在教授这一课时,我积极倡导自主合作,探究的学习方式,充分激发学生的主动意识和进去精神。但是在学案的应用过程中,如何展示和检测处理上不清楚,学生口语表达不清,交际应用练习较多,占据时间多,本课容量较大,角色表演分配时间较少,知识点的分析较少,所以以后要注意各环节的时间分配问题,掌握好课堂节奏。

第一次课预习采用课前预习,课上书写检测的方式,占用时间较多,检查的不充分。经过同组老师的指导和讨论。第二次课 我采用的是课前预习,课前书写,课上小组合作汇报预习效果,利用多媒体课件采用头脑风暴的方式,预习基数词,每个同学都参与展示。

第一次课,语言输入我采用课件展示,学生说练,层次不够清晰,语言输出练习的少。经过组内老师的讨论和自我修改。第二次课对课件进行了修改,有输入输出的过程,层次明朗。
四、“我的模式我的课”今后努力的方向
结合本节课的教学内容、教学过程和教学效果的反思,在今后的教学中要注意以下几方面:
1、备好课。备课不是简单的将知识罗列或记忆,要遵循“充分整合教材、合理挖掘教材、有效拓展教材”的方针处理教材,不仅备教材,还要备学生,并预设教学中可能会出现的各种问题及解决方法。
2、充分发挥学生的主体地位。不要老是老师在上面不停地讲,‘填鸭式’教学,要充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,让学生参与到课堂教学中来,多对话,多表演,变要我学为我要学。
3、充分发挥评价对学生的激励作用,在授课过程中不同的学生给以不同程度的题,然后给予表扬,从而调动全体学生的积极性,使学生愿学。
4、做好预习导学,预习导学是导学案教学中极其重要的一个环节,它既能充分体现学案的导学功能,又是实现全体先行的关键环节为学生提供了一种适合学情的,有针对性的课前预习也是一节课成功的关键。
总之,教学工作是一项认真细致和需要耐心的工作,不能有半点马虎和敷衍。同时教学工作不仅要教给学生知识,还要培养学生学习的习惯和学习的能力。只有充 分发挥教师的才智才有可能胜任这份工作,希望我能在今后的工作中做的更好

浅谈新目标初中英语教学方法
初中英语是学生英语语言能力的基础阶段,学生语言兴趣的培养、语言基础的建立都有赖于初中英语教学,因此,提高初中英语的教学水平显得非常重要。
随着我国对外开放水平的提高,英语成为一项必不可少的语言交流工具,我国的英语教育地位也被提到了一个更高地层次。不光中学开设了英语课程,有的小学开设了英语课程。目前我国的初中英语教学普遍存在以下一些问题:教学方法比较陈旧、各地教学条件不平衡、师资水平普遍较低、教学班过大,语言环境少。针对这些问题,提出如下一些行之有效的对策。
一、英语教学方法的改革
把单纯重视英语的语音、词汇、语法学习、训练扭转到英语拼、读、写、听、阅读、交流等多层次的能力培养上来。
语言不是单纯的知识,而是技能,是交际工具。语言应该在运用中教学,在学习中运用。因此,不能单纯地按照传统的方法把语言肢解,只注重语音、词汇、语法这些语言要素,这样将导致“哑巴式英语”,学生对英语的兴趣也将大打折扣。英语教学应该注重语言的交流性、实用性、情境性、语言本身的韵律美。初中英语教学要着重培养学生对外语的兴趣、训练他们的口语、听力、阅读、写作等语言的各个方面的能力。
1.培养学生用英语交际的能力
要培养学生对英语的兴趣,本质上还在于语言本身的趣味性。语言的乐趣在于它是用于人与人之间的交流,所以,初中英语教学要以交际功能为主要线索安排教学,把英语的教学置于具体的语言情境中,在语言情境中穿插英语本身的语言语调、词汇、语法结构以及语体等。设置真实或者半真实的情境,让学生有充分的机会接触和使用英语,通过许多交际活动(比如扮演角色、信息交流、解决问题等)进行语言的交际训练,这样一来,学生就懂得了在什么时候、什么地方、用什么方式、对什么人讲什么话、什么时候说哪些话、不该说哪些话等。使得学生感受到运用所学语言成功地与他人交际的愉快,从而产生学习英语的浓厚兴趣。
2.重视语音,加强拼读训练
在语言学习的起始阶段要以语言教学为重点,加强拼读规则的练习,使学生比较快地具有读词、拼词、记词的能力。在掌握了较多的英语词汇后,才能循序渐进地进行英语句子、短文的阅读和写作。具体的操作方法是,每个单元都要划出重点识记词汇,在单元第一节课教本单元单词的拼、写、翻译,让学生对单词的拼读有了基本的训练,在单元结束后,要组织学生进行听写训练,巩固对单词的拼写、理解、记忆。
3.采用多种教学手段来组织教学
单独一本教科书难以全面反应语言的功能,需要辅助的教学工具,比如练习册、阅读训练、视听教材、影像资料、幻灯片、图片等。这样,可以增加学生的阅读量、减少生词率,提高语言的复现率,让学生多方面、多层次地接触英语。而且,初中生喜欢切合他们实际生活,适合他们心理和生理发展特点的图文并茂、形式多样、有吸引力的教学方式。所以,教学手段要力求丰富、生动、有趣,易于理解、接收。值得一提的是英语版本的电影,可以通过让学生观看原汁原味的英语电影,了解外国的传统文化、生活习惯、说话方式和语调等。这样一来,学生会对纯正的英语口语进行模仿学习,并运用到实际的交流当中去,在不知不觉间,学生对英语的兴趣在提升。
4.要有配套的教学用书
教师有了系统化的教学用书,才能对教什么、怎么教、教学的方法、步骤都有比较深刻的了解,在老师明白这些基本的教学理念之后,才能带领学生进入英语的语言王国。行之有效的教学理念可以让学生少走弯路,教学思路清晰,学习目标明确。
二、各地英语教学条件的改善
英语的教学条件比其他的学科要求更高,需要有语音室,训练学生的听力,要有多媒体,方便学生观看影视资料。目前,我国的各地初中基本上具备了这些英语教学设备,然而,在广大的农村地区,用于英语教学用的电子设备还不完善。这就需要政策的倾斜,教育部要加大对农村初中英语的教育投入,改善他们的教学环境,让每个农村的初中生的英语水平不输在起跑线上,从而拉近与城市的学生的语言能力,要最大能力地实现教育公平化。
三、提高英语教师队伍的师资力量
提高英语教师的学历层次,目前,英语教师的队伍庞大,但水平却参差不齐,有中学毕业的,有专科、本科毕业的,有兼职的、有代课的,究其原因,还在于对英语教学的不重视。英语教学对教师的要求较高,没有一个好的英语老师,学生的语言面貌将很难提升。因此,要严把英语教学中的教师入口关,原则上只有本科或者本科学历以上的才能进入初中英语教学队伍。要加大人才引进制度,进一步完善引进人才的优惠政策,积极引进有才华的、有真正英语教学能力的英语教师,如果条件足够,可以请外教来担任英语教师。另外,要加大教学投入,提高英语教师的地位和待遇,在教学、科研等方面为教师提供方便,为教师营造良好的学术环境、工作环境和生活环境。
1.采用小组教学的方法
改善教学班过大的问题。语言的教学重视一对一的交流性,但是由于我国的人口比较多,我国的教学班普遍过大,少则三十多个人,多则八九十个人,这样一来,教师很难兼顾每一个学生的语音面貌,有针对性地进行教学辅导。一个行之有效的方法是采用小组教学,把学生分成若干个小组,选出小组长,上课的时候分组作业,分组情景对话训练。老师抽查练习结果,提高学生小组作业的积极性,小组的组长要对本组的学生的基本情况把关,并汇报给教师,教师再有针对性地对学生进行辅助教学。
2.创造英语语言环境
我们平常习惯了用母语交流,甚至上英语课时也用大量的母语进行对话,这样一来,本来有限的语言环境变的更少了,而语言的教学又非常需要营造语言交流环境。因此,英语教学要主动地创造良好的英语交流环境。比如,上课时提倡用英语交流,不用母语,刚开始实施时会比较困难,但是久而久之,当这个英语的特定交流情境创建起来后,学生会自觉地遵守并乐意执行。另外,英语角是一个非常必要的教学社团,平时的教学要兼顾英语的词汇、语法的训练,但是在英语角中,是纯粹的英语口语交流,营造一个浓厚的英语交流环境,有利于提高学生学习、运用英语的乐趣。

本节课围绕教学目标展开整个教学活动。由全班的热身,引入新课,到听力操练,再到小组对话,小组讨论,最后结束整堂课。在课堂上,学生们都积极地参与到学习活动中,并能积极地回答问题,积极地进行小组活动。就这点而言,学生在一定程度上做到了自主的学习和参与,从而为实现教学目标奠定良好的基础。
然而,通过这次系统培训后,我发现本次教学三维目标没有在教学设计上充分凸现出来,没有确切地写出知识目标,情感目标和学习策略。虽然自己会说只要自己心里明白就行,但是如果没有用文字充分表达出来,日积月累就会养成不良的习惯从而造成不良的影响。所以在以后的工作中,细节上还是要多加注意的!
在这堂课上,虽然学生很积极,表象看起来是很懂了,但是最终能否实现教学目标呢?这才是最根本的问题。在这节课中,倘若单单只讲解几个生词和句子,那会很空洞无味。
这一课时还要求学生认识四个形容词性物主代词(my, your, his, her)。当然,在这一课时内,不可能要求学生立刻就完全掌握其用法,但是至少要让学生明白,“我的,你的,他的,她的”是如何表达的。所以课堂上还需多一点的单词练习,比如单词的英汉互译,句子的英汉互译。通过板书在黑板上,让学生去做,再集体讲解,这样不断的操练才能加深学生对新知识的印象。毕竟素质教育还是要面对考试。
因此,在以后的课堂教学中,不仅要操练学生的听说能力,更要锻炼学生的写作和做题能力!这样才能全面的做好素质教育和考试的结合!
