翻译新概念读后感读了翻译新概念后，我又对翻译有了进一步的了解。

翻译同一个民族的文明程度密切相关。中国翻译事业任重而道远。介绍外国同对外介绍中国同样急迫。

翻译是人类语言活动的重要组成部分，也是使不同语言的部落、民族、国家之间互相交流、互相沟通、互相学习和借鉴不可缺的手段。因此，如果说先进的思想和科学技术能够飞越国界，那么翻译则是这种飞跃的翅膀。

翻译标准应满足以下三个基本要求：（1）正确解读原文的信息，并精确地把原文的真实信息转换成译入语的语言表达；（2）译文应保持通畅、易懂、使读者产生阅读美感；（3）译文的语言水平应当不低于原文的语言水平，包括语言的风格。

在翻译实践中，有全译、节译、编译之分。相比之下，编译的自由度大，可以允许对原文中无关紧要的细节描述或内容重复的叙述进行删节，也可以对原文中的语言错误或表达不当的地方进行修正，以免以讹传讹，但必须始终沿着原文的信息主线进行编译，不能“乱编”。

翻译标准不管如何表达，都应该响亮的提醒译者：翻译是一种“双重服务”的行业。一是服务于原文作者，译者应尽自己的智慧与技能把原文作者的思想成果介绍给译入语的作者；二是服务于译入语的作者，帮助读者理解并欣赏原文。译者所面临的这两个“上帝”谁都不能冒犯，不然翻译自然就失去了存在的合理性。

翻译标准是理性的，翻译实践是感性的。所以，不同的译者在翻译同一篇文章时往往会有不同的翻译角度，译文不可能相同。同时，要完全达到翻译标准是一件非常困难的事情。对于大多数译文来说，只能说是最大化地接近翻译标准。但是用客观的标准来衡量是完全可以判断出优劣、长短、得失、是非的。其尺度主要是：（1）对原文的理解与译文转达准确与否；（2）译文的选词恰当与否；（3）表达得明白、流畅与否；（4）译文语言文的风格相符与否。

总之，翻译的过程是一个理解到表达的过程，换句话说也就是在原文作者与译文读者之间构成理解之桥的过程。显而易见，译者对原文的理解是整个问题的关键，如果没有译者对原文的真正理解，这个沟通原文作者和译文读者的桥很可能成为陷阱。只有深刻而全面地理解了原作的精神和作者意图，才可能发幽探微，穷其毫末，然后译出其意、其神、其情、其声。正如丰子恺先生所说：“要是翻译充分发挥效能，有一个必要条件，但是必须翻译的又正确，又流畅，使读者读了全然理解，又全不费力。要达到这个问题的目的，我认为有一种办法：翻译者必须深深地理解原作，把原作吸到肚子里，然后用本国的语言来传达给本国人。用一个譬喻来说，好比把原文嚼碎了，吞下去、消化了，然后再吐出来。”
