一、教材分析
这是新目标英语九年级第十单元第一课时。在这一课,我们首先通过看图片认知过去完成时,然后再通过听、说、写来体验并掌握这个时态。
二、教学目标和要求
1.认知目标
(1)掌握单词和短语:by the time, gotten, oversleep(2)观察目标句型:“what happened?”and“by the time i got up, my brother had already gotten in the shower.”
(3)归纳过去完成时的用法。
2.技能目标
(1)教学生会使用新单词。
(2)教学生会用过去完成时来叙述过去发生的事情。
(3)用核心句型来训练学生的听说写的技能。
3.情感价值
要让学生养成早睡早起的好习惯,那么早上就不会匆匆忙忙。
教学重点:
(1)重点单词:oversleep(2)用过去完成时来叙述过去发生的事情。
(3)语法:过去完成时
教学难点:

三、教学设计
在备课时,笔者是依据《全日制义务教育英语课程标准(实验稿)》、“考试说明”及初中英语教学和学生实际情况来设计的。具体的教学过程:
1.首先以“发现”区别为例,减缓学生的紧张和焦虑,并为下面的对话和理解语法作热身。

Unit10 1.过去完成时
(1)构成:由助动词had + 过去分词 构成
否定式:had not + 过去分词
缩写形式:hadn’t
(2)用法:过去完成时表示在过去某一时间或动作之前已经发生或完成了的动作。(3)它所表示的时间是“过去的过去”。
①表示过去某一时间可用by, before 等构成的短语来表示 ②也可以用when, before, after 等引导的时间状语从句来表示
③还可以通过宾语从句或通过上下文暗示。

3.英语中表示“把某物遗忘在某处”常用 leave + 地点 ,而不是forget+地点 如:Unluckily, I left my book at home不幸的是,我把书忘在家里了。4.close v.关

引导结果状语从句,so后面接形容词、副词.②so that作“为了”时,引导目的状语从句,从句常出现情态动词,作结果状语从句时,从句中一般不用情态动词。

新目标英语九年级unit10教学反思
本单元我主要是围绕着“narrate past events”这个话题,通过了解不及时做某事而造成的危害,培养学生养成良好的行为习惯。
这个单元的语言目标主要是让学生掌握过去完成时的用法;学会谈论过去发生的事情,会使用以下基本句子:
By the time I got outside,the bus had already left.Have you ever been to…? Yes,I have.What happened to David on April Fool’s Day
本单元我充分利用情景教学法,首先,我创设与本单元话题相关的情景,如展示“我的尴尬”的一组图片,通过自己讲述自己尴尬的经历,激起学生对话题的兴趣。然后通过SectionA 1a的图片,讲述图片上发生的事情,强调过去完成时的结构和用法:(had+pp)。把优化课堂教学当成教育的主渠道,尽最大可能为学生创设运用英语的情景,指导学生积极地运用语言,在学中用,在用中学。通过老师不断的强化句型,让学生有个模式,为后面的讨论做铺垫。通过反复操练,巩固句型,体会句型的结构,同时加强运用相关的目标句型,如:get outside,get to school,start doing,be late for„等,并为听懂听力内容打下基础。其二,我围绕着本单元的教学目标,让学生完成任务:想想自己是否曾经有过很倒霉的经历,向全班同学讲述事情的经过。通过完成一个任务,让学生运用所学内容,既巩固了本课所学的目标语言,又开拓了学生的思维,使学生的语言运用源于书本又高于书本,培养学生在实际活动中运用本单元所学的内容,来解决现实生活中的实际问题的能力,真正达到了新课标提出的培养学生综合运用语言的能力。其三,有了以上的铺垫,学生运用语言和语法知识进行阅读并理解文章。在这一环节中,我询问了学生对愚人节的了解。使学生在学习本单元语言知识的同时,也了解一些西方文化及西方儿童的生活习惯。最后,让学生根据所学知识进行写作,使他们的写作技能得到发展和提高。
通过本单元的学习之后,学生充分地意识到不及时做某事而造成的危害,学生学会了合理安排自己的学习和生活,守时守信的重要性。其二,我以教材为基本,但又不拘泥于课本,利用多媒体创设情景,促使学生感悟和体验教学内容与生活的内在联系,培养学生语言技能和语言运用能力。教学语言重点、难点突出,学生在活动中运用知识学会做事,教学内容注意开放性。其三,我注意语感教学。加强听说训练,努力做到视、听、说同步,培养学生语言学习兴趣。学生根据所学的知识,能够流利地讲述自己曾经有的特别的一天,使他们能够在运用中感受自己的成就感,体会到学习的快乐,很好地激发了他们学习的热情。
不足之处在于Section B 2c Groupwork中,让学生根据听力内容,运用2a、2b中的信息,首先理解对话、模仿对话,进行表演对话。这一环节能够很好地体现出学生合作学习、互相交流的精神,培养语言能力和创新精神。可惜在课时安排和设计上没能在课堂进行。其二,布置学生的写作,没能及时在课堂上进行反馈、点评。其三,由于时间的限制和我本人安排上的疏忽,造成课堂前松后紧,以至有拖堂的现象。
我想:教是为了学生的“学”,是要让学生会“学”,我们老师应该给予学生进行独立思考、独立解决问题的空间。而如何培养学生的自学能力,我们教师在其中起着极为重要的引导和启发的作用。

本课综合听说读写四个方面,以三个环环相扣,循序渐进的任务展开知识学习.首先以一首优美的歌曲“Dreaming my dream”引入,将学生自然带入语言环境,并初步感受到本课的主要话题是谈论自己的理想,由此引出本课第一个任务,学生听一段课本中的短文,了解她是如何构想将来的,并为第二个任务做了铺垫。有了理想之后,更重要的是要为实现理想付出努力。因此,第二个任务接踵而来,学生阅读短文,了解她将如何实现理想,这个任务承上启下,它引出本课的中心任务:即帮助自己的同学实现理想。最后,从个人梦想过渡到民族梦想,我们已经争取到2008奥运会的申办,那么,我们将要怎么做,为奥运会贡献自己的一份力量呢,该任务既是拓展,又是巩固。二.课后反思:
本课在设计上听说结合,相得益彰。首先给学生创造了一个语言环境,让学生自然融入,然后,缓缓导入阶梯状任务链,循序渐进,难度不断加大,但坡度平缓,铺垫充分且扎实,因此学生在完成最后的中心任务时亦不觉吃力,整堂课学生活动充分,教师的引导点到为止,给学生较大的空间发挥和创造。另外,教师在几个任务之间的点评也很及时到位,给学生非常清晰的范例和指示,利于学生明确任务的方向。
