一、指导思想:

通过本次复习,对朗文chapter1~chapter4的内容进行系统的梳理,找出学生存在的问题,做好查漏补缺工作,使学生的英语综合能力有较大提高。

二、复习目标:

1.通过复习,让学生掌握四个章节的基本词汇,对每个章节列出的二会词、三会词,都能做到正确的听、说和认读;

2.通过复习,确保学生能够理解所学课文每个句子的基本意思; 3.通过复习,确保学生能够运用所学句型进行简单的交流;

香港朗文教材一年级英语在我校实施情况阶段

性总结

2008年9月份,结合我校的实际情况,华南师大附小全面启用香港朗文英语教材《LONGMAN Welcome to English》。

《LONGMAN Welcome to English》的教学设计科学合理,它也融合了很多学科为一体,它与自然科学技术,美术和数学学科的知识贯通,相互联系。它的每个主题的选取符合小学生的身心发展特点,是小朋友熟悉,感兴趣的话题。每个chapter之间紧密联系在一起,上下内容重复性强,呈螺漩旋转的姿势不断往上加深。在不断重复,反复出现的内容里,学生能运用学过的知识来学习新的知识,极大鼓舞了学生的自信心。

《LONGMAN Welcome to English》这套教材分为12册,每个学期各一册,上学期为A册,下学期为B册。根据我校情况,2008年9份刚刚进入小学一年级的学生,同样使用《LONGMAN Welcome to English》1A的教材,至2009年3月份使用了1B的教材.在为期差不过一年的时间里,我们结合我校和学生的实际情况,慢慢摸索,在不改变《LONGMAN Welcome to English》的整体教学设计和编排大原则的情况下,对学生减低了英语的难度,帮助学生顺利的过度和接受这套教材。一年级在使用这套教材差不过为期的一年时间里(即使用1A、1B),学生学校效果显著。现对我校一年级实施,使用了1A、1B这两册书进行阶段性总结。

香港朗文教材根据小学生心理和生理发展的规律特点,以小学生

日常生活中的各个方面的体验经历为素材,选取学生最感兴趣的话题,创造出一个个真实的语言环境让学生去实践。课本中都包括了色彩鲜明的彩图,图文并茂,深受学生喜爱。教材中设计了大量的TPR.活动、表演、游戏、歌曲、小诗、歌谣等行动方式,将学生的身心发展和语言发展结合起来,让学生在课堂上通过实际行动来接受语言,体验语言,习得语言,并发展多元智能。

香港朗文英语从一年级开始就注重听、说、读、写四项基本技能全面培养。但广州的社会背景和条件和香港的情况不一样。刚从幼儿园入学的一年级学生无法从一开始就能达到朗文教材的教学要求和目标。根据这个实际情况,我们调整了1A的难度,目标定位以培养学生的英语兴趣为主,让学生初步感知英语,了解英语,激发学生对英语的热爱为重点。

2008年9月份至2009年1月份上学期1A的实施情况

(一)教学时间的安排

2008年9月份至2009年一月份上班学期,根据教学时间安排,我们用16周的时间来完成1A这册书,这册书一共有6个chapter及一个story,每个chapter包括A、B、C、D、E、F六个板块,A、B和E部分是chapter的重点知识,包括了单词和句型,教学的重点、难点。C、D部分是story和phonics。F部分小诗,歌曲或者游戏。每个chapter正常教学安排花两个半周时间来完成。

(二)26个字母的教学

由于学生是刚刚进入校园的一年学生,刚刚接触英语,大部分孩子还不知道什么是英语。而这册书的词汇容量对刚刚接触英语的孩子

来说,非常大。所以在教授新课的同时,也教授26个字母。为了帮助孩子能顺利的对英语有个过度的阶段,为了衔接好后面的教学,我们计划用一个月的时间(从9月份到10月份)新授chapter1 <>及认读26个字母。在教授26个字母认读的时候,老师大量输入单词,从单词里让学生学学习字母,即让学生了解字母的功能就是由无意义的字母组成有意义的单词,也让学生提前接触单词。即巩固了字母的学习也提前认识了一些单词,对后面教学中出现的单词做了准备,当学生再此遇到该单词,学生会感到亲切和兴奋,该单词他是认识的。

(三)学生从拼单词到拼背单词

从9月份到19月份,用一个月的时间让学生过度初步感知什么是英语,对英语感兴趣。也完成26个字母的认和读。从10月份开始,用2个半周时间教授其它cahpter,再用一个月的时间教学26个字母的书写,每个星期新授6-7个字母的书写。

每个chapter A部分有“words bank”,即本单元的重点词汇,也包括要求学生掌握的重点句型。每个Chapter A部分的单词要求学生三会,即学生能达到听、说、认。在教授26个字母的认读到书写两个月的时间里,老师在课堂上帮助学生拼单词,并要求学生回家定量练习拼老师指定的单词。

学生在刚开始拼单词时,大部分孩子比较难以进入状态,只有个别有基础的孩子能顺利的把单词拼下来,大部分孩子一开始做不到。经过两个月的练习拼的时间里,在学校课堂老师要求和帮助下,在孩子们回家积极的练习拼单词的情况下,大部分的孩子能顺利的把单词流利的拼下来。在这两个月练习拼单词里,在学校观察学生拼单词的情况和从大部分家长反馈的信息里,在这两个月学生拼单词的经励是辛苦的。这个过度学生比较艰难的度过了。从认读26个字母,学习26字母的书写到让学生学生拼单词,是两个紧扣的环节,学生最终能顺利拼下来,但很辛苦。学生能熟练的拼单词了,老师在给学生大量拼单词的练习下,鼓励并刺激学生拼背单词,鼓励学生把chapter A部分的重点单词里简单的单词拼背下来,并在课堂里给一定的时间并进行比赛。学生经过了看着单词拼单词这个艰苦的过度后,拼背单词对学生们来说,并没拼单词那么辛苦。大部分学生很快的把单词记下来,并流利的拼背了出来。

(四)学生的写

教授26个字母书写结束之后,老师在课堂上进行大量的巩固26字母的认读和听写。并定量布置学生26个字母书写的作业。在学生比较熟练的拼读字母和书写26字母的情况下,要求学生开始书写每个chapterA 部分的重点单词。

(五)单词句子的教学要求

每个chapter都有要求学生掌握的单词和句型。重点单词要求学生能达到听,说,认,和拼背的程度。句型要求学生能熟练的掌握,并能正确的做出反应和对话。

(六)Phonics的教学和朗文配套练习的使用

朗文配套的练习很丰富,包括有《listening skills》《Pre-task》、《grammar》、《Reading》。但教学时间有限及教学学生所达到的程度限制,只使用了《Listening skills》。这本练习放在了外教课上使用,同时外教也教授phonics。

学生在开学两个月初接触英语时,大部分学生表现出极大的热情,这跟刚开学课堂主要以歌曲,游戏等轻松活泼吸引人的活动形式是离不开的。有一部分的学生从害羞,比较害怕英语,不敢开口跟老师说和读转变到大胆,积极,主动,甚至抢着来说、读,这和课堂上老师的鼓励、激励、奖励制度是离不开的。

大部分家长对小孩学习了一个学期的《LONGMAN Welcome To English》效果比较满意。

2009年2月份至2009年7月份下学期1B的实施情况

(一)教学时间的安排

这学期教学时间充足,每个chapter安排用3个星期时间来完成,期间包括完成学生配套的朗文练习《listening skills》、《pre-task 》。

(二)单词、句型的教学要求

本学期在上学期的学习和铺垫下,学生对英语已经有了初步的掌握,在上学期的基本要求下,拔高了对学生的要求。

重点单词要求学生达到能听、说、读、写的程度。每个chapter新授完单词,要求学生能听写。学生需要抄写每个chapter A部分的句子。

句型要求学生能熟练掌握,并能迅速的做出正确的反应和对话。学生需要抄写每个chapter A部分的句子,能独立完成朗文配套的练习。

学生使用《LONGMAN Welcome to English》出现的问题

大部分学生使用《LONGMAN Welcome to English》后,教学效果显著,大部分学生都能轻松活泼的接受新的内容,教学效果越来越好。

但也有个别的学生很难跟的上《LONGMAN Welcome to English》的教学步骤。在每个课都有新的知识要接受和大容量和强度要接受的情况下,这些学生越学越差。班级里甚至出现了两极分化的现象,接受的了《LONGMAN Welcome to English》大容量知识的学生越学越优秀,但是跟不上的学生越学越差。

在朗文《LONGMAN Welcome to English》的教学摸索中,希望能总结、积累出更好的经验,来服务于华师附小的教学。
