一、学生整体情况
期中考试结束了,我的成绩并不十分理想,我所任教的七年级2班有34人参加考试,我觉这次考试总体还不错,只有4位同学退步,其他都进步了,做多进步了年段23名次
二、存在的问题
两个班共性的问题很明显,成绩好的学生分不够高,两极分化较为严重,尤其在阅读理解能力和书面表达能力方面较弱,具体来说:
1、基础知识是我们平时教的重点,但是学生掌握不扎实,不能灵活运用。可能我们只让学生死记硬背一些单词和词组,由于学生能力的限制也忽视了将基础知识反复变化默写,举一反三。
2、学生的应变能力有待提高,不能正确写出单词的正确形式;每一单元都让学生背诵过一篇作文,一旦遇到考试时的类似作文,学生只会照搬照套,不能根据作文要求灵活变通。
3、理解能力不强,阅读理解失分较多,不能理解通篇大意,原因是词 汇量少,即使是平时默写过的单词一到考试时又不认识了。
4、另一方面,由于过多的强调了基础知识,忽略了对学生综合能力的训练。学生拿到综合性强的试卷做起来很不顺手,综合能力欠缺。还有,对句子的训练不够,学生英语学习的能力比较欠缺,平时训练少,学生在写句子、写作文的时候逐字翻译,“中国式”现象普遍,学习英语较生硬。

造成这种结果的原因是多方面的,从我这方面来看,主要是:1.在日常的教学当中,过多地重视教师的“教”,而忽视了学生学习的兴趣。2.对于个别英语底子薄的学生没有降低要求。

四、采取的措施:
1、进行趣味性,娱乐的教学,结合图片或实物讲解,提高学生的参与意识和学习兴趣,激发学生的好奇心,求知欲。
2、树立信心,多与学生交流,了解他们的精神世界,接近彼此间的距离,用自己的关心引发他们对这门课程的喜爱。
3、对学生学习情况的多加鼓励,激发他们学习的欲望,这样可以培养他们的上进心、自尊心及集体荣誉感,从而获得知识。
4、合理设计课堂,在适当的时候可以扩展知识点,用相应的练习来巩固所学知识。让学生多动口,动脑动手,达到学习英语的良好效果。

本次初一英语期中考试,主要考查学生基础知识和基本技能。包含了听力部分,题目比较灵活,涉及的知识面较广。我们年级学生基础偏差,甚至有7个同学到现在为止还不能正确的默写26个字母的大小写。

本次期中考试已经结束,但成绩并不十分理想。我所带的七(3)班整体较好,而七(4)班两极分化严重,两个班平均分相差2分,两个班不及格总共15人。虽然说试题简单,但是存在的问题依然很明显。面对成绩,谈几点自己的反思。
通过试卷分析,发现学生听力能力、阅读理解能力和书面表达能力较弱,具体来说:
1.学生的自控、自学能力较差,由于学生初次做听力试题,不知如何下手,因此,听力失分较多。在平时,我虽然一再强调听力的重要性,并明确告知他们仅仅靠上课时间练听力是远远不够的,而且从一开学就要求学生每天回家要坚持听磁带十分钟,但是学生还是认识不到听力的重要性,很难做到老师的要求。
2.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实,学生遗忘知识快,过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。
3.学生的应变能力有待提高,不能正确写出单词的正确形式;1-4单元,每一单元都让学生背诵过一篇作文,一旦遇到考试时的类似作文,学生只会照搬照套,不能根据作文要求灵活变通。
4.理解能力不强,阅读理解失分较多,不能理解通篇大意,原因是词汇量少,即使是平时默写过的单词一到考试时又不认识了。
5.不能熟练运用学过的句型。
造成这种结果的原因是多方面的,但其中最重要的两方面是在于教师和学生本身。教师方面的原因:
在本学期我在教学中尝试高效课堂模式,在教学中忽视了后进生的培养。有些环节往往由好学生一笔带过。给学生的讲解偏少,重难点知识的强调偏少。
其次,在日常的教学当中,过多地重视教师的“教”,而忽视了学生学习兴趣的培养。对于个别英语底子薄的学生没有降低要求。学生方面的原因:
1.学生懒。不愿背单词,词组和句型,不愿做题。
2.底子薄弱,对学习英语没有兴趣,上课注意力不集中。
3.个别成绩好的学生眼高手低,做题时不认真。学生整体学习习惯差,缺乏主动学习意识
在今后的教学中,我将继续抓好双基知识的训练,打牢基本功;引导学生梳理知识,掌握语法规则,逐步引导学生灵活运用英语知识的能力;培养学生上课时的听课习惯,要求学生全神贯注,要和老师同步思考出现的问题;讲课时,尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言。在平时要通过阅读,培养学生阅读多种文体的能力,如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性,同时,启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想,逐步培养良好的英语语感;设计全面、高校的课
