爷爷奶奶溺爱孩子咋办？

在我们家中，由于我和孩子爸爸都是上班族，时间、精力不够，孩子平时就由我的父母帮着照顾着。爷爷、奶奶和父母是两代人，除了在年龄上有较大的差异外，思想、爱好、生活习惯等，都存在很大差距。再加上年轻的父母由于现在社会竞争激烈，生存压力增大，总会不自觉地把紧张气氛带入家庭，希望孩子也能早早地适应社会、适应竞争。而相对于退休在家，拥有相对平和的心态的爷爷奶奶们，他们则更多的希望孩子能拥有轻松快乐的童年。爷爷奶奶爱孩子是无可厚非的，但爱要有个度，过分的宠爱就成了溺爱。所以，在理解和肯定对方的基础上，我觉得父母和爷爷奶奶还应在以下几点保持一致。

1.不偏袒孩子，不娇惯孩子 在孩子做错事情时，全家的态度必须保持一致，不能偏袒孩子，娇惯孩子。孩子是很会察言观色，当他看到家庭成员之间出现分歧时，他就会聪明地钻空子。这不仅对改善他的行为毫无益处，反而会导致他的问题越来越严重，甚至带来更多别的问题。

2.孩子能做的事，绝不代劳

事事都为孩子代劳，久而久之，会打消孩子做事的积极性。孩子做些力所能及的事，会让他感觉自己被承认。一些最基本的生活自理能力在今后的生活中是无人能替他代劳一辈子的，所以在日常生活中，培养孩子自我服务能力和劳动习惯是非常重要的。

3.不能无条件满足孩子的每一个要求

我们应学会拒绝孩子的无理要求。当他知道撒娇和无礼取闹没意义时，就不会再这么做了，不要让孩子养成无理取闹和撒娇的习惯。如果孩子想得到某件玩具，并且要求不是很过分时，可让孩子付出一定的努力再满足他，比如，让他打扫卫生“挣”钱。如果他长期轻而易举地就能得到自己想要的，他将不会懂得珍惜和来之不易。

孩子任性也好，有某些不良行为也好，虽然与老人的溺爱、娇惯有关，但父母首先看到的应是自己未尽教子责任的一面，世间没有任何人能替代父母对孩子的教育。所以，父母应尽最大努力和老人沟通，说服老人在育儿中和自己保持一致，只要大人之间态度一致，孩子一定会往好的方向发展。
