刚进初一,郭富铭的英语成绩并不突出,由于基础不够扎实,成绩一直在班上15名左右徘徊。郭富铭骨子里有股不服输的劲儿,他决定从头开始。在老师的指导下,他从基本的中考1600词开始背起,做基础的语法题,循序渐进,努力帮助自己找到学习英语的感觉。基础题做完后,他又开始找老师提前学习初二的内容。
初二的知识多且难,基础不好的同学很容易在初二掉队,而郭富铭却一路上升,英语成绩从15名变成了前10名,成功规避了“两极分化”现象。他说:“我提高的重点在于及时地处理遇到的问题,积极地向老师求助,坚持不懈地积累。”但郭富铭并没有满足现状,他依然每天做阅读、练听力、背语法,一有空就读英语故事。学校的课堂已经无法满足他的求知欲,他给自己周末增加了英语课,在课外班里,他如饥似渴地吸取着老师讲授的知识和方法。进入初三后,郭富铭不再满足于中考试题的难度,在课外班老师的提醒下,他开始背高考3500词,并对讲义上高考难度的完形、阅读进行挑战。英语考试最难的部分就是完形、阅读和写作,而这三项都离不开词汇的掌握程度,郭富铭苦练三大难点,再加上考试技巧的学习,他的成绩突飞猛进。初三几次大型考试,他都进入了前3名。中考中,更是一路过关斩将,就连考生普遍反映难度很大的阅读C、D篇,他也觉得是“小菜一碟”。

第二篇:坚持党建带团建*县推干荐才结硕果
全面落实基层党建带团建工作,关键是加强团干部队伍建设。近年来,**县始终坚持把加强团干部队伍建设作为党建带团建的重要内容和着力点来抓,在团干部的选拔配备、教育管理、输送使用等方面进行了积极探索,通过对团干部严把入口关,加强对团干部严格培训、管理和教育以及积极开展推干荐才,初步形成了共选、共育、共管、共建的团干部选拔、管理、使用机制。1998年以来,在全县乡镇党政领导班子大调整中,共有33位团干部受到提拔使用,占乡镇新提拔年轻干部的62,其中最年轻的为22岁;有10多位团干部被推荐并调入到县委办、县府办、组织部等部门单位工作。几年来的做法,不仅使一大批团干部在团的岗位上锻炼成长,为党组织输送了一大批合格的年轻干部,而且充分发挥了乡镇团委在农村团建中的主体地位,初步形成了“强乡(镇)带村”的工作格局,乡镇团委的凝聚力、战斗力不断得到增强。主要做法如下:
一、坚持标准,加强团干部的选拔配备工作,严把团干部的入口关
团干部是党的年轻干部的重要组成部分。团干部的岗位是实践的岗位、锻炼的岗位、成长的岗位。中共**县委在许多重要会议和场合多次强调团干部就是各类后备干部的“源头活水”,这为各级团干部的进出渠道创造了良好的条件和氛围。
1、坚持高标准选人。在选配乡镇团干部时,突出共青团岗位的特殊要求,坚持高标准选人,力求把那些政治素质强、文化水平高、青年威信好、年纪轻并有潜力的优秀青年干部选拔上来。一是把经公务员公开招考的对象作为选拔重点,因为这批人经公开招考而进入公务员队伍,大都具有较高的综合素质。二是把乡镇团委副书记作为重点考察对象。自1998年开始,为了保证团干部队伍的稳定性,明确要求所有乡镇都必须配备1-2名团委副书记,作为团委书记的后备人选进行培养。这样既减轻了团委书记的工作压力,又培养锻炼了团委副书记的工作能力,增强了团干部队伍建设的连续性,避免团工作出现断档。
2、坚持走群众路线选人。在考察团委书记候选人时,大力发扬民主,坚持走群众路线。除了解考察对象的基本情况外,还广泛征求和听取乡镇党委、乡镇村干部及广大团员青年的意见。在物色考察的基础上,根据各乡镇工作实际情况,因地制宜,因人而异,按照“量才而用”的原则,制订出初步人选方案报县委审核研究。
3、建立县乡二级团委同步换届和团干部统一选配制度。县乡二级团委每三年进行换届选举,坚持在集中换届期间进行团干部统一选拔调配机制。通过同步换届和民主选举,保证了团干部的生机和活力,提高了团员青年参与团工作的积极性,增强了团组织在团员青年中的凝聚力。
4、全面落实乡镇团委书记副科级待遇。按照宁缺勿滥的原则,尽可能的按同级党委组、宣委员的条件配备,并按照省委(1990)4号文件规定享受相应的政治、生活待遇。乡镇团委书记在任职满一年后,经县委组织部和团县委联合考核合格的落实副科级待遇,在乡镇团委书记工作岗位上干满三年未被提拔使用的也将给予副主任科员待遇。通过全面落实团干部副科级待遇,不仅提高了乡镇团委书记的政治经济待遇,增强了团干部做好团工作的责任感和事业心,而且也提高了乡镇团委书记的主体地位,为乡镇团委书记开展工作创造了一个良好的环境。
二、多管齐下,强化教育培养和管理,加快成长进程
1、强化教育,推动团干部在学习中不断成长。把团干部培训纳入到全县干部培训规划,前移教育关口,推动团干部在学习中不断成长。在培训内容和培训形式上,根据形势的变化和团干部自身的需求不断进行改进和创新。内容上主要以扩大团干部视野,拓宽团干部知识面,把团干部变成复合型人才为根本目标;形式上以“走出去—团干部外出培训,请进来—请省、市专家授课,融进去—团干自身上台演讲、撰写调研文章、相互交流工作心得”为主,初步形成了形式多样化、内容系统化的团干部学习新格局。一是县委组织部适时举办团干部培训班或吸收一定比例的团干部参加培训。如举办中青年干部培训班、乡镇团委书记培训班、各类专题培训班等。1998年至今,全县近100名乡镇、县属各单位团干部参加过培训。二是组织新任团干部参加省级团校的上岗培训。团县委每年都组织一期新任团干部培训班,在省级以上团校进行培训。1998年和2001年,分别组织了近30名团干部到上海市团校举办邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想培训班;1999年到2000年,团县委分别组织60多名团干部到省团校参加岗位培训。三是组织团干部参加团县委组织的各类培训班、读书会。团县委每年都举办1—2期全县团干部培训班,邀请省、市、县有关领导和专家到会给团干部们授课,平均每年有60以上的团干部受过2次培训。四是建立健全理论学习制度。由团县委在全县团干部中推出并实施了一系列学习制度,如“三个一”学习制度,要求基层团组织班子成员每年写一篇调研文章,每月作一次专题发言,每周进行一次理论学习。

在几年的毕业班迎考复习教学实践中,我深深地体会到:考前得当有序地复习是取得好的成绩的条件之一。现将我的想法和做法与大家共同探讨: 一.师生共同制定周密而详习计划
九年级的总复习时间紧、任务重。如果没有计划性,很难在短暂的时间之内复习周全。因此帮助学生制定一个合理有效的复习计划是成功地进行英语复习的一个重要因素。同时,我们教师要根据教学大纲及考试说明的要求,制定好总复习计划。在制定计划中,教师应根据近几年中考试题新特点及学生实际情况,采取有效的复习方法。做到着眼全面,突出重点,点面结合,把全面复习和重点复习有机结合起来。1.第一阶段复习主要是回归课本,针对学生对已学基础知识,,本着“依纲靠本”和“温故知新”的原则,要求学生一步一个脚印,扎扎实实搞好基础知识的复习。这一阶段应按教材顺序归纳语言点,讲透语言点运用,对各单元的知识要点进行梳理,同时应注重基础词汇、词组、句型的过关。在复习过程中,还要采取一些必要的措施来巩固和增强复习效果。如做到:(一)根据复习内容,布置适量的难度适中的练习;(二)循环考试,即每学完一部分后,进行阶段性测试,对试卷进行评分登记,以充分调动学生的学习积极性和自觉性。及时了解学生对所复习知识的掌握情况。教师对资料要灵活运用,尽量选择或自编与复习内容联系密切的习题。2.加强语法归纳与练习
语法的复习不可轻视,一定的句法能力是提高语言能力的基础。不重视语法教学,势必会造成学生张口动笔就错、语言不规范。教材的语法项目编排分散,复习时必须相对集中,系统归纳。尤其是八种时态,两种语态,应结合具体的句子,采取归纳总结、对比的办法,达到举一反三的效果。3对学生弱项进行重点训练
通过对学生试卷中错误的分析,教师要及时发现学生在哪种题型上失分较多,在中考前应集中力量把学生的弱项补上来。如加强词汇的拼写、积累好的语句为写作做准备等等。只有这样,才能更快地提高学生的成绩。对于考查能力的题型,更要尽快加强对学生学习策略的指导,突破能力极限。4.加强听力训练
听力测试主要是检测考生通过听觉获取信息的能力。在总复习的最后一个月,要根据中考英语考试的时间,每天进行15分钟听力训练。训练时,要注重训练学生预测听力材料内容的能力,捕捉重点细节的能力,抓主要内容和主题思想的能力,正确辨别人物态度与感受他们之间关系的能力。同时,还应精听与泛听相结合。5.加强阅读能力的训练
培养阅读能力是初中英语教学的重点。阅读理解能力也一直是中考英语测试的主题,阅读理解能力的提高,既可以帮助学生顺利地解答中考英语中的阅读理解试题,也有助于解答完形填空试题和词语填空试题,其基础都是阅读理解能力。通过阅读理解训练,学生既可以巩固和加强各项英语基础知识,又可以学习到许多英语表达的方法和技巧,因此,在复习阶段,阅读训练一天也不能放松,要求学生限时阅读,重点训练学生总结归纳、判断推理等深层次理解能力以及获取信息和猜测词义的能力,培养学生解题技巧。6.加强书面表达的训练 中考要求学生能够运用学过的句型、短语和语言功能表达一定的意义或表达自己的观点。在复习期间要训练良好的写作方法,多进行仿写、缩写、改写、看图写话、按中文提示写作等练习,并不断总结改进。在训练写作时要注意培养学生分析题材,体裁,领会写作要求,不漏掉要点。在写作中让学生用自己最有把握的语句表达出来,避免使用复杂的长句,注意调整句式与顺序。最后要检查是否有拼写、标点、时态等方面的错误。
7.建立和谐的师生关系
师生关系是影响教学质量的一个重要因素。融洽的师生关系能促进教育质量的提高。毕业班的英语复习课很难教,枯燥无味,需要有基础、又要有毅力和耐心的学生才会跟得上。这时如果融洽了师生关系,学生会亲其师而信其道,听从教师的安排与倡导,促使复习质量的提高;相反,则会对学生的学习动机、兴趣、态度产生消极影响,制约着教育质量的提高。真诚地热爱每一个学生,关心、理解、体贴、尊重、信任他们,把每名学生都当作天才来培育。他们也就尊重、依赖、喜欢你,从而融洽了师生感情。这样不断地深入培养,才会出现乐教乐学的喜人局面。
总之,九年级的英语总复习要针对教材的特点和中考的发展,更新观念,理清思路,科学地安排,周密地计划,在有限的时间内达到最佳复习效果。

纵观近几年中考试题,“补全对话”作为阅读理解类题型成了必考题,用来考查学生的情景交际能力。因此对于考生而言,一定要熟悉日常交际用语及对话话题。如:问候;介绍;告别;打电话、感谢和应答;祝愿和应答;道歉和应答;邀请和约会;提供帮助;请求允许;谈论天气;购物;问路;看病;劝告和建议;时间和日期等在英语教学大纲中要求的话题及常用习语。以上的情景及话题在汉语中也是很常见的。但中英文在思维及表达方式上差距较大,命题人常从此方面设计考题。如:接电话人说:“Thisis„speaking.或Who'sthat?”不说:“I'm„或Whoareyou?”语言是灵活多变的,所以一定要注意根据语言环境具体问题具体分析。要做好这类题,需从以下三个方面着手:
