第三篇：外贸术语

shipping mark:即唛头,通常印在商品外包装上,以便于在装卸、运输、存储过程中识别、点数,防止错发错运。通常与收、发货人代号(有的伴有几何图形)、目的港(或目的地)和批件号等组成。

唛头按印刷位置不同，又可分为正唛和侧唛。

一般原产地证CO：是证明货物原产于某一特定国家或地区，享受进口国正常关税(最惠国)待遇的证明文件。它的适用范围是：征收关税、贸易统计、保障措施、歧视性数量限制、反倾销和反补贴、原产地标记、政府采购等方面。

普惠制原产地证FORM A：是具有法律效力的我国出口产品在给惠国享受在最惠国税率基础上进一步减免进口关税的官方凭证。

目前给予我国普惠制待遇的国家共38个：欧盟27国（比利时、丹麦、英国、德国、法国、爱尔兰、意大利、卢森堡、荷兰、希腊、葡萄牙、西班牙、奥地利、芬兰、瑞典、波兰、捷克、斯洛伐克、拉脱维亚、爱沙尼亚、立陶宛、匈牙利、马耳他、塞浦路斯、斯洛文尼亚、保加利亚、罗马尼亚）、挪威、瑞士、土耳其、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、乌克兰、哈萨克斯坦、日本、加拿大和澳大利亚。

《亚太贸易协定》原产地证明FORM B：2006年9月1日起签发《亚太贸易协定》原产地证书。可以签发《亚太贸易协定》原产地证书的国家有：韩国、斯里兰卡、印度、孟加拉等4个国家。降税幅度从5%到100%不等。

中国—智利自由贸易区原产地证FORM F：自2006年10月1日起，各地出入境检验检疫机构开始签发《中国-智利自由贸易区优惠原产地证明书》（FORM F），该日起对原产于我国的5891个6位税目产品关税降为零。

中国-秘鲁自贸区使用的优惠性原产地证FORM R：2010年3月1日，《中国-秘鲁自由贸易协定》正式生效，这标志着中国-秘鲁自贸区货物贸易降税进程正式启动，为双边贸易发展提供了新的机遇和更广阔空间。按照国家质检总局要求，各地出入境检验检疫局于3月1日起正式签发―中国-秘鲁自贸区优惠原产地证书‖。产品涉及机电、化工、医药、轮胎和轻工等多个行业，企业凭证书可获得3%至100%不等幅度的关税优惠。

中国新西兰自贸区原产地证FORM N：2008年4月7日，《中华人民共和国政府和新西兰政府自由贸易协定》在两国总理见证下正式签署。并于2008年10月1日起生效。协定实施后，在货物贸易方面，新方承诺将在2016年1月1日前取消全部自华进口产品关税，其中63.6%的产品从《协定》生效时起即实现―零关税‖；中方承诺将在2019年1月1日前取消97.2%自新西兰进口产品关税，其中24.3%的产品从《协定》生效时起即实现―零关税‖。对于没有立即实现―零关税‖的产品，将在承诺的时间内逐步降低关税，直至降为―零关税‖。

《中国-东盟自由贸易区》优惠原产地证明FORM E：自2004年1月1日起，凡出口到东盟的农产品（HS第一章到第八章）凭借检验检疫机构签发的《中国-东盟自由贸易区》（FORM E）优惠原产地证书可以享受关税优惠待遇。２００５年７月20日起，７０００多种正常产品开始全面降税。中国和东盟六个老成员国（即文莱、印度尼西亚、马来西亚、菲律宾、新加坡和泰国）至２００５年７月４０％税目的关税降到０－５％；２００７年１月６０％税目的关税要降到０－５％。2010年1月1日将关税最终削减为零。老挝、缅甸至２００９年１月、柬埔寨至２０１２年１月５０％的税目的关税降到０－５％；２０１３年４０％税目的关税降到零。越南２０１０年５０％税目的关税降到０－５％。2015年其它四国（老挝、缅甸、柬埔寨、越南）将关税降为零。

可以签发《中国——东盟自由贸易区》优惠原产地证书的国家有：文莱、柬埔寨、印尼、老挝、马来西亚、缅甸、菲律宾、新加坡、泰国、越南等10个国家。

ECFA优惠原产地证：2011年1月1日起，企业持《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》（简称ECFA）

项下的优惠原产地证书，出口到台湾的货物将获得关税减免的优惠。

《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》（ECFA）是台湾与大陆自2009年年中开始，经过多次商谈达成的一项重要协议，已于2010年9月12日生效，其中早期收获清单将于明年1月1日起付诸实施，届时列入清单的约800项产品将逐步降关税，三年内全部降为零，包括大陆对台湾开放的产品500多项，台湾批准大陆的产品5大类267项，含石化类、机械类、纺织类、运输类产品。《中国与巴基斯坦自由贸易区》原产地证明FORM P：对巴基斯坦可以签发《〈中国与巴基斯坦自由贸易区〉优惠原产地证明书》，2006年1月1日起双方先期实施降税的3000多个税目产品，分别实施零关税和优惠关税.原产于中国的486个8位零关税税目产品的关税将在2年内分3次逐步下降,2008年1月1日全部降为`零,原产于中国的486个8位零关税税目产品实施优惠关税,平均优惠幅度为22%.给予关税优惠的商品其关税优惠幅度从1%到10%不等。

《中国-哥斯达黎加自由贸易协定》的优惠原产地证FORM CR：2011年8月1日《中哥自贸协定》将正式实施，贸促委同时将开始签发于《中国-哥斯达黎加自由贸易协定》下的优惠原产地证书。哥斯达黎加的进口商凭借该证书可享受相应的关税减免待遇。

目前，可签发的优惠证书包括以下国家及地区：韩国、印度、秘鲁、孟加拉、斯里兰卡、新西兰、新加坡、中国台湾和哥斯达黎加。为进一步普及优惠产地证的使用，引导企业利用优惠产地证实现进口关税减免、降低交易成本的目的，建议广大进出口企业主动、及时了解各种自由贸易协定及优惠政策。

一、如果你想知道哪些B2B适合自己的产品，那么就使用GOOGLE，在GOOGLLE搜索栏键入，比如我的产品：CARPET, 那么我键入 CARPET, CARPER IMPORTER, CARPET SELLER, CARPET

SUPPLIER, CARPET RETAILER, CARPET DISTRIBUTOR 等，你的产品所有的关键词。你所得到的结果，1、在前10页左右，基本上是本产品最活跃的B2B，整理下来，自己留着挨个注册。

2、在前20 页左右，你还可以得到：本行业最大的生产商（包括国内和国外）,既竞争者，这尤为重要，对于了解自己产品的国际行情很重要，后面会单独说。

3、基本上，第一次整理完之后，我会从第20页之后开始整理，这样你会得到很多买家资料，或许在某个B2B上面发布过询盘，或许是经营者种产品的国际买家，挨个整理下来，留用。

4、还可以用关键词+ 产品型号，那你得到的信息一定是曾经的询盘，很珍贵的资料。

一定要整理到30页左右，分别变换不同的关键词，还可以使用命令语言来搜索。

外贸单证与基本术语

一、票据 1.票据行为(1)出票(2)背书

背书是受款人在票据的背面签字或作出一定的批注，表示对票据作出转让的行为。转让人称为背书人，被转让人称为被背书人。被转让人可以再加背书，再转让出去，如此，一张票据可以多次转让。背书的种类有：

1)空白背书：背书人只签名，不加注。

2)记名背书：背书人签名后并加注该票转让给指定的人。3)限制背书：背书人签名后并加注该票的限制性条件。(3)提示

票据在付款或远期的请求签见或承兑时，应由持票人将票据向付款人提示。(4)签见

持票人必须先向付款人要求签见，付款人见到票据后，除即期的即予付款外，远期的须在票据上签注签见字样，下签签名、日期及一些注解如“自见票之日起计算3０天后付款”等。(5)承兑

远期票据规定承兑的，在付款前，必须由持票人向付款人要求承兑，即付款人在票据前面批注承兑字样，后加签名、日期及一些注解等。(6)参加承兑

当票据提示给付款人被拒绝承兑时，在持票人同意下，参加承兑人作为参加承兑行为，由他在票据上批注“参加承兑”字样和签名、日期。参加承兑人不像承兑人一样成为票据的主债务人，他只在付款人拒绝付款时，始负付款的义务。(7)保证 票据的保证是保证人对票据的特定债务人支付票款的担保。(8)付款 即期是经提示即予付款，远期是到期付款。

(9)拒绝承兑和拒付 持票人以票据提示，被承兑人拒绝承兑；或到期被付款人拒付，都应作成拒绝证书。拒绝证书是由持票人在法定期限内要求付款地法定公 1 证人或其他有权出具证书的机构签发的证明付款人拒绝承兑或拒付的法律文件。持票人在取得拒绝证书后不须再作付款提示，即可向前手背书人行使追索权。(10)追索 日内瓦票据法规定，票据因时效消灭而丧失追索权。例如汇票承兑人的权利自到期日起有效期为3年，持票人对前手追索权自作成拒绝证书日起或到期日起1年；汇票背书人因被追索而清偿票款并向前手转行追索，自清偿日起６个月内有效。2.票据的种类

(1)汇票 汇票是由出票人签发并由付款人按约定的付款期限（即期或远期）对指定的受款人无条件支付一定金额的指令。汇票种类有：

A)available by drafts at sight凭即期汇票付款

B)draft(s)to be drawn at 30 days sight开立30天的期票 C)sight drafs 即期汇票 D)time drafts 原期汇票

(2)本票 本票的付款人是出票人本人。(3)支票 支票的付款人是银行。

1.发票的作用

(1)买卖双方收发货物，收付货款和记帐的凭证。(2)买卖双方办理报关。(3)卖方缮制其它单据的依据。

(4)在即期付款不出具汇票的情况下，卖方即凭发票向买方收款。2.发票内容

⑴应载明“商业发票”或“发票”的字样。⑵应署有出口单位的全称和详细地址。⑶应写明进口商的名称、地址。⑷载明发票号码和合同号码。⑸载明起运地和目的地。⑹载明商品的描述。⑺唛头及件号。⑻必要的声明。⑼进口证号码。⑽出口商签章。⑾贸促会认证。⑿领事签证。
