校领导主持召开安全工作会议
12月31日下午，我校召开安全工作会议，副校长宋献中、校长助理王志伟以及保卫处、总务后勤管理处、基建处、学生处、研究生院、实验室与设备管理处、资产经营公司等单位负责人参加了此次会议。
会上，宋校长首先传达了《省政府办公厅关于进一步加强今冬明春防火工作的紧急通知》《省安委会办公室关于深圳市光明新区“12.11”重大火灾事故的紧急通报》《广东省教育厅转发<省政府办公厅关于进一步加强今冬明春防火工作的紧急通知>、<省安委会办公室关于深圳市光明新区“12.11”重大火灾事故的紧急通报>的通知》等文件精神，对学校开展安全工作提出新的要求，强调要落实责任制，确保消防工作落实到实处。随后，王校助指出，各单位应高度重视消防安全管理工作，组织地毯式排查，重点检查灭火器、楼梯通道、安全出口、应急照明、大功率电器等关键点，发现问题及时整改，并报 告学校保卫处。
与会人员根据文件精神分别汇报了本单位的消防安全管理情况，并表示将进一步做好校园消防安全管理工作。最后，宋校长强调，春节及寒假即将到来，各单位务必高度重视，实施“地毯式排查、立查立改”措施，确保校园消防安全。

保卫处开展防诈骗宣传工作
11月5日，由治安科制作的防诈骗宣传剪报，已发放到各个学院、部处，与此同时，学生社区教育管理中心、丹田物业也在学生宿舍宣传栏及家属区楼下进行了相应的警示宣传。
11月13日，保卫处副处长舒宜学在学术报告厅为离退休工作处的职工们开展了一场防诈骗知识讲座。舒处长列举了一系列诈骗案例，并传授给大家一些行之有效的防诈骗小策略。生动的诈骗事例，简单的预防方法向离退休职工们传播了防诈骗知识，广受大家的欢迎。
保卫处日后将继续通过各种形式对防诈骗知识进行宣传，以增强师生员工及其家属的防范意识，让诈骗分子在学校无可乘之机。

党政办开展消防安全知识培训
12月5日下午，我校保卫处消防科与党政办联合开展了一场内容丰富翔实的消防安全知识培训活动。此次活动得到了党政办各位老师们的重视，他们积极参与、高度配合、认真实践，使得此次培训活动圆满完成。
活动之初，党政办领导带领各位老师首先在会议室内观看了消防知识视频，从理论上掌握了火灾的分类，灭火的方法等消防知识。随后，消防科工作人员向他们详细介绍了应急灯、消防栓、烟感器等消防设备的工作原理和具体功能，并进行了灭火器的实践操作训练。
据悉，我校保卫处消防科组织的消防安全系列培训活动，已在许多院系成功举办，活动切合实际，有效地提高了我校师生的灭火技能及应急自救能力，得到了广大师生的一致好评。

保卫处积极配合开展校园普法活动
为了配合12•4普法宣传周的各项活动，由我校法学院、保卫处联合举办的校园普法活动于12月5日中午在建阳篮球场上拉开了帷幕。
此次活动特别邀请了法学专业的老师到现场为同学们提供房屋产权与租赁、赡养义务、离婚财产分割等各项专业法律咨询。保卫处 老师与志愿者们穿梭于人群之间，向同学们派发法律宣传单、防诈骗剪报，宣传单以漫画的形式生动地展现了日常生活中有关劳动与社会保障的法律问题以及相关的法律法规，活动中还设置了许多有趣的法律小常识问答，吸引了不少同学驻足参加。
本次校园普法活动以派发宣传单，提供法律咨询，法律小常识问答的形式向我校广大师生宣传法律知识，普及法律常识，吸引了众多 学生的参与，现场气氛热烈。

安保工作
（一）第十届广州大学生电影节闭幕式暨颁奖晚会于2013年12月5日晚在我校礼堂举行，保卫处按照学校的总体安排部署，落实安全保卫执勤方案，突出工作重点，坚持点面结合，圆满完成了晚会期间的各项安保任务。
（二）2013年12月14日，2013年下半年全国大学英语四、六级考试在我校举行。保卫处负责此次考试的安全保卫工作。
安保工作主要围绕封闭场地、押送、看守试卷、场地巡查、交通管理、消防广播以及身份验证等工作展开。在安全保卫工作总指挥杨广生处长的带领下，保卫处全处人员分工合作，认真负责，力求考试顺利进行，圆满完成此次安保工作。

（一）2013年12月21日晚上23:00左右，我校基建处退休干部李干发现暨南花园30栋单车棚有人单车篮里遗漏挎包一个，于是找来在附近值班的交通班队员方家淦，在30栋值班的物业保安共同见证下将包打开，内有现金910元，相机一部，手机一部，各种卡共8张。后通知巡逻班值班队员萧志良，写下见证条移交至监控中心。12月22日上午通过核对证件无误，写下收条将包还回失主，确定包内物品无遗失。
（二）2013年12月8日15时左右，监控中心接到报警电话，成教楼停车场附近有一形迹可疑的人在徘徊，工作人员随即用对讲机通知巡逻队员前去查看。当队员赶到时，该嫌疑人正在对成教楼停车场入口处的一辆电动车动手，队员当即对嫌疑人进行控制并带回保卫处，后移交至石牌派出所处理。

春节、寒假期间温馨提示
尊敬的全体师生员工：
大家好！春节、寒假将至，为了师生员工度过一个平安、祥和、愉快的假期，保卫处将进一步加大防范力度，同时希望师生员工加强防范意识，提高警惕。根据学校的实际情况，特提醒注意以下几点：
一、各单位做好假期值班安排，并加强值班管理，保证人员到位。
二、进出办公室、实验室、宿舍时请随手锁门，离开时检查门、窗是否锁好，并切断电源、气源和水源。
三、妥善保管好现金和贵重物品，家中不要存放大量现金；存折、信用卡不要与身份证和户口本放在一起；金银首饰不要将其随意摆放，使用后应锁好。
四、留校同学要注意用火、用电安全，不在床上吸烟，不得使用电炉、热得快、电热杯等违规电器，更不能私接电线；不要在宿舍内存储易燃、易爆物品，更不得在宿舍焚烧书信、报纸等杂物及留宿非本宿舍人员。
五、在就餐、运动等公共场所要提高警惕，不要将贵重财物随意放置，切勿将装有手机、钱包的书包霸位，以防物品被盗。
六、教（职）工出门勿烹饪，关煤气、拔插座、灭烟头，千万不要麻痹大意，避免遗留火种，酿成事故。
七、保持邻里和睦，娱乐时请注意不要干扰邻里休息，谨防诈骗，凡是接到陌生人要求转帐、汇款的短信或电话，请您做到不听、不信、不转帐、不汇款。
八、在回家及返校途中请注意安全，尽量不与陌生人交往，不要将自己的私人信息透露给素不相识的陌生人，以免被他人利用。
九、出行请注意交通安全，遵守交通规则，不要酒后驾车，防止发生交通事故。在校内行驶请慢速通行，有序停放并锁好车辆门窗，勿将贵重物品放置车内，以免带来不必要的经济损失。
十、节假日期间要提高警惕，自觉维护校园安全，发现可疑情况及时通知值班人员或保卫处。

师生“面对面”，服务“点对点”
——机关开放日保卫处多重举措为我校师生答疑解惑
为增进我校师生对校园环境综合治理工作的了解，展现机关的服务理念和管理成果，5月6日上午，机关党委组织开展了校园环境综合治理专题现场答询会。学校党委书记蒋述卓出席活动并作了讲话，肯定活动的意义和做法。
在金陵文化广场活动现场，保卫处共设立了综合治理、户籍证件、消防安全、车辆管理、治安保卫等五个开放点，通过内容丰富的专题视频、直观形象的宣传海报、精美别致的实用手册，全面贴心的问题答疑，并现场展示了消防器材、防暴装备的使用技巧，为广大师生释疑解惑，听取师生意见和建议，向我校师生展现了保卫干部们强烈的服务意识与积极向上的工作面貌。现场气氛活跃，活动广受师生欢迎。

落实双代会提案建议，学校召开安全工作布置会议
5月19日上午，宋献中副校长主持召开安全工作会议，专题研究落实第七届教代会、第十一届工代会第五次会议保卫提案建议。保卫处相关人员参加了会议。本次教代会和工代会主要征集到有关保卫工作的提案建议主要有车辆停放、电动车管理、校园养犬遛狗以及消防与师生安全。会议逐一研究了这些提案建议，并形成初步解决措施。
针对车辆停放问题，保卫处决定坚决落实《暨南大学校园道路交通安全管理规定》，严格审查办证车辆，加强交通巡逻疏导指挥，对违规车辆实施警示单教育、锁车警戒以及黑名单禁止进校措施；同时，坚决杜绝外来车辆占用学校资源，依据广州市停车临时收费标准及时提高外来车辆进校收费标准，将原先外来车辆每季度深夜清查制度改为一月清理一次，列入黑名单外来车辆不得再进校园。
针对电动车管理，根据广州市政府发布的《关于对电动自行车和其他安装有动力装置的非机动车不予登记、不准上道路行驶的通告》、《关于整治五类车的通告》等相关规定，保卫处调研其他兄弟院校禁止电动车行驶管理措施，立即出台学校电动车管理规定。
关于校园养犬遛狗问题，保卫处贯彻落实《广州市养犬管理条例》和《暨南大学校园内关于养犬的管理规定》，尽快完成养犬住户登记工作，督促犬主办理合法养犬手续；在教学、办公、宿舍及各大门等地方张挂禁止遛狗警示标志，对违规遛狗犬只采取通知单劝导并拍照取证，屡教不改者实施捕抓，维护校园秩序安宁。
关于消防与师生安全，雨季多有雷暴雨天气，保卫处继续发挥短信平台以及校园网，及时发布天气信息提醒师生注意安全；加大消防安全培训，在每年2次全校性应急培训演练的基础上，深入基层单位组织专项安全培训，特别是实验室师生的消防应急能力；加大公共区域巡逻和深夜巡逻密度，特别是注意毕业生照相、聚餐等集体活动安全；充分利用视频监控中心功能，及时发现问题，到达现场处理事件。
宋献中表示，学校和师生人生财产安全始终是学校工作的重点，是保卫工作的核心，保卫处应该全力解决教职工关注的热点、难点、焦点问题，维护学校与师生安全。保卫处处长杨广生表示，保卫工作是一项涉及各单位，贯穿在教学、科研、管理、服务等各个环节，且与家庭、社会紧密相连的系统工程，希望广大师生员工积极建言献策，大力支持保卫工作，共同做好校园安全管理工作。

广州市公安局出入境管理支队来校调研留学生出入境管理工作
5月14日下午，广州市公安局出入境管理支队支队长刘武彬、副支队长彭云飞一行莅临我校，开展留学生出入境管理工作的调研活动，宋献中副校长会见了调研组一行。学校国际交流合作处、保卫处、研究生院、招生办公室、学生处、国际学院、华文学院等留学生管理工作相关单位负责人参加了座谈会。
宋献中介绍了学校近期所取得的发展，并表示，在学校南校区即将启用，以及学校获批成为接受中国政府奖学金留学生资格院校的形势下，学校的境外学生规模也将进一步扩大，希望市局出入境管理支队继续支持和指导我校的留学生管理工作。刘武彬充分肯定了我校留学生出入境管理工作取得的成效，表示希望了解和听取学校在留学生管理的实际工作中所遇到的问题和困难，今后将建立留学生出入境管理工作联席会议机制，及时解决学校在工作中遇到的问题。座谈中，警官们还现场详细解答了我校留学生管理相关单位工作人员提出的问题，并表示今后将更多的采取“送警上门”的方式，宣传国家出入境管理的相关规章制度，服务学校和留学生。

广东省高教保卫学会工作年会在清远召开
2014年5月16日上午，广东省高教保卫学会2013年年会在广东清远召开。来自省教育厅，省公安厅，省国家安全厅、省校安会和省高教保卫学会的领导以及全省高等院校的保卫处的相关负责人参加了会议。
会议由清远职业技术学院副院长蒋平生致欢迎辞，广东省高教学会保卫学专业委员会理事长、华南师范大学副校长郭杰作工作报告。大会表彰了先进个人和优秀论文作者，我校保卫处杨广生处长的《侨校的安全教育略论——以暨南大学为例》以及综治办曾冰玉副主任的 《为高校安全护航，共圆平安校园梦——高校保卫队伍思想政治教育探析》荣获2013年优秀论文。

毕业生户口迁移工作全面展开
2014 届毕业生户口迁移工作已于5月中旬开始准备，今年的毕业生户口迁移人数约有2800人，为了不影响毕业生的顺利离校，户证科6月底前将全部完成毕业生的户口登记、录入、上报、打印及发放工作。面对如此“时间紧、批量大、任务重”的户口迁移工作，户证科的各位同志同心协力，积极配合。特别是负责该项工作的何小燕同志，工作认真细致，加班加点完成任务。
在此保卫处也提醒各位同学注意，一定要仔细填写户口迁移登记表，迁往地址一定准确详细，不可随意填写。如有疑问，可拨打户证科电话咨询020-85220051。

暨大附中开展消防安全培训
为了提高师生校园消防安全意识与消防器材实践操作能力，5月14日16时，保卫处与暨南大学附属中学联合举办了一场消防安全培训。首先，保卫处在暨大附中的会议室为师生们放映了消防视频，介绍了各种火灾类型、扑灭方式等消防知识。之后，消防科工作人员到空地上向大家详细解释了干粉灭火器的工作原理，并指导师生们进行了实践操作训练。本次消防安全知识培训取得了良好的效果，进一步提高了广大师生的消防安全意识和自防自救能力。

加强清理无证过夜车辆，缓解学校交通拥堵
鉴于我校车位严重不足的情况，为进一步做好交通安全管理工作，杜绝外来车辆占用学校资源，我处已对校内停放过夜车辆进行了几次大清理，将查获的无证车辆列入门禁系统黑名单。为确保准确性，每次清理车辆时校警队会预先进行3次核对。2014年1月至4月，我处共清理校内无证过夜车辆98辆。
同时，我们要提醒已办理出入证的各位车主，请务必严格遵守《校本部校园道路交通安全管理规定》，将出入证置于挡风玻璃显眼处，以便识别。

出台电动车管理措施，消除安全隐患
近年来，校内行驶的电动车越来越多，甚至有时因为行驶度过快而屡屡造成交通事故，严重影响了校内师生的人身安全与教学秩序。针对这个问题，根据广州市相关规定，我处将对校内行驶的电动车进行管理，并采取相关措施。
在向电动车车主发出校内禁止行驶电动车的通知的同时，保卫处已成立电动车查扣小组，对进入校内的电动车辆进行严格检查，禁止电动车辆（特别是送快餐电动车辆）进入校内。保卫处将在各校门口尤其是暨南花园门口、西门口等地设置查扣点，于重点时间段（上午11:00-13:00，下午16:30-22:00）对违规的车辆进行查扣登记并移交交警部门处理。对于多次违规的校外人员，将被禁止进入校园。

校卫风采
（一）坚持巡逻保安全，抓获现行盗窃贼
3月25日、3月27日，保卫处110值班中心先后接到报警电话，皆为失窃案件，报警人分别丢失了衣物和iPad。经两次录像调取查看，确认为同一嫌疑人作案。3月28日15时30分，此嫌疑人到苏州苑篮球场企图作案时，被球场巡逻队员发现。15时35分，在巡逻班班长李乐华的带领下成功将其抓获，并带回保卫处询问。经指证，嫌疑人戴某是已有七八年作案史的惯偷。该嫌疑人现已移交派出所，继续进行调查审理。同时，保卫处也再次提醒各位师生，应注意保护好自身财物，尤其在公共场所，物品应放置在视线范围内，不给犯罪分子任何可乘之机，一旦发生被盗事件，请第一时间报案，为破案提供有价值线索。
（二）监控助力，巡逻班速擒窃贼
4月12日16时左右，巡逻班队员萧志良在足球场周边巡逻时，发现一身着黑衣黑裤的中年男子坐在球场门口，左顾右盼，形迹可疑，萧志良随即用对讲机呼叫监控中心留意该男子。16时35分，监控中心监控到该男子偷包，马上通知巡逻班队员对其进行抓捕。几位队员立即赶往现场将其擒拿，并带回保卫处，在其偷的包里查获5部手机。
当日17时，巡逻班队员又接到饭堂工作人员的举报，举报人称饭堂二楼一男子有盗窃学生饭卡的嫌疑。班长李乐华立刻呼叫监控中心进行监控，并派遣队员对其进行跟踪留意。17时04分，监控中心监控到该男子盗窃学生饭卡，当即通知周边队员将其抓获。

顺利毕业，安全离校
盛夏渐至，又到一年毕业时。为了给自己的大学生涯划上一个圆满句号，保卫处在此提醒大家，毕业前夕，请注意以下几点：
一、饮食卫生须注意，暴饮暴食伤身体，毕业酗酒伤身体，文明离校树榜样。希望毕业生们文明离校，把离别的感伤化作奋斗的动力，实现自我的人生价值。
二、防盗意识要增强，随手锁门记心上。毕业生离校时，大家都忙于办理离校手续等，人员很杂，很容易给窃贼可乘之机。请大家妥善保管好钱物，包括报到证、户口迁移证、毕业文凭等证件等。出门随手锁门关窗，见到可疑人物，应立即报告门卫或拨打020-85220110，以免财物遭受损失。
三、招聘择业固然忙，防骗意识不可忘。就业存在一定难度，毕业生择业时要正确判断，冷静思考，不要被招聘广告中的诱人条件所迷惑，防止掉入传销组织以工作招聘而设置的陷阱。
四、用火用电别大意，火灾无情莫儿戏。毕业离校前夕，要特别注意火灾防范，不乱接电源、电线，不违章使用大功率电器，不乱扔烟头，寝室内不得有明火，以免发生火灾，后悔莫及。
五、交通安全要注意，时时不忘报平安。在乘车时注意交通安全，遵守交通法规，到达目的地后不忘给家人或朋友报平安。

（一）开头万能公式：
1． 开头万能公式一：名人名言 有人问了，“我没有记住名言，怎么办？尤其是英语名言？”，很好办：编！原理：我们看到的东西很多都是创造出来的，包括我们欣赏的文章也是8，所以尽管编，但是一定要听起来很有道理呦！而且没准将来我们就是名人呢！对吧？ 经典句型： A proverb says, “ You are only young once.”（适用于已记住的名言）It goes without saying that we cannot be young forever.（适用于自编名言）更多经典句型： As everyone knows, No one can deny that…
2． 开头万能公式二：数字统计 原理：要想更有说服力，就应该用实际的数字来说明。原则上在议论文当中十不应该出现虚假数字的，可是在考试的时候哪管那三七二十一，但编无妨，只要我有东西写就万事大吉了。所以不妨试用下面的句型： According to a recent survey, about 78.9% of the college students wanted to further their study after their graduation.看起来这个数字文邹邹的，其实都是编造出来的，下面随便几个题目我们都可以这样编造： Honesty 根据最近的一项统计调查显示，大学生向老师请假的理由当中78%都是假的。Travel by Bike 根据最近的一项统计调查显示，85%的人在近距离旅行的时候首选的交通工具是自行车。Youth 根据最近的一项统计调查显示，在某个大学，学生的课余时间的70%都是在休闲娱乐。Five-day Work Week Better than Six-day Work Week? 根据最近的一项统计调查显示，98%的人同意每周五天工作日。更多句型： A recent statistics shows that …
（二）结尾万能公式：
1． 结尾万能公式一：如此结论 说完了，毕竟要归纳一番，相信各位都有这样的经历，领导长篇大论，到最后终于冒出个“总而言之”之类的话，我们马上停止开小差，等待领导说结束语。也就是说，开头很好，也必然要有一个精彩的结尾，让读者眼前一亮，这样，你就可以拿高分了！比如下面的例子： Obviously（此为过渡短语）, we can draw the conclusion that good manners arise from politeness
and respect for others.如果读者很难“显而见之”，但说无妨，就当读者的眼光太浅罢了！更多过渡短语： to sum up, in conclusion, in brief, on account of this, thus 更多句型：Thus, it can be concluded that…, Therefore, we can find that…
2． 结尾万能公式二：如此建议 如果说“如此结论”是结尾最没用的废话，那么“如此建议”应该是最有价值的废话了，因为这里虽然也是废话，但是却用了一个很经典的虚拟语气的句型。拽！Obviously, it is high time that we took some measures to solve the problem.这里的虚拟语气用得很经典，因为考官本来经常考这个句型，而如果我们自己写出来，你说考官会怎么想呢？ 更多句型： Accordingly, I recommend that some measures be taken.Consequently, to solve the problem, some measures should be taken.（三）写作的“七项基本原则”：
1.长 短 句原则 工作还得一张一驰呢，老让读者读长句，累死人！写一个短小精辟的句子，相反，却可以起到画龙点睛的作用。而且如果我们把短句放在段首或者段末，也可以揭示主题：
As a creature, I eat;as a man, I read.Although one action is to meet the primary need of my body and the other is to satisfy the intellectual need of mind, they are in a way quite similar.如此可见，长短句结合，抑扬顿挫，岂不爽哉？牢记！强烈建议：在文章第一段（开头）用一长一短，且先长后短；在文章主体部分，要先用一个短句解释主要意思，然后在阐述几个要点的时候采用先短后长的句群形式，定会让主体部分妙笔生辉！文章结尾一般用一长一短就可以了。
2.主 题 句原则
国有其君，家有其主，文章也要有其主。否则会给人造成“群龙无首”之感！相信各位读过一些破烂文学，故意把主体隐藏在文章之内，结果造成我们稀里糊涂！不知所云！所以奉劝各位一定要写一个主题句，放在文章的开头（保险型）或者结尾，让读者一目了然，必会平安无事！特别提示：隐藏主体句可是要冒险的！To begin with, you must work hard at your lessons and be fully prepared before the exam（主题或者上面我们举过的例子： I cannot bear it.可以用短语表达：I cannot put up with it.因此可以这样说：I cannot bear it.That is to say, I cannot put up with
it or I am fed up with it.更多短语： in more difficult language, in simpler words, put it more simply句）.Without sufficient preparation, you can hardly expect to answer all the questions correctly.3.一 二 三原则
领导讲话总是第一部分、第一点、第二点、第三点、第二部分、第一点… 如此罗嗦。可毕竟还是条理清楚。考官们看文章也必然要通过这些关键性的“标签”来判定你的文章是否结构清楚，条理自然。破解方法很简单，只要把下面任何一组的词汇加入到你的几个要点前就清楚了。
1）first, second, third, last（不推荐，原因：俗）
2）firstly, secondly, thirdly, finally（不推荐，原因：俗）
3）the first, the second, the third, the last（不推荐，原因：俗）
4）in the first place, in the second place, in the third place, lastly（不推荐原因：俗）

建议：不仅仅在写作中注意，平时说话的时候也应该条理清楚！
四、短语优先原则
写作时，尤其是在考试时，如果使用短语，有两个好处：其
一、用短语会使文章增加亮点，如果老师们看到你的文章太简单，看不到一个自己不认识的短语，必然会看你低一等。相反，如果发现亮点—精彩的短语，那么你的文章定会得高分了。其

五、多实少虚原则

六、多变句式原则
1）加法（串联）都希望写下很长的句子，像个老外似的，可就是怕写错，怎么办，最保险的写长句的方法就是这些，可以在任何句子之间加and, 但最好是前后的句子又先后关系或者并列关系。比如说： I enjor music and he is fond of playing guitar.如果是二者并列的，我们可以用一个超级句式： Not only the fur coat is soft, but it is also warm.其它的短语可以用： besides, furthermore, likewise, moreover
