关于举办越秀区小学五年级英语能力竞赛的方案

为提高学生学习英语的兴趣和积极性,发展学生的学习能力,进一步加强对区域教学质量管理和监控,促进区域教育教学质量不断提升;同时,为配合广州市小学生英语竞赛活动的开展,让有英语专长的学生展示其才能,使学生的英语学习能力得到更好发展,区小学英语科拟举办2012年越秀区小学五年级英语能力竞赛。
本次竞赛将参照广州市小学生英语能力竞赛的参赛人数,各校参赛学生数为市赛的两倍,具体参赛人数由区竞赛组委会根据2011年参加市竞赛人数来确定,总参赛人数约880人。本竞赛不收取任何参赛费用,并以学生自愿参与为原则。本次竞赛由各校英语科组织开展,竞赛时间为60分钟。竞赛过程必须严肃执行考场纪律,并在指定日期和时间范围内完成竞赛。
竞赛以听力、阅读和写作为主要形式,其中听力占30%,笔试占70%。本次竞赛的阅卷工作将由区教育发展中心小学英语科竞赛组委会组织进行,统一竞赛评价标准,以确保竞赛阅卷的规范性、公平性与公正性。各校在竞赛完毕后须将竞赛卷密封,并在指定时间内派员将密封后的竞赛卷送到区教育发展中心小学英语科(303室)。
本次竞赛设立特等奖10名,一等奖30名,二等奖50名,三等奖80名,同时奖励获奖学生的指导老师。区英语竞赛组委会将对各校参赛获奖学生颁发获奖证书。各校获奖学生和指导教师的名单将在越秀区小学英语学科网公布。
本次竞赛的具体安排初拟如下:
1.4月23日(周一)下午各校在区小学英语学科公共邮箱获取五英参赛学生名额;
2.4月30日(周一)各校在区学英语学科公共邮箱上报五英竞赛参赛学生名单;
3.5月17日(周四)下午各校派员到越秀区教育发展中心小英科领取竞赛试卷;
4.5月18日(周五)下午2:30~3:30各校英语科自行组织开展本次竞赛;
5.5月18日(周五)下午5点前,各校派员将竞赛卷密封后交到区教育发展中心303室;
6.5月25日(周五)区小英科在越秀区小学英语学科网站公布竞赛学生获奖情况。
7.5月28日(周一)区小英科对获奖学生和指导教师进行颁奖。

七年级英语能力竞赛方案
一、活动目的:
为提高我校七年级学生英语水平,更好的完成《英语课程标准》中关于英语的最终目标:提高学生英语综合运用的能力。同时让学生体验英语学习的快乐与成功。给学生提供一个展示自我的交流的平台,为今后自己的学习打下一个良好的基础。让学生在活动锻炼自己,更好的做好服务工作,培养合作意识。特举办七年级学生英语能力大赛。
二、活动内容及安排:
结合七年级上units1-6的主要学习内容和七年级学生实际情况,由七年级英语老师有针对性出好笔试竞赛题与口头作文。第一环节:笔试题型按平常月考题型。(不含听力和作文)第二环节:口试
口头作文:规定话题如my family,introduce myself等,进行抽签。规定时间,并给出相应的关键词。
第三环节:才艺表演。内容为:英文歌曲,英语绕口令,诗歌表演等。
三、比赛时间:
初赛时间:2017年11月16日 决赛时间:2017年11月29日
四、比赛地点: 初赛:各班教室
决赛:学校阶梯教室 五、参赛对象:
初赛为各班全体学生;决赛每班5人,全年级40人。
六、答题要求:
(1)在规定的时间完成测试内容。
(2)笔试采取闭卷考试的方式进行,要求学生使用蓝黑色笔答题,认真读题,规范书写。
口试比赛,口齿清晰,发音准确,语音优美,语速正常。

八、评选与奖励方法:
根据三个环节竞赛的成绩总分进行排名奖励。
1、团体奖:决出年级班级集体总分前三名;
2、个人奖:
(1)年级中一等奖6名,二等奖8名,三等奖10名。对获奖人员和班级颁发奖状和奖品。
请七年级各班英语教师做好赛前辅导工作,学生积极备赛。

一、竞赛项目指导思想
适应国家大力发展职业教育需要,按照高等职业教育人才培养目标要求,促进高等职业教育英语课程教学改革,培养和提高高职学生英语应用能力,展现高职学生英语口语表达能力与风采,激发广大高职学生学习英语的积极性。
二、竞赛项目名称
江西省2011年大学生科技创新与职业技能竞赛英语听说能力竞赛
三、竞赛目的英语教学服务于专业教学改革,服务于日益国际化、全球化的经济社会发展。职场需要具有较强英语应用能力,尤其是口语表达能力的专门人才。通过竞赛提高高职学生英语交际能力,并为高职英语领域的专家、教师和管理者搭建一个探索英语教学改革、交流英语教学经验的平台。
四、竞赛内容与规则
1.竞赛内容
竞赛内容包括两个部分,第一部分为已备演讲:从以下两个题目当中任选一题,写一篇500字左右的演讲稿,演讲内容根据以下题目自行拟定,充分发挥,演讲时间为3分钟。演讲题目如下:

第二部分为情景问答:问题为常识性、时事性知识或观点,选手现场抽抽取三道问题,由主持人念题。问答时间共为1分钟。(情景问答题待定)
2.竞赛规则
评委对参赛者两个比赛环节(主题演讲和情景问答)的表现分别计分。分数计算方法:去掉一个最高分,去掉一个最低分,取其他分数的平均分。平均分计至小数点后2位。

樊城区2011年小学英语优质课竞赛方案
各中心学校、片区中心学校、区直小学:
为搭建教师相互学习、相互交流的平台,促进教师专业成长,也为上一级优质课选拔推荐我区优秀选手,经研究决定在全区小学开展“小学英语优质课竞赛”活动。具体安排如下:
一、活动分三个阶段进行:
1、校内选拔阶段(2011.10.31——2011.11.5)
各校在校内全面开展英语教师相互听评课活动,并在此基础上推荐1名教师参加片区学校的竞赛。各校分管教学的副校长、教导主任、英语教研组长负责活动的组织。注意活动过程资料的收集:(1)、推荐教师的基本情况表、(2)、各评委的打分表、(3)、听课记录表。(此三表见附件)。活动结束后,将此三类表按(1)(2)(3)顺序排列,装订成一册,并于11月9日上午前报送至片区中心学校教学副校长处。
2、片区学校竞赛阶段(2011.11.9——2011.11.16)
本阶段竞赛按8个片区分片进行。片区竞赛所在学校分管教学副校长、教导主任、片区竞赛所在学校根据报送的参赛教师人数,安排相应的课次。按照本校教学进度安排11月16日上课内容和顺序,以便选手提前备课。11月9日下午召集参赛选手抽签决定各自的讲课内容和顺序。各节上、下课的时间以片区竞赛所在学校正常的课表时间为准,每节课的时间为40分钟。片区竞赛所在学校安排好教室和必要的教学设备(多媒体设备、录音机等)。教学用录音带由选手自备,并提前倒至所需位置。
评委的组成和评审工作:讲课时间定为11月16日。凡有参赛选手的学校,另选派1名教师担任评委。评审工作时间为一个工作日。评审工作未结束,评委不得中途离开。评审时,评委所在学校选手讲课时,该评委回避,即不参加打分。打分时,评委要认真区别选手讲课的质量,不得对两位选手打出相同的分数。打分按优(90分以上)、良(76-89分)、中(60-75分)、差(60分以下)四等打分、定级。竞赛结束后,评委组选出1名记录员。记录员登录各评委对各选手讲课打分情况,并督促各评委签字确认。登录完毕后,记录员计算出选手平均分,并填写名次。其他评委可以验算、核对。如出现第一名并列情况,各评委要对并列第一各的选手进行再次打分,最终只确定一个第一名。
此阶段活动结束后,片区竞赛所在学校的评委收集齐活动的过程材料(听课记录表、各评委打分、签字表)交片片区竞赛所在学校教导主任。由教导主任于11月17日,将材料报送区教研室张才轶处。
3、区级竞赛阶段(2011.11.18——2011.11.24)
区教研室根据学校上课进度安排11月23——24日讲课内容和讲课顺序。参赛选手于11月18日上午到区教研室抽签决定讲课内容和顺序,并提前备课。
竞赛于11月23日——24日进行,地点在长虹路小学多媒体教室。此阶段分2组进行,23日为一组,24日为一组。两组竞赛产生的优胜者,择日进行最后的决赛。具体时间和地点另行通知。
二、相关要求
1、选手要认真备课、反复锤炼。在课堂上贯彻新课程理念。严守纪律,按时上、下课。不得随意请假、弃权,这样会影响学校正常的教学秩序。
2、评委要认真学习评分原则,做到公正、公平、公开,客观打分。评审工作结束后,要收集整理好上报的相关材料。评委要善始善终,遵守作息制度,不得迟到、早退。
3、赛场所在学校要提供相关的设备和其它教学条件,安全有序地组织好学生入场、退场。
