一、展位预订基本应对
1.I’d like to sign up.我想报名。
2.I may register you on the phone.我可以帮您在电话里注册。
3.I would suggest you make a reservation with your credit card now, otherwise we can’t guarantee your booth.我建议您现在就用信用卡预订,否则我们无法保证您的摊位。4.Let me confirm your reservation.我再确认一下您的预订。

四、取消展位
1.Cancellation will only be accepted in writing before the stipulated deadline.取消展位必须于截至日期前以书面形式提出。
2.All cancelled orders will be subject to a 30% cancellation charge.所取消的申请需缴付30%作取消手续费用。
3.A written notification by the exhibitor is demanded for cancellation of exhibition space.参展企业若取消参展或削减展出面积,应以出面形式通知(主办单位)。
4.Only cancellation and refund requests made in writing will be accepted.取消参展与申请退款必须以书面形式提出。
5.All refunds will be processed after the event/exhibition.所有退款需在本次活动/展览结束之后方能办理。
五、付款事项

一、课程设置(课程说明)
经济全球化是当代世界经济发展的重要趋势,随着对外开放和国际化程度的日益提高,会展业已发展成为新兴的现代服务贸易型产业。国家需要越来越多的既能熟练应用英语进行工作,又能熟练进行会展行业操作的复合型人才。课程设置(课程目标)
1.使学生能够理解和掌握会展专业知识。2.学生能运用会展专业知识进行实际操作。
3.学生能够具备英语应用能力、协调能力、沟通接待能力、策划、组织及宣传能力 信息收集、整理等综合职业素质。
二、教材分析
该教材以企业和行业需求为导向,以学生为中心,以实践为核心,培养学生的英语应用能力和职业能力。共分十个单元:会展邀请;安排参展;布置会议厅和展位;参加展会;接待客户;介绍产品;洽谈业务;商贸谈判;撤离展会;分析成效。这十个单元横向贯穿整个会展操作流程,每个单元均由热身活动、情景对话、应用写作和广泛阅读四个部分组成。每一部分涉及一个主题,采用了步骤、行业、内容不尽相同的场景训练形式。
三、学情分析
本教材授课对象为大学二年级旅游英语专业学生,学生已掌握一些英语专业知识,但对会展专业英语知识认知很少,也没有接受过会展专业英语口语的培训及词汇的积累,同时学生的英语基本功也需要进一步得到提高。
另外,从学习类型来看,总的可以分为以下几类:刻苦型,目标任务型,兴趣型,厌学型。

五、学法指导
1.要做好课前预习,初步了解新课的内容和重点,并记录下疑难问题,做到“心中有数” 2.专心上课,课堂上保持良好的状态,做到眼、脑、口、手并用,易懂粗读,新内容细读,重难点精读,做到把重要的信息经过反复操练达到完全掌握的程度。
3.课堂上难免有些地方听不懂或不全懂,所以必须向老师或同学请教讨论,切不可爱面子或偷懒使问题积少成多。
4.及时、经常、科学地复习,争取课内外各种机会多练习英语。
六、教学程序
Review: 通过老师提问学生回答的方式对上一课单词,所学句型等进行复习。
Watching, Listening and Speaking:放本单元的视频和听力材料,并要求学生就听力材料后的问题进行口头回答,使学生了解所听对话的主题。讲解听力材料中的新单词、重要句型和表达等,并进行操练。让学生成小组朗读对话,熟悉对话内容。Exercises:以让学生操练对话,最后能做到基本不看教材地演示对话(允许对对话内容作一些适当的修改或增补)。
分小组示范,老师给予点评。根据老师给出的PPT内容进行对话,学生示范、老师点评。
七、考核方式
平时成绩50%:平时成绩主要是根据学生的到课率、课堂表现、实践成绩、作业等情况来给出一个科学合理的成绩。
期末成绩50%:期末考试,笔试:考试时间:90分钟。
