英语阅览室使用制度
1、图书、阅览室由专人负责日常管理,并由上阅览课教师负责使用管理。教师上课前,必须检查图书和设备完好情况,发现问题及时反映,以保证教学正常进行。
2、上课时学生要有秩序进入室内,按规定的地方就坐,室内保持安静,不准随意喧哗、走动、打闹。阅完图书要放回原处,下课时不得私自带出去并带齐自己的学习用品有秩序离室,违者批评教育,严重者以盗书行为处理。
3、注意室内清洁,不准带东西到室内吃,不准乱丢纸屑、杂物,不准在座台墙壁上乱刻乱画。每天上最后一节课的班级,学生要把室内打扫干净。
4、爱护图书,没有取得管理人员允许,不准随意动用非本课使用的图书,不随意在图书上乱涂乱画,更不能随意撕扯图书。如违者造成损失,照价赔偿。
5、图书的借阅应按规定办理手续并在规定时限内归还,每人每次限借图书一本;图书、阅览室必须确保专课使用,非阅览课使用必须经学校主管领导同意方可开门使用,如使用损坏或遗失,照价赔偿。
6、使用完毕,教师应整理、检查图书的摆放,及时如实填写使用记录,关好门窗,切断灯具、风扇电源,锁好门。如失职造成损失,追究事故责任。
7、图书、阅览室小管理员必须按规定时间进入协助教师进
行图书管理和自助图书服务,小管理员必须仔细做好登记验卡,不得自顾看书或翻动室内其它物品。使用完毕,应整理、检查室内设备,关好门窗,切断灯具风扇电源,锁好门。
9、借阅图书时,借书人只能在指定书架上挑选图书,不得私自从其他书架上挑选。借阅图书应在借阅期限前归还。

七年级英语教材紧密联系学生生活实际,为学生提供了具有时代气息的语言材料,设置了逼真的语言运用情景,注重交际的语言实践活动,旗帜鲜明地指出了学生实际语言运用能力的培养目标和发展方向,并强调课程应从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与、合作、交流与探究的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,来增强学生综合语言运用能力。通过精心地研读教材和课标,我认为使用本教材应注意以下几个事项
1.大胆补充,适当增删
在教材使用过程中,教师可以根据需要对教材内容进行适当的补充,以使教材的内容更加符合学生的需要和贴近学生的生活实际。在对教材进行大胆补充时,教师还可以根据实际情况对教材的内容进行适当的取舍。当然,对教材进行补充或取舍时,前提是不影响教材的完整性和系统性。要避免为了考试而随意对教材进行调整;如有可能,应尽量与同科教师一起协商补充或取舍的内容。
2.活动替换,内容筛选
在教学过程中,教师可以根据实际教学需要,对教材中不太合适的内容或活动进行替换。例如,如果教师认为某个单元的阅读篇章内容适用,但阅读理解练习题设计得不合理或不适合自己的学生,就可以用自己设计的练习题替换原有的练习题。如果教师认为某部分的语言不够规范或缺乏真实性,教师可以选用其他语言材料取而代之。
3.扩展内容,延伸活动
在教材中,教学活动的难度过高或过低的现象时有发生。如果教师认为某个活动太难,就可以扩展活动的步骤,增加几个准备性或提示性的步骤,从而降低活动难度。如果活动太容易,教师可以对原有的活动进行延伸,比如在阅读理解的基础上展开讨论、增加词汇训练、进行写作训练等等。
4.调整顺序,发挥主导
根据学生的实际情况对教材内容的顺序进行适当的调整有利于提高教学效果。比如,
