adela写作文的兴趣复苏了，你“信”吗？——《哈利波特》读后感。中学老师教学方法总算走上了人性化的轨道，写作文，终结了小学老师强制式的冷暴力时代。现在，写作文，哈哈，想写什么就写什么！

9/30，老师布置了常规随笔，基本上每周一篇，题材篇幅均不限。adela趴在桌上奋笔疾书，畅快淋漓地表达了她对《哈利波特》的理解。全文无草稿一气呵成。

偶是今天才看到这篇小文的。这是偶第1次被孩子的作文打动。

偶和adela一样，完整地看完了一整套7本《哈利波特》。尤其是看到最后，惊心动魄，第7篇，偶甚至看了2遍以上。adela应该是全部看了3遍以上。偶一直以为，她不一定能够全部理解作者想表达的意图。但是今天，偶看到了，孩子长大了，能写出这样小有深度的读后感。

——《哈利波特》读后感

《哈利波特》这套书我在两年前就读过一遍了，今年暑假，我又读了一遍。我不是很喜欢阅读奇幻小说，但《哈利波特》除外。不仅仅是因为作者j.k.罗琳对少年们细腻的心理描写和跌宕起伏的情节。

贯穿七本书的故事主线说明过很多问题，有关于友谊和嫉妒；有关于不断探寻、不断追求的，看似虚幻的信仰；也有关于代代轮回，不断地因果循环。而我喜欢这套书的原因，是书中通过各种情节，各种描写表达出的“信”。

“信”，是什么？

对于主人公哈利，它是信念，是信心，是信任。七本书中，不断地“寻找”，就是为了心中燃烧着的信念。在第一集中，找寻魔法石的秘密；在第二集中，探索密室的奥妙；在第三集中，揭开教父的苦痛„„在第七集中，有一句话写：“现在为止，三个少年唯一的成绩，就是他们都还活着，读后感《你“信”吗？——《哈利波特》读后感》。”为了逃避伏地魔，何等不易，哈利从来没有轻言放弃；一次次的背叛、不信任，凤凰社成员的心仍然可以紧紧相依。卢平、唐克斯、韦斯莱夫妇、乔治、弗雷德、阿不福思„„无论他们在战斗中牺牲或幸存，遭到背叛或赢得信任，在魔法部、霍格沃兹接连垮台，看着自己的朋友、家人一个个离去后，他们依然“信”。不仅是信哈利（哈利一度连自己都不信了），也是相信光明的力量，信在天的凤凰永远可以压倒邪恶。

那么“信”，还是什么？

在伏地魔这边，“信”，可以解作“迷信”，我把它解作所谓的“命运”。就因为一个蹩脚的预言，伏地魔最终自我毁灭了。那为什么呢？因为伏地魔凄惨的童年让他太想赢了，太想报复所有似乎亏欠他的人，报复老天对他所谓的不公。因此他太害怕输，害怕死亡，害怕失去他不容易得来的这一切的一切，想铲除一切有可能阻碍他的东西。那阻碍他的一定是哈利吗？不然啊，这个预言只听了一半，只说能与黑魔王抗衡的孩子将出生在七月底，他的父母三次抵抗过黑魔王。这个孩子可能是哈利，也可能是纳威。那为什么是哈利？是黑魔王自己的选择，谁也不知道。伏地魔亲手将这个根本不可能变成了现实，经历了十七年后的致命一击，就是因为太信那所谓的命了。

在很多人的理解中，哈利波特的故事有一个团圆的结局，因为伏地魔终于死了。真是团圆吗？有多少人为了特里劳尼不负责任的预言牺牲了呢？这就不必再论了。

人需要信，也需要不信；需要信“我能”，需要不信“我不能”，不信命运会对任何人不公。伏地魔的痛苦是自找的，魔法界的光明也是注定的，就因为一个“信”字。

《哈利波特》是一本小说，一本值得回味的小说，虽然是虚构的，但要是真心热爱哈利，热爱这个不存在的世界，同样可以把来自九又四分之三站台的幻想留在心底，让它永远美好，陪你酣然入梦。看，那是猫头鹰在传书，召唤魔法世界的客人呢！你，“信”吗？

面对着一桌子需要处理的文件，你坐在电脑前，眼睛无神，四肢麻木，大脑呆滞?也许你应该好好放松一下，消除工作倦怠。娱乐方式不重要，最重要的是要保持心情。

4、永远觉得自己不够好

聪明、能干的你，一旦被擢升或授予重职，反而变得毫无自信，觉得不能胜任。这样的人患有“事业恐高症”，需要加倍信心，步向成功。

5、喋喋不休地抱怨

即使你在为工作上的种种问题而恼怒，也不要日夜抱怨。比如你在因长期加班而牢骚满腹，与其向人诉苦，不如去找上司，看看能否有机会改变你的处境。

6、工作狂

只要一停下工作就会全身不舒坦，做什么事情都觉得有些焦虑不安。如果这样，那就需要好好的对自己的健康做一下详细的了解，特别是现在这会，劳逸结合是健康生活的必须。

得了心理疾病怎么办呢？
