各小学:
为提高我镇小学英语教师专业素养及教育教学能力,经研究,决定举行内坑镇首届小学英语教师教学技能比赛活动。现将有关事项通知如下:
一、比赛时间: 本次比赛分两阶段进行 第一阶段:
2013年10月22日举行评课、朗读比赛,上午8:00报到,8:30比赛开始。第二阶段:
2013年10月23日举行教学设计、片段教学比赛,上午8:00报到,8:30开始
二、比赛地点:内坑中心小学(请到庄师处领取签到表)
三、比赛项目、权重及说明
1、教学设计(25%):
参赛选手根据指定的某一节课的教学内容(课题现场通知),进行书面教学设计;要求以《课程标准》为依据,体现新课程理念,符合教学设计的常规要求。比赛时间为60分钟。
2、片段教学(35%):拟写教学设计稿后,参赛选手立即进入赛场进行片段教学。片段教学只能携带现场拟写的教学设计稿,要求根据《课程标准》的理念及教学规律特点组织教学,但不用多媒体设备,比赛时间为10分钟。
3、评课(20%):参赛选手观看所提供的课堂教学录像,以书面方式进行综合评价;比赛时间为60分钟(含观看录像及书面评价);要求根据《课程标准》的理念及教学规律特点进行综合评价,书面评价字数不少于500字。
4、学科技能(20%):参赛选手根据提供的素材进行现场朗读;比赛时间为5分钟(含熟悉素材及现场朗读)。要求语音语调自然、流畅、生动;发音标准、感情充沛、仪态大方。
三、报名办法:
请各校择优选荐一名教师参赛,于2013年10月8日将参赛教师纸质报名表(见市教师进修网站通知附件)加盖单位公章交至庄师处。
注:各校除参赛选手外,组织本校相应学科任课教师1—2名观摩学习!

关于举办2011年冷坑镇小学首届师生书画作品展的通知
为传承和弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化,丰富校园文化生活,展示我镇小学素质教育成果,促进教师基本功成长,经中心校研究决定,现筹备举办我镇小学师生书画作品展。望有特长的师生踊跃投稿。本次展览的主题为“传承传统文化,丰富校园文化生活”。希望通过本次展览能够弘扬校园书画艺术,提高师生书画创作兴趣。现将有关师生书画展的具体情况通知如下:
一、活动对象:
冷坑镇小学全体师生。
二、活动主题:
以“传承传统文化,丰富校园文化生活” 为本次师生书画作品展主题
三、作品要求:
(一)绘画类
1、国画(尺寸不超过69×69厘米)
2、素描、水彩、水粉画、儿童画(55×80厘米)
(二)书法类:
毛笔书法及硬笔书法(楷体、行楷、隶书任选其一)内容健康向上、富有新意构思、技巧上提倡创新,具有文化品味,内容以选取古诗词为主,字体不限,毛笔书法:尺寸40×69厘米或35×138厘米;钢笔书法:尺寸30×21厘米(A4纸大)。
四、其他:
1、交作品时间: 2011年12月10日前。
2、交作品地点:中心校总部(李荣真老师处)
3、展出时间:2011年12月中心校课题结题日
4、其他:本次以展览为主,不设奖项,凡入选作品统一发给入选奖金(教师毛笔书法、绘画作品30元;钢笔作品20;学生作品统一10元)
5、选送作品可以先不用装裱,经选出后再进行统一装裱。
6、教师作品:背面右下角用正楷注明作品名称、作者姓名、作者学校;学生作品:填写好作品名称、学生姓名、所在学校班级、辅导教师等。

1、各校要高度重视此项工作,认真组织落实。

Views of Language For a long time,there has been a lot ofdiscussion about how languages are used and learnt.U ntilthe middle of the twentieth century,many people believed that,in order to speak or write the best kind of English,you had to use complete sentences which were gram matically correct.People learning English wanted to learn to write and speak this‘Standard English’.They also wanted to sound like native speakers of English from the Home counties.Two thing s have happened to change these ideas.
First,English has become aninternational language and it is used as the main language or one ofthe mainlanguages in countries like America,Australia,India,Malaysia,Nigeria,Pakistan,Philippines,Singapore,South Africa,Zambia and Zimbabwe.
In these countries,different varieties of English have developed.People may pronounce Englishdifferently and they may use a different sentence structure from Standard English.Similar words mayhave completely different meaning sor they may not exist in Standard English.For example,in Ghana,people use the word‘trek’to mean‘walk’:‘I trekked to the shop on the corner.’‘Trek’also exists in Standard English,but it has a much more specific meaning than‘walk’(it means to migrate or to make a long and difficult journey on foot,carrying equipment and camping at night.But peoplespeaking local varieties of English have no problems communicating withother people who speak thesame variety.However,these different or local varieties of English can sometimes be a problem forteachers.Your students may be fluent in the local variety of English,but in order to understand theirtextbooks or pass their exams they may have to learn British English or American English.
Second,people need a common language in order to communicate with each other—for busi-ness,travel and social reasons.So,some linguists began to think more about how people actually useand learn to use language for communicationin real everyday life.

关于举办“2015教师教学技能竞赛”的通知
各教学科室:
按照甘教工发[2015]26号《甘肃省科教文卫工会关于举办甘肃省第三届中职学校教师教学技能竞赛的通知》精神,为了进一步增强我校教师专业素养,鼓励教师教学创新,提升广大教师的教学能力和业务水平,为我校参加省属中职学校教学竞赛选拔选手,由校工会牵头,会同教务科、教研室和相关教学科室,特举办本次教师教学技能竞赛活动,现将有关事宜通知如下:
一、竞赛目的及要求
本次竞赛以增强教师教育教学专业素养,提升现代职业教育理念为目的,进一步推进现代教育技术在课堂教学中的应用,强化教师的教学能力,提高教学质量,培养学生学习能力、实践能力和创新能力。
各科室要深刻认识教师教学竞赛活动在促进教育教学改革中的积极作用,认真组织本科室教师参加教学技能竞赛。并以此为挈机,为学校教师交流教育理念、切磋教学技艺、展现职业风采、共同学习提高创造条件,带动更多的教师钻研业务、提高职业素养,为优秀教师脱颖而出搭建平台。
二、竞赛学科
(一)公共课:设语文、英语、德育(哲学与人生、政治经济与社会、职业道德与法律和职业生涯规划四门课程任选一门)、数学、计算机应用五门课程。
(二)专业课:电工基础、制图、测量、煤炭综合利用、采矿技术五门课程。
三、参赛对象和名额分配
参赛对象为学校从事教育教学工作的教师,由竞赛课程所属的专
题报送校工会办公室。
2.参赛教师需在开赛前两天提交纸质和电子版教学设计。3.开赛前一天通过抽签确定本人的参赛顺序。
六、竞赛办法及奖励办法
1.聘请学校部分学科带头人、骨干教师为评委,对参赛教师的教学设计和现场教学情况进行逐项评审,综合评定参赛教师的最终成绩及获奖等级。竞赛成绩评定采用百分制,其计算方法为:教学设计15分+现场教学80分+教学反思5分=100分。
2.本次竞赛按参赛学科公共课和专业课各设一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名。

为组织好本次教师教学竞赛活动,特成立学校教师教学技能竞赛组委会。

评 委:竞赛前从学校专业带头人和骨干教师中按公共课和专业 课分别随机抽取抽取5-7人组成。
八、竞赛时间与地点
竞赛时间:2015年6月9日下午2:30 竞赛地点另行通知。
