1．小朋友们，改革开放以来，我国的交通运输业迅猛发展，各种车辆来来往往，穿梭不息。为此，我们应感到高兴和自豪。然而这令人兴奋的背后，也给我们的日常生活带来了许多意想不到的不到的不便、烦恼和危险。能谈一谈你们的切身感受吗？

2．是呀，车辆阻塞，交通拥挤，交通事故时常发生的现象的确令人担心。在交通状况十分复杂的这天，交通安全已成为人们最为关注的问题之一。大家都期望自己高高兴兴地出门，安安全全地回家。那么，怎样才能保证自己和他人的安全呢？让我们一齐来学习第四课。

活动二．

（一）观察图片

1．出现的是谁？他站在什么地方，正在干什么？

2．你们觉得交警叔叔的工作重要吗？

3．你们还在哪儿见过交警叔叔，他们都做了些什么？

4．同学们对交警叔叔的工作真了解。交警叔叔的工作十分重要，就像交通线上的喉舌，起

到了不可估量的作用。他们用自己辛勤的劳动换来了千千万万个生命的安全。所以我们

不但要尊敬交警叔叔，还要――

（二）看图片，学习交通标志

1．但是，聪明的同学们也许明白在道路上除了交通警察以外，还有许许多多忠于职守、永

不下岗的交通警。它们是谁呢？请看课文第3小节。（指名读）

1．为了确保道路通畅，避免意外事故的发生，我国于1998年8月1日正式颁布实施了《中华人民共和国道路交通管理条例》。其中第六十三条和第六十七条明确指出了行人务必遵守的法规。

2．游戏抢答：看图能决定出下列行为的对错吗？

3．再请你们做一次交通事故小调查，查出事故原因。

4．假如你是一位小交警的话，你将怎样纠正这些错误的交通行为，并怎样进行教育呢？

教学内容：

《三字经》读本“融四岁”——“千而万”内容。教学目标：

1、能流利地朗读和尝试背诵这6句三字经。

2、理解这部分内容表达的意思。

3、熟读成诵《三字经》，感受其韵律美和节奏美。教学重难点：

重点：能流利地朗读这部分内容。难点：理解这部分内容所表达的含义。教学具准备：

【解释】汉代人孔融四岁时，就知道把大的梨让给哥哥吃，这种尊敬和友爱兄长的道理，是每个人从小就应该知道的。〖解读〗从尊敬友爱兄长开始，培养自己的爱心。要以友善的态度对待他人，就不应该计较个人得失，才会受到别人的尊敬和欢迎，也才会感受到他的温暖。

2、首孝悌，次见闻，知某数，识某文。

【解释】一个人首先要学的是孝敬父母和兄弟友爱的道理，接下来是学习看到和听到的知识。并且要知道基本的算术和高深的数学，以及认识文字，阅读文学。

〖解读〗孝敬父母，友爱兄弟是做人的基础；能文会算是做人的本钱。要做一个德才兼备的人，就必须这从两点做起。

3、一而十，十而百，百而千，千而万。

【解释】我国采用十进位算术方法：一到十是基本的数字，然后十个十是一百，十个一百是一千，十个一千是一万„„一直变化下去。

〖解读〗一到十看来很简单，但变化起来却无穷尽，算术这门学问越来越深奥了。几乎各个科学门类都离不开数学，所以必须认真地从简单的数目学起，为将来学习其他知识打好基础。

（可以借助视频使学生对相关知识背景进行简单的了解，视频至少播放2遍。）
