一、竞赛命题题目 题目1:商务客人

某咖啡公司总裁一行到某地考察并计划开拓市场,当地某知名企业非常有兴趣进行合作,该企业为其在某酒店预订了房间,并计划在酒店的中餐厅和西餐厅宴请该总裁和他的助手(中餐宴请共10人,西餐宴请共6人),请针对此次入住和宴请设计接待方案。

题目2:旅游客人

德国某高校历史文化专业部分师生来到中国某城市进行有关中国传统文化的专题研究,入住某酒店后,当地文化部门在此酒店宴请部分师生(中餐宴请共10人,西餐宴请共6人),请针对此次入住和宴请设计接待方案。

题目3:休闲度假客人

马先生获得公司奖励的家庭度假游,他带领妻子和5岁的儿子来到某地度假,入住某酒店,朋友为了表示欢迎之情,在酒店的中餐厅和西餐厅进行宴请(中餐宴请共10人,西餐宴请共6人),请针对此次入住和宴请设计入住和宴请接待方案。

题目4:会议客人

某汽车集团是你所工作的某五星级酒店的协议客户,该集团决定在你酒店在酒店入住,同时举行年终总结大会,宴请和嘉奖集团先进个人和销售能手。(中餐宴请共10人,西餐宴请共6人),请针对此次入住和宴请设计接待方案。

二、竞赛说明

1.各参赛队根据所抽取的题目设计符合主题的前厅、中餐、西餐以及客房接待方案,对方案进行阐述,并实施中餐宴会摆台、西餐宴会摆台、中式铺床以及夜床比赛项目。

2.竞赛项目共分为四个部分:第一部分是接待方案设计、阐述及答疑。参赛队根据所抽取题目设计接待方案,该工作在各自校内完成,并于正式比赛前一天,上交电子版及打印版;赛时,各参赛队以PPT的方式对方案展开阐述,裁判进行提问,选手予以答辩,阐述方案时间总共为7-12分钟,选手答辩时间3分钟;第二部分是方案实施阶段,根据接待方案的设计,进行客房中式铺床、夜床、中餐宴会摆台、西餐宴会摆台项目的比赛;第三部分是英语口语测试,该项比赛穿插进行,选手在现场抽选试题,进行对话交流;第四部分是行业应知应会测试,该项比赛在正式比赛前一晚进行,请选手自备2B铅笔。

三、竞赛要求

1.根据国家旅游局颁布的《旅游饭店的星级划分与评定》以及《星级饭店访查规范》,接待方案要做到全面、规范、符合行业实际。

2.方案阐述阶段要求参赛选手能够正确流利的将接待方案阐述出来,并能够灵活应答评委的提问,能反映出酒店服务人员的专业能力和职业素养。

3.英语测试部分是测验参赛选手的英语沟通能力,要能准确理解客人的诉求,能够熟练运用英语交流。英语比赛采用考官与选手问答的形式。每位选手考试时间约为5分钟,每人需回答六个问题,其中中译英、英译中各两个,情景对话一个,专业知识问答一个。

4.方案实施阶段主要反映了参赛选手的专业技能,按照全国旅游院校饭店服务技能大赛的标准执行,同时能根据客人类型和特点在客房夜床、中餐宴会摆台和西餐宴会摆台项目中进行针对性的设计。

5.参赛选手的仪容仪表要符合星级酒店从业人员的岗位要求。

各高职院校:

为贯彻落实教育规划纲要,深入推进高教强省建设和职业教育大省建设,进一步深化全省职业院校教育教学改革,切实加强技能人才的培养,提升高职院校学生职业技能,根据《关于建立全省职业院校技能大赛制度的意见》(教职成〔2009〕9号),省教育厅、省经济和信息化委员会、省财政厅、省人力资源和社会保障厅决定共同举办2012年安徽省职业院校技能大赛(以下简称“大赛”)。现将《2012年安徽省职业院校技能大赛(高职组)方案》印发给你们,并就有关事项通知如下:

一、为加强对技能大赛的领导,全面提升技能大赛质量,大赛组委会将邀请有关专业教育教学和行业领域的专家组成专业委员会进行点评,并组织有关高职院校现场观摩。请各地各校认真组织好参赛工作。

二、高职院校经校内选拔后以校为代表队直接参加省大赛。

三、各地各校要以技能大赛为契机,加强学校实训基地建设,不断深化教学改革,特别要注重加强学生专业技能训练。技能训练和比赛过程中要加强纪律和安全教育,要求师生规范操作,确保安全,保证本次大赛顺利进行。大赛期间,学校要为选手和指导老师购买意外伤害保险和医疗保险。

四、大赛通知、相关附件、比赛规程、大赛动态将在安徽高教网(http://)“技能大赛”专题栏目及时发布。各有关高职院校应充分利用网络信息平台,加强交流,跟踪比赛动态,提高参赛组织工作的效率和管理水平。

2012年安徽省职业院校技能大赛高职组方案

一、大赛宗旨

举办省级职业院校技能大赛,是为了适应产业结构调整对高端技能型人才的需要,培养学生技术创新意识

及能力,充分展示安徽高等职业教育改革发展的丰硕成果,努力营造全社会关心、支持职业教育发展的良好氛围,进一步促进高职院校与行业企业的产教结合,推动高职院校校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式改革,更好地为安徽经济建设和社会发展服务。

省级职业院校技能大赛重在参与交流,同台竞技,共同提高。通过大赛活动,展现职业院校学生良好的精神风貌和娴熟的职业技能。

二、主办和承办单位

大赛由省教育厅、省经济和信息化委员会、省财政厅、省人力资源和社会保障厅等四部门联合主办;高职组大赛项目由安徽职业技术学院、安徽工商职业学院等14所高职院校承办。

三、组织领导

具体见《关于印发2012年安徽省职业院校技能大赛方案的通知》。

四、大赛时间

2012年4月7日-8日。

五、参赛对象

在籍的高职院校学生。

六、大赛项目

(一)高职项目

设测绘勘探、资源环境、电子信息、信息技术、工业控制、交通运输、物流、农林、食品、医药卫生、现代制造、石化、财会、国际贸易、新能源、外语、现代服务等17个专业类别的44个项目。省赛设置的项目全部为国赛项目。

各赛项组织单位可根据预报名情况自行设定各校报名限额,以确保赛事正常进行。赛项不足三个代表队报名的,取消该项目。

1.测绘勘探类技能比赛

比赛项目3个:二等水准测量、测绘计算器编程、数字测图

2.资源环境类技能比赛

比赛项目3个:水环境检测与治理技术、综采电气维修、瓦斯检查

比赛项目3个:电子产品设计及制作、芯片级维修与信息服务、物联网技术应用

4.信息技术类技能比赛

比赛项目2个:计算机网络应用、信息安全管理与评估

5.工业控制类技能比赛

比赛项目3个:自动化生产线安装与调试、智能楼宇安防布线与调试、智能电梯装调与维护

6.交通运输类技能比赛

比赛项目2个:汽车检测与维修、汽车营销

7.物流类技能比赛

比赛项目1个:现代物流储存与配送作业优化设计和实施

8.农林类技能比赛

比赛项目6个:农产品质量安全检测、植物组织培养、园林景观设计、新城疫抗体测定、农机维修、手工制茶

9.食品类技能比赛

比赛项目4个:热菜、面点、冷拼、宴席设计

10.医药卫生类技能比赛

比赛项目2个:护理技能、中药传统技能

11.现代制造类技能比赛

比赛项目3个:产品创新设计与快速成型、数控机床调试与维修、机器人技术应用

12.石化类技能比赛

比赛项目6个:总控、化学检验、仪表维修、检修钳工、橡胶作业、有机合成13.财会类技能比赛

14.国际贸易类技能比赛

16.外语类技能比赛

(二)承办项目院校

根据我省高职院校的专业优势、实训条件和前几年参加全国技能大赛获奖情况,经研究,决定由以下学校承办相关项目的竞赛:

1.芜湖职业技术学院承办“芯片级维修与信息服务”、“农产品质量安全检测”、“植物组织培养”、“园林景观设计”、“新城疫抗体测定”、“数控机床调试与维修”、“物联网技术应用”等7个项目;

2.安徽职业技术学院承办“智能楼宇安防布线与调试”、“自动化生产线安装与调试”、“机器人技术应用”、“服装设计”、“总控”、“化学检验”、“仪表维修”、“检修钳工”、“橡胶作业”、“有机合成”等10个项目;3.安徽水利水电职业技术学院承办“二等水准测量”、“测绘计算器编程”、“数字测图”、“水环境监测与治理技术”等4个项目;

4.安徽商贸职业技术学院承办“报关”、“现代物流储存与配送作业优化设计和实施”、“信息安全管理与评估”等3个项目;

5.安徽机电职业技术学院承办“智能电梯装调与维护”、“电子产品设计及制作”、“产品创新设计与快速成型”等3个项目;

6.安徽工商职业学院承办“热菜”、“面点”、“冷拼”、“宴席设计”、“英语口语”、“会计技能”、“中餐主体宴会设计”等7个项目;

7.安徽电气工程职业技术学院承办“风光互补发电系统安装调试”项目;

8.安徽邮电职业技术学院承办“计算机网络应用”项目;

13.安徽汽车职业技术学院承办“汽车营销”、“汽车检测与维修”等2个项目。

14.安徽矿业职业技术学院承办“综采电气维修”、“ 瓦斯检查”等2个项目。

七、大赛报名

本次大赛分为预报名和正式报名。预报名请登录安徽高教网下载预报名表(附件1),填写后在3月8日前将电子版报送ahgzjy@ahedu.gov.cn。正式报名时间为3月22日—25日,各校请登陆安徽高教网高职技能大赛专栏填报。网报期间,允许更改报名信息;超过截止日期,不允许更改。参赛选手参赛时需携带学生证、身份证和选手报名表(附件2)交由赛项组织单位查验。

各院校应指定1名负责人任赛项领队,全权负责参赛事务的组织、协调和领导工作。

八、大赛竞赛规程

各承办高校编写大赛规程等具体信息要密切关注全国职业院校技能大赛官方网站,尽可能将全国职业院校技能大赛各赛项有关信息纳入省赛中。

九、有关费用

大赛不收取参赛费用与报名费用。大赛期间食宿统一安排,费用自理。

十、奖励办法

(一)参赛选手

每个竞赛项目设一、二、三等奖和优秀奖。前三个奖项数量分别按本项目参赛选手人数的10%、20%、30%确定,其余为优秀奖。对于成绩优异者,省教育厅将结合全国大赛要求组织集训,再遴选出参加全国大赛的选手。

(二)指导教师

辅导学生获省级以上大赛等级奖的指导教师,颁发证书,教育和人社部门在职称评定、骨干教师培养、专业带头人遴选和名师评选等方面,同等条件下优先。

(三)省级大赛按各代表队获等级奖的数量统计总分,项目一、二、三等奖分别计5、3、1分,总分前6名的颁发奖牌。承办院校和代表队按一定比例设优秀组织奖。
