由于多种原因,学生个体存在着很多这样或那样的差异,比如智低、能力的高低、社会交际能力的强弱等,都使学生在各个方面存在着各自的优势和缺点因此我们教师就要去帮助那些优秀的学生更优秀、那些学习困难的学生克服困难迎头赶上。为此我制定了本学期学生辅导计划:

一、学情分析:

我班中心小学六年级(2)班。全班共有学生43人,其中男生 27 人,女生 16人。我班学生大至可分为两大部分。一部分学生对数学有上进心;有些学生的学习态度还不够端正;学习自觉性不够,上课注意力不集中;不能及时完成作业等;还有个别学生基础知识掌握不够扎实,学习数学有很大困难。所以在新的学期里,在端正学生学习态度的同时,应加强培养他们的各种学习数学的能力,针对这一现象,本学期的工作重点是抓好学习上有困难的学生的教学。在教学中,面向全体学生,创设愉快地教学情境,激发他们的学习兴趣,进入最佳的学习动态。

二、辅导措施:

(一)学优生:(主要有:张鑫,张白云,李济洪,岩龙,杨忠思,周关然陈程8位同学)

1、鼓励优秀生的自主学习。优秀生的基础较好,思维活跃,在课堂上表现

出较高的学习热情,积极举手发言,积极与其他学生配合,他们遇到的问题和困难,有时也会出现一些错误。要经常给予鼓励和肯定。培养他们大胆实践,不怕出错,增强信心。

2、鼓励学生质疑。要求优秀的学生在质疑的同时,能大胆地对问题提出不同的见解,不但培养他们发现问题的能力,而且也培养他们的创新能力。因此积极引导学生分析整理提出的问题,从而学会或引导学生提出重难点问题,提出创造性问题。组织成绩好的学生在课外开展提高性的自学小组,让学生互相讨论,互相启发,适当作一些指导。

3、在教学中渗透课外的知识。成绩好的学生,有一定的学习基础和学习能力,不满足于课内识,对掌握课外的知识表现出极大的兴趣和积极性。根据他们这一特点,教学时适当插入相关的课识,并与课内知识融会贯通。使他们在熟练掌握课内知识的同时,扩大知识面。尽量满足优秀生的求知欲望。

4、在课堂上创造一个让学生积极思维的气氛。设置一些有深度的问题,让学生在讨论中探究,鼓励优秀生解答难题。此时,采用分小组竞赛的形式,安排优秀生做组长,发挥他们的作用。

(二)、中等生:(主要有:袁庆,匡浩天,王发凤,李奥秋,唐静茹,曾浩,白明顺,李黑崩等)

利用课余时间,“因材施教、对症下药”,根据学生的素质采取相应的方法辅导。具体方法如下:

1、课上中等生板演,优等生订正。

2、安排座位时坚持“好差同桌”结为学习对子。即“兵教兵”。

3、课堂练习分成三个层次:第一层“必做题”—基础题,第二层:“选做题”—中等题,第三层“思考题”--拓广题。满足不同层次学生的需要。

5、每周进行简单测评,了解学生情况,建立学生学习档案。

(三)、潜能生:(主要有:岩养,杨耀袁,杨春伟,汤跃明,姚颖,岩公,玉香,周燕,刘彩,李灿等15位同学)

1、课外辅导。一有时间就叫他们,了解他们课堂知识掌握的怎么样。

2、发挥优生的优势,利用“一帮一”帮助他们在学校里,介绍方法让潜能生懂得怎样学,激起他们的学习兴趣。安排特殊座位,以优带差。

3、课堂上创造机会让潜能生多表现,让他们多动脑,动口,动手,体验数学学习不仅仅是在进行简单的字词句段,使他们爱上数学。

4、对潜能生实施多做多练措施;让他们牢固掌握基础知识。、采用激励机制,对学困生的每一点进步都给予肯定,并鼓励其继续进取让他们体验成功感。

5、充分了解潜能生现行学习情况,教给正确学习方法,使他们朝正确方向

发展;改善他们学习情况,提高学习成绩;对他们可以适当放宽一些学习要求:

如在该卷时,放宽学困生的扣分要求,提高他们的成绩;作业要求也可以分层,尽量简单好做。

6、成立一个潜能生小班,推选组长之类的“干部”,进行组内比赛,形成良好的竞争意识,促进学习的有效发展。让学生在心里建立要学习的意识。

7、及时与家长联系,协助解决潜能生的学习问题。

8、利用整理课、课后辅导等时间,对潜能生进行个别辅导。

9、定期做好家访,及进了解学困生的学习和思想状况,努力形成学校、家庭教育的合力,切中时机,“传情报”、“送喜报”促进潜能生的转化。

三、需要注意的问题:

1、必须优化备课,功在课前,效在课上,成果巩固在课后辅导。尽可能“耗费最少的必要时间和必要的精力”。

2、不歧视学习有困难的学生,不纵容优秀的学生,一视同仁。

3、经常与家长联系,相互了解学生在家与在校的一些情况,共同促进学生的作业情况,培养学习兴趣,树立对学习的信心。

4、根据优差生的实际情况制定学习方案。

名词专项讲解

A)、名词的数

我们知道名词可以分为可数名词和不可数名词,而不可数名词它没有复数形式,但可数名词却有单数和复数之分,复数的构成如下:

一)在后面加s。如:fathers,books,Americans,Germans,apples,bananas

二)x,sh,ch,s,tch后加es。如:boxes,glasses,watches,wishes,faxes

三)以辅音字母加y结尾的变y为i再加es 如:baby-babies,family-families,duty-duties,comedy-comedies,documentary-documentaries,story-stories

以元音字母加y结尾的直接加s。如:day-days,boy-boys,toy-toys,key-keys,ways

四)以o结尾加s(外来词)。如:radios,photos,但如是辅音加o的加es:如: tomatoes西红柿,potatoes马铃薯

五)以f或fe结尾的变f为v再加es(s)。如:knife-knives,wife-wives,half-halves,shelf-shelves,leaf-leaves,yourself-yourselves

六)单复数相同(不变的)有:fish,sheep,deer鹿子,Chinese,Japanese

七)一般只有复数,没有单数的有:people,pants,shorts,shoes,glasses,gloves,clothes,socks

八)单词形式不变,既可以是单数也可以是复数的有:police警察局,警察,class班,同学,family家,家庭成员

九)合成的复数一般只加主要名词,多数为后一个单词。如:action movie-action movies,pen pal-pen pals;但如果是由man或woman所组成的合成词的复数则同时为复数。如:man doctor-men doctors,woman teacher-women teachers

十)有的单复数意思不同。如:fish鱼 fishes鱼的种类,paper纸 papers报纸,卷子,论文,work工作 works作品,工厂,glass玻璃 glasses玻璃杯,眼镜,orange桔子水 oranges橙子,light光线 lights灯,people人 peoples民族,time时间 times时代,次数,chicken 鸡肉 chickens 小鸡

十一)单个字母的复数可以有两种形式直接加s或’s。如:Is(I’s),Ks(K’s)。但如是缩略词则只加s。如:IDs,VCDs,SARs

十二)特殊形式的有:child-children,man-men,woman-women,foot-feet,mouse-mice,policeman-policemen,Englishman-Englishmen B)不可数名词:

1.不可数名词: 1).不能直接用数字表数量 2).不能直接加a或an 3).没有复数形式 4).可用some、any、lots of、plenty of、much 修饰

5).可用“量词短语”表示 2.不可数名词的数量的表示方法:a / 数字+ 量词 + of + 不可数名词 : a piece of paper a cup of tea a glass of milk

C)名词的格

当我们要表示某人的什么东西或人时,我们就要使用所有格形式。构成如下:

一)单数在后面加’s。如:brother’s,Mike’s,teacher’s

二)复数以s结尾的直接在s后加’,如果不是之s结尾的与单数一样处理。如:Teachers’ Day教师节,classmates’;Children’s Day六一节,Women’s Day三八节

三)由and并列的名词所有时,如果是共同所有同一人或物时,只加最后一个’s,但分别拥有时却分别按单数形式处理。如:Mike and Ben’s room迈克和本的房间(共住一间),Mike’s and Ben’s rooms迈克和本的房间(各自的房间)

出示doctor,teacher, student, nurse 图片,让学生找出老师所说单词的图。

老师首先报:doctor.这个单词没学过,学生通过排除的方法找出医生。

老师拿着图领读 doctor, 抽读。

(2)出示单词卡片:doctor, teacher, nurse, student,让学生把卡片贴在相应的图下面,并拼读单词,正确的给相应小组加五角星。

3、Read the eight words together.(四)Play a game(巩固所学单词)游戏1:What’s missing? 把八张单词卡片贴在黑板上,静听老师说出其中七个单词,然后老师问:What’s missing? 学生立即说出没报的单词。同样的方法复习每个单词。

本课除了学习询问别人的职业,还有一个重要的句型就师学习询问别人的年龄.How old are you ?这个句型,学生学习起来,比较容易.大多数都能正确掌握.在展示这个句型之后,我又把后面的Fun house 部分的一个简短又有一定趣味的小对话提到本课来学习,进一步练习了这个句型.第四、第五课时

可以从相互问好开始,进而谈论到天气,教师可以通过自己的肢体语言让学生了解这句句子的意义。然后让学生尝试相互练习,也可以尝试补充一些其他的反意,例如:She is a good student, isn’t she? You like English, don’t you ? 说给学生听,让学生对这种类型的句子有一个初步的印象。

2.听录音,整体呈现对话内容。

(将挂图挂在黑板上,听2-3 遍)回答问题:(1).Who are they?(2).Is it cold today?(3).Who’s the woman in the red sweater ?(4).How old is she? Is she sixty?

本段对话的第一句It’s cold today, isn’t it?是个反意疑问句,是个难点,学生掌握起来比较困难.不过,每单元的E部分对话是对本课对话的拓展与延伸,分布了一定的新词,对于初学英语的小学生来说是有难度的.所以,在教授本部分对话的时候,只是对本对话的意思有一定的介绍即可,不对学生有很高的要求.在经过一定的练习之后,大多数的学生都能正确的读出对话.并了解其中含义.The Fifth Period

本课为每单元最后G部分 Fun house的教学内容.语句What do you want to be ? I want to be a/an „有一定的难度,不要求学生必须掌握句子的用法,主要是为了在操练句子的过程中对本课所学的单词和句型进行复习和运用.不过,在教授这部分的时候,不少学生表示他们将来想从事的职业没有包括在我们本课的单词里.针对他们这样的心理,乘机对关于职业的单词进行拓展.不必掌握,了解即可.Unit 4 Buying fruit

三、教材内容分析: 本单元的核心教学内容是“认物”,主要学习句子What are these/ those? They’re„。Book4A中已经出现What’s this/ that? It’s„句型。教学中教师可以采用以旧带新的方法,从单数句式引出复数句式,还可以通过单复数形式比较找出它们之间的区别。本单元主要出现了水果类单词,除lemons, strawberries, grapes三种水果是第一次出现以外,其余八种均在Book3A第三单元中出现过。教师可通过句型Do you like „? Yes, I do./ No, I don’t.的问答教授这三个新单词,并适当补充一些学生感兴趣的水果单词。本单元出现的是这些单词的复数形式,涉及到词形、读音的变化,是教学中的难点。教师可以对名词复数的词形和读音进行归类。

与本单元所出现的水果类单词紧密结合的是在商店里购物的常用语Can I help you? How many kilos? These or those?等。在教学中教师要注意创设购物情景,让学生熟练自如的运用这些购物的基本用语。另外可以根据学生的具体情况适当补充一些其他购物用语或让学有余力的学生课后去收集这类交际用语,以扩充他们的知识面、锻炼他们的自主学习能力。

2、能综合运用所学的日常交际用语。教学重、难点:同教学要求。教材内容分析: 本单元是复习单元,侧重归纳了本册第一至第四单元的主要语言项目。通过看图编号,说说讲讲,完成句子等练习,全面系统复习已学过的词汇、语法和交际用语。在教学中我们要对基础知识和基本技能进行扎实有效的训练,在复习的过程中要着眼于学生运、运用语言能力的提高。

由于本单元复习的内容多,综合性强,我们在课前一定要认真归纳总结前几单元的教学内容,分析学生的歇息现状,根据学生对语言项目的掌握情况,对所出现的词语、日常交际用语和句型进行扎扎实实的复习,用归纳、滚动的方法由点到面作巩固操练。操练中要尽量运用直观教具,结合唱、游、演、画等多种形式,激发学生兴趣,使学生缺有所补,强有所长,不同层次的学生都有进步。

Postscript: 本单元为复习单元,课本中设置了多有样的习题类型。对单词进行本单元是复习部分,所设置的练习都是前四单元中所要求掌握的单词或句型。在习题的设置上,以形象生动的图片为主,还有一部分习题,把前面所学的知识杂糅到一个题目中,如,一些对话题中,所出现的句子和单词不一定只来自一篇课文,考察了同学们对所学知识的让同学们在练习过程中,对以前所学习的知识有一个系统和整体上的感受。既有听力方面的练习,也有书写和说话的训练,方式很全面。
