教学设计理念
《英语课程标准》明确指出,学生的发展是英语课程的出发和归宿。所以使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略。发展自主学习能力和合作精神是基础教育阶段英语课程的主要目标之一。本着这一思想与理念,我在设计本课时注重创设语言情境,让学生在正确指导下习得语言,参与交际活动,从而体验学习英语以及用英语交流的乐趣和愉快感。教学过程
Step 1 Warming up
T : We have some guests in our class.They are our new friends , too.Are you happy ? Ss : Yes.T : Let’s say them to Hello.Ss : Hello, welcome to our class.T: Let’s sing a song for them.Ok? Ss : Hello song.(设计意图:听与教学内容有关的歌曲,多媒体播放有关交朋友的画面。创设生动活跃的教学气氛。在极短的时间内吸引住学生,给人一种“课伊始,趣已生”的感觉,同时与听课老师打招呼、交朋友也缓解了学生紧张的心里状态,并为学习新课做好了铺垫。)

I’m a compass.Which direction is it ?(设计意图:,教师借用直观的肢体语言操练所学单词,让学生在有趣,有意义的情景中进行单词教学。使单词教学避免了单一化,不让学生感到枯燥。课堂教学也可根据具体情况适当补充,扩充他们的词汇量,锻炼自主学习能力。)

Let the students choose a best student and a best group.Give the group and the student prizes.And then give the other groups some red stars.Tell them they made a great progress.(设计意图 :评价不仅仅只是针对语言技能单个方面,更要关注学习态度、情感、集体协作意识等方面,挖掘每一位学生的闪光点。)Step 5 Homework 1 Copy the new words and text.2Listen to the tape this lesson.3 Do a survey Surf the internet and find some famous man’s personal information.Then make a dialogue with your good friend.and please write it down if you can.(设计意图:作业为不同层次,不同需要的孩子提供了可以选择的机会,使每个孩子得到满足,体现了以学生为主体的教育思想。)
教学反思
本课教学对象是有一定基础六年级学生。由于平时注重拼读能力的培养,学习新单词并不难。根据本课的教学目标,我设定本课的中心任务是介绍所在地区的方位,了解美国、加拿大等英语国家的地理特征。这节课以“介绍新朋友Jenny”为话题,设计了丰富多彩的教学活动。课堂实施过程体现了学生“自主---探究---合作”的学习方式,师生合作、互动的教学策略,体现了学生在评价中的主体地位,体现了自主学习的特色,体现了《英语课程标准的精神》。一 激发兴趣,关注学生情感
英语教学不管哪个教学阶段都应始终在学生感兴趣的情形下来进行,尤其是六年级的教学,更应关注学生的学习兴趣。因此在本节课的教学中,我采用多媒体辅助教学,设计灵活多样的教学形式,如游戏、竞赛、歌曲等吸引学生参与,让学生在学习过程中收获成功,感受学习的快乐,刺激学生学习的深层兴趣。在单词教学中,我设计了看图猜单词,大大提高了课堂教学效率。根据学生的实际情况,我重点操练了west /east 及它们的六个拓展词。Suppose I’m a compass.我用TPR法,游戏response quickly 来巩固所学单词。利用有节奏的韵句chant,掌握重点句型,让学生感到又新奇又易记。而且将所学内容拓展到日常生活之中。利用发现法引导学生自己体会什么是否定疑问句。这样的课堂教学,学生有思有得,有得有乐,有乐又有趣,而兴趣就是学生学习的最好老师。
二 注重活动,倡导实践交流
在学习过程中从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与、和交流的学习方式,运用以课堂活动为主的任务型教学,让学生通过阅读、思考、猜测、调查、交流和合作等活动完成任务。体现了“Learn by doing ”,“ Learning by using ”的教学理念。运用多媒体课件播放课文录音,利用任务型教学让学生仔细倾听,听懂后熟读课文,然后在“Make a dialogue ”活动中,学生利用网络上的名人的个人资料获取的相关信息创编对话设置任务,并小组合作汇报表演。在完成任务的过程中提高了英语综合语言运用能力。培养了学生的团结协作的能力。
三 凸显自主,促进自主发展
学生是学习的主人,教师是学生的引导者,因此要让学生形成有效的学习习惯和策略.在课文教学中,我注重学生自学能力的培养,让他们进行小组讨论、交流、自学课文中的新单词和句型,理解课文内容.同时注重提高学生的“听、说、读、写”能力。通过仿照课文自编对话,让每个学生都有表现自己的空间,能自信的展示自己。最后作业 采用了自由选择的形式,更体现了以学生为主体的教育思想。本课在关注教学质量的同时,也关注了学生的心理,通过多样化的评价来缓解学生的学习压力。这样给学生一个公正的评价,使学生能得到收获知识的快乐。给学生降压,给学生减负,还学生一个轻松、明朗的学习心情。促进了学生的自主发展。
总之,在这节课的教学中,我始终以新课程理念为指导,充分发挥了教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用,使学生主动思维,大胆实践,在宽松愉悦的环境下轻松地学习,真正成为了学习的主人。

教学设计及反思
一、教材分析
Unit 11的阅读课以“Reduce,Reuse and Recycle”为内容,是单元教学的重点。本节课不仅延续了前几个单元的环保话题,更将此话题进一步深入讨论,通过阅读让学生明确爱护环境的具体做法。《初中英语课程标准》要求八年级学生达到四级目标,即能读懂简单文章,能尝试使用不同资源,从口头和书面材料中提取信息,扩展知识,解决简单的问题并描述结果,能在学习中互相帮助,分享学习成果。根据此目标的描述,结合本篇说明文的内容,以思维导图为载体进行阅读教学,同时鼓励学生在阅读过程中互助合作,以思维导图的形式展示学习成果,检验其对所读文章的理解。
二、学生分析
八年级学生思维活跃,已经有相当的语言知识储备,他们竞争意识、合作意识都很强,并喜欢在课堂上表现自己,展示学习成果。但他们缺乏阅读策略,信息搜集和整理的能力有待提高。结合学生实际情况,在教师思维导图的引导下,学生通过发散思维,自制思维导图,给更多学生表达、合作以及展示的机会,并在教学中积极传授阅读策略。
三、教学目标、重点、难点
教学目标:
①知识目标:学习本课重要的单词reuse,recycle,reduce,refillable,continue,breathe,improve;理解文章意义;掌握基本的阅读策略,通过阅读进行篇章结构的梳理,并能够以思维导图形式展示学习成果。
②能力目标:采用情境教学,思维导图,整体阅读,研读,问答,讨论等方法,培养学生的阅读能力,以教师为主导,学生为主体,任务为基础,多媒体贯穿课堂教学始终。
③情感目标:教导学生从我做起,从小事做起,爱护环境,增强环保意识。
教学重点:阅读篇章的整体把握和细节理解,掌握阅读策略,明确文章结构。
教学难点: 通过合作以思维导图形式展示学习成果,检验其对所读文章的理解。
四、教学步骤
1.师生问候,导入新课。
教师通过多媒体展示一幅思维导图,帮助学生寻找图中的构词规律,旨在通过加前缀构新词的规律引导学生写出已学以及预习本课后所了解的 “re”为前缀的词汇,从而引出seduce,reuse and recycle阅读教学内容。

2.跟录音机朗读课文。
设计意图:
①通过跟读,纠正学生发音。
②整体阅读,判断出说明文体,抓住文章中心。
3.自由朗读后,回答问题。
帮助学生进一步熟悉课文内容,问答同时逐步完善教师思维导图内容,针对开放性问题,积极发散学生思维,自制思维导图,小组展示。

作业二:让学生自己制作一个爱护环境小海报,培养学生的动手实践能力以及语言运用能力。
以上两项作业学生可任选其一,给不同层次学生更多的选择空间。

六、教学反思
本课通过阅读教学,让学生了解说明文文体知识,了解文章篇章结构,积累语言知识,并能够用思维导图的形式展示文章内容及脉络。很多小组在教师的示范引领下绘制出形象化、具体化的思维导图,他们将枯燥无味,冗长烦琐的英语篇章转化为轻松易懂的图片,从视觉和理解上帮助记忆和接受,这极大地提高了学生学习英语的兴趣,增强了自主学习意识。帮助学生成为独立自主学习的主体,更进一步为学生终生学习打下基础。但由于课堂时间有限,部分小组的思维导图展示不够具体、美观,有待在今后的课堂上,更多地让学生进行思维导图的绘制实践。

教学反思
时光如此匆匆,快升入初四了,进入了准毕业班的备战状态,还没有从紧张而忙碌的身影中走出来,就又沉浸在对英语教学的探讨中,这次做课,收获的远远比一节课的内容多得多。静静思索,沉淀一番吧。
这是一节语法课,首先是从本节课的教学设计和准备方面。经过我自己精心的准备,包括认真的挖掘教材,对教材的难点、重点如何处理,怎样更加合理的设计课堂活动的一系列的思考和调整。但上完了课还是马上就有遗憾浮上心头了。当我们用批判、审视的眼光看待自己的思想、观念和行为,并做出理性的判断和选择时,我们就是在反思,在实现自己思想观念、行为的巩固、完善和变革。首先是课堂气氛的营造、学生情绪的调动以及师生互动的配合还有不令人满意的地方。第二,对于问题的设臵还应在更加合理。另外就是教学活动的设臵应注意“求实”,多放手让生生互动的范围更加广泛、深入。更好的体现新课标鼓励培养学生探究学习、合作学习能力的要求。另外就是从课堂的教学过程方面。作为一名青年教师,我还是应该加强锻炼,尽量避免不必要的差错。另外,我还意识到应加强自身基本功的练习,避免给人过于随意的感觉。虽然在作课的过程中有一些意想不到的突发事件,就像我日夜兼程、废寝忘食才做出的能起到画龙点睛作用的课件,由于学生的紧张而没发挥作用,而导致对于课堂时间有些影响。但无论发生了什么样的事件我都始终坚信要用微笑感染每名学生,要将快乐的英语带给每名学生,要用自己沉稳的行动和坚韧的意志告诉给每名学生无坚不摧的意志可以战胜任何困难。
教师是善于反思的。虽然我不够优秀,但反思使我做得更好。“思之不慎,行而失当”反思意识人类早就有之。“反求诸己,扪心自问”、“吾日三省吾身”等至理名言就是佐证。而当今社会反思已成为人们的自觉行为,何况作为教师,在教学中也应适时反思教育的得与失,消去弊端,得教益。
