终与学习掌握语篇内容紧密结合起来。这样,教师才能帮助学生做到学得生动活泼,运用准确自如,学生听、说、读和写的能力就一定会得到不同程度的提高。要始终坚持以学生为主体的教学原则,复习课上我们注意加强学生的操练活动,让学生多动脑筋思考问题,让他们尽可能多地举些例句,使他们能训练掌握语法的用法。
总之,英语教学和复习的全过程应该是教师引导和帮助学生通过听,说,读,写四个环节培养正确思维习惯,准确运用所学知识的过程。
高二英语教师教学反思3
教学的有效性自然就成为教学的重点。但是,在日常的教学中,要提高课堂效率还真的不是一件容易的事。课堂高效离不开学生的学习积极性和主动性。而在这方面,我觉得自己还要加强。英语有时候是挺无聊的,尤其是学习语法的时候,所以,教师要采取各种教学手法来吸引学生,让学生参与其中,并且指导学生学习,学生才会有兴趣。
其中有一个例子,让我深有感触。在我任教的艺术班,学生的英语水平普遍比较低,学生学习英语的兴趣也比较少,所以上课的时候总是觉得很沉闷,学生没有动力。有一次,我要一边做语法练习一边讲评。本以为这会是一节很无聊的课,因为语法更是他们的死穴。但没想到,当我要求一个学生回答一个问题时,学生的热情居然很高涨。不管被提问的还是没有被提问的,都很有精神,很活跃。我心里一阵高兴,没想到学生这么喜欢被提问呢!平时由于觉得语法很难,都很少提问他们,看来是没有猜透学生的心思。但是,到了另外一个练习的时候,由于时间不多,快要下课了,我决定等学生都做完后,直接告诉他们答案。结果,学生刚刚被燃起的热情“咻”的一下就无影无踪了。我一直在后悔自己做错了选择。
因此,我觉得,既然学习的主体是学生,就应该多让学生参与到学习的过程中,学生才会有学习的兴趣。只不过时间上就要稍微宽松点,才会有足够的时间让学生来发挥。
已经是高二了,但是很多时候,学生的学习还是靠老师牵着鼻子走。学生的学习缺乏自觉性。这种现象不管在尖子班还是普通班都一样。具体表现在:当老师没有安排作业的时候,学生就无所事事,然后就讲话或者开小差;而有时候,即使有很多作业,学生也会不自觉地走神,导致学习的效率很低,作业没能按时完成;更有甚者,一遇到节日的放假,往往作业就没有办法按时完成。在自习课等时间,只要老师不在,学生就会不够专心和认真。
这些都是学生缺乏学习主动性的表现,或者是他们的学生缺乏目标性,基本上处于得过且过的阶段,学习没有计划,人生没有目标。
要改变这些现状,不是一件容易的事,重点是学生的思想工作。这是比较长远的事情。所以,作为科任老师,我们能做的就是在平时多训练学生的自主学习,多把一些时间的主动权交给学生,让学生慢慢培养自主学习的能力。这样,既可以增强学生的学习能力,也能给老师减负。但是,具体怎样训练学生呢?这就是我要学习和研究的东西。
