一·比赛背景:

辩论能激发个人的潜能,能提高对问题的审思,更能实现跨越灵感界线的沟通。校园辩论赛发掘和激励有才华的学生,为他们将来成才提供更为广阔展示自我的舞台,以此辩论赛为平台发掘人才为学校辩论队注入新的力量,提高辩论队的实力及水平。

二·比赛目的:

本届辩论赛主要为丰富同学们课余生活,活跃校园气氛开拓思想,体现大学生朝气蓬勃、积极向上的精神状态,培养发掘辩论人才,本着“公平竞争,力争第一”的精神,提高学生的阅读,写作,视听,演讲和其他能力,团队的组织和团结协作能力。活动宗旨:关注社会热点,追求进步,锻炼口才,发展自我。重在增进同学间的情感交流,集体精神及合作意识,调动同学们学习的主动性和积极性,为了丰富学生课余文化生活,加强基层学风组织建设,展现我系同学的良好精神面貌,营造健康向上的校园文化氛围,以高昂的热情和崭新的姿态迎接未来的挑战。

七·参赛细则:

1、各参赛队队员仔细阅读本次辩论赛方案,熟悉有关赛程安。

2、各参赛队于每场比赛开始前20分钟到达比赛现场,以利于组委会对赛事的统筹安排及各场比赛准备工作的顺利进行。

3、请在每场比赛之前做好细致的准备工作,以利于辩手在比赛中发挥出自己的最高水平。

4、遵守比赛纪律及比赛规则,服从大会工作人员安排,尊重评委。

5、如有不同意见,请赛后与组委会联系。

八•比赛前期准备:

1、报名方式: 以班级为单位,可自行组配人员。

九·比赛规则

(一)本届辩论赛分预赛、复赛、半决赛和决赛四轮比赛。通过比赛选出优

胜队参加下一轮比赛。比赛采用积分与评议相结合的办法。所有比赛

时间相同,具体程序如下:

1、主席致开场词,介绍该场参赛队员、评判团成员和比赛规则。

2、开篇立论开始,正反两方一辩依次进行,时间各二分三十秒。

3、公辩时间6分钟,每队各3分钟。

4、公辩小结,每队各一分三十秒

5、自由辩论8分钟,每队各4分钟。

6、反方四辩总结陈词,时间3分钟。

7、正方四辩总结陈词,时间3分钟。

8、评判团进行评判,工作人员计分作统分工作。

9、请本场的评判代表分析赛情。

10、主席宣布本场比赛各队的得分情况及最后结果。

11、本场比赛结束,退场。

注:每位辩手发言时间剩30秒时,将有一次笛声提示,当辩论时间用完

时,有两次笛声提示,辩手应立刻停止发言。

(二)公辩规则及自由辩论规则

1、公辩

① 质询者控制质询时间,可以提出与题目有关的合理而清晰的问题,并 ② 可以随时停止被质询者之回答。

② 公辩时间内,质询者应询问问题,不得自行申论或就质询所获之结果

进行引申,否则视为违规。

质询者自行申论或引申发言时,答辩者有权要求其停止。

③ 答辩者应回答质询者所提之任何问题,但问题明显不合理时,被质询

者得说明理由,拒绝回答。

④ 答辩者可以要求质询者重述其质询,但不得恶意为之,否则视为违规。⑤ 答辩者不得对质询者提出询问,否则视为违规。

⑥ 答辩者提出反质询时,质询者得要求其停止,并拒绝回答

2、自由辩论

① 自由辩论时间总共为8分钟,每队各4分钟。

② 自由辩论必须交替进行。当自由辩论开始时,先由正方任何一名队员

起立发言。完毕后,反方的任何一位队员应立即发言,双方依次轮流

发言,直到双方时间用完为止。

③ 在自由辩论时间里,每一位辩手的发言次序、次数和时间均不受限制。④ 当一队的发言时间剩30秒钟时,将有一声笛声提示,当该队的发言时 间用完时,会有两声笛声提示,该队应立即停止发言。

⑤ 如果一队的发言时间已经用尽,另一队还有剩余时间,则该队的辩手

可以继续发言,直到该队的时间用完为止。

⑥ 自由辩论是检验一个队整体配合能力以及每一位辩手实力的重要阶

段。辩手应充分利用这段时间,简洁明了地加强自己的论点,机智有

力地反驳对方的论点,如果流于空洞无物的攻击或有意回避对方的质

询及发言观点,或者出现语误、空场等情形,都将影响该队的成绩。

注: 各队辩手辩论中可将资料集中在自制卡片上,发言时以备参考,但不能宣读事先已拟好的稿件或展示预先准备好的图表或字

板,在自由辩论时队员可以相互提供发言线索。具体日程安排:

十·赛前日程安排:

赛前7天必须整理好报名表,并且分好组,赛前5天召开全体参赛小组会议,赛前四天公布对战组和各组辩论主题;赛前一天进行彩排工作,模拟各项突发状况发生的工作;决赛需要再进行彩排一次。(比赛日尽量安排在晚上、星期六或星期天,避免与课程冲突)

1、礼仪队(文艺部;负责联络与安排礼仪队工作,如:颁奖、迎宾

赛场布置(体育部;赛场包括讲台、嘉宾和领导座椅、亲友团位置、观众位置、计分场地、主持人进场退场暗门、选手候场教室、报分

十三·宣传工作(宣传部):

1、海报宣传:举办本次比赛;初赛、半决赛、决赛的通知,赛后的结果

2、横幅宣传:赛场横幅,场外横幅。(若资金充裕,可在个赛场打本赛场主题横幅,若要加赞助商广告,则由学习部配合工作,完成横幅)

3、电子宣传:QQ群,贴吧,校园网

十四·赛间工作安排:

1、计时计分、举时间牌等一系列牌子(学习部)

2、纪律维护(纪检部;若是多个赛场,则每个赛场2人,一人场内,一人场外)

3、摄影录像(秘书部;事先需要定点设置摄像机位置,要求全程摄影,特别是决赛)

4、后勤工作(生活部;内容有水、清洁工具等)

十五·赛后工作安排(决赛):

1、由礼仪队成员引导领导颁奖

我仍为生活中有时需要善意的谎言。当我们为了他人的幸福和希望而适度地撒一些小谎的时候,就算别人知道了事情的真相,也不会怪你,而是对你表示感谢,更多的是理解、尊重。如在{金色的鱼钩}这篇课中的老班长,在{别饿坏了那匹马}中的残疾青年。善意的谎言是出于美好愿望的谎言,是人生的滋养品,也是信念的原动力青年。

我认为生活中有时需要善意的谎言,比如上次哈尔滨的水污染事件,如果当时的哈尔滨的市长直接公布饮用水遭到污染,那么将造成全市市民的恐慌。而哈尔滨市长却不是这样做的,他是以停水为借口,然后让人紧急清理。谎言虽然是虚伪,不存在的,但加上“善意”这个词,人们有时也会接受。因为虽然这是个谎言,但它能使你受到伤害程度减少,或者能使你完全不会受到伤害。如在{金色的鱼钩}这篇课文,老班长在长征途中,为了让战士们能够吃饱,自己吃战士们吃剩的鱼骨头和几颗飘在汤上的野菜,不让战士们知道自己为了他们能吃饱,自己却瘦的剩下骨肉皮包。当战士们得知真相后,不但没怪老班长,反而还责怪自己没有照顾好老班长,使老班长饿死了。嗯,善意的谎言是美丽的,这种谎言不是欺骗不是居心叵测。当我们为了他人的幸福和希望而适度地撒一些小谎的时候,谎言即变为理解、尊重和宽容,而且具有神奇的力量,没有任何的不纯洁。善意的谎言是出于美好愿望的谎言,是人生的滋养品,也是信念的原动力。

善意的谎言是美丽的,这种谎言不是欺骗不是居心叵测。当我们为了他人的幸福和希望而适度地撒一些小谎的时候,谎言即变为理解、尊重和宽容,而且具有神奇的力量,没有任何的不纯洁。善意的谎言是出于美好愿望的谎言,是人生的滋养品,也是信念的原动力。它让人从心里燃起希望之火,也让人确信世界上有爱、有信任、有感动!善意的谎言能让人找到用笑面对生活的理由。善意的谎言,是赋予人类灵性,体现情感的细腻和思想的成熟,促使人坚强执著,不由自主去努力去争取,最后战胜脆弱,绝处逢生。善意的谎言能让一个患有绝症的患者绝处逢生,能给予别人一丝丝的希望。善意的谎言让人重拾自信,有时还能救活一个即将精神崩溃的人。

说到谎言,我敢说我们从小到大没有人没说过谎的.是的,人人都说过谎,只是有的谎言是善意的,而有的谎言是恶意的!善意的谎言,它的出发点是好的,是在撒谎的同时达到善意欺骗时,而不得不编造出来的谎言.一,善意的谎言是无碍于诚信的,先说说我们国家: 上世纪五十年代末,六十年代初,中国与前苏联发生争执,前苏联政府撕毁合同撤走专家,背信弃义的行为,使得我们的国家工业一度陷入瘫痪的境地,为了还清欠下前苏联的债务,毛主席当时号召国人大练钢铁,开展了史无前例的大跃进,当时中国老百姓没有人会知道我们的国家还欠着别人的一屁股债,以为我们的国家解放了,就会过上无忧无虑的好日子,但是党和国家领导同志担起了这副担子,那时国家领导对老百姓说的谎言是善意的,也是无碍于诚信的,当时中国老百姓在没有任何压力的情况下工作起来的干劲,创造了前所未有的奇迹.那个年代造就了铁人王进喜,而王进喜率着他的石油钻井队,打出了我们中国人自己的第一口石油井„..二,在说说我们个人,我在这里举两个小例子: 看过一篇电视报道,说的是一个老妈妈得了肾病,如果不换肾的话生命就会受到威胁,这时大儿子站了出来要求给妈妈捐肾,这可疼坏了老妈妈,老妈妈强烈反对,说要是这样自己还不如死了算了.没办法只能等待各种条件都比较匹配的肾源,可是要等到这样的肾源真是很不容易,儿子怕耽误了母亲的病情,于是和家人商量后,骗过了母亲.把自己的一个年轻的肾脏捐给了母亲,手术成功后家人还是瞒着这位老妈妈的,最让人感动的是母亲和儿子住在隔壁病房,妈妈是不知道的,当妈妈想见大儿子时,家人只是骗她说儿子去出差了,看完这个报道我被感动的哭了,朋友们,难道这样的谎言有碍于诚信么 一个得了白血病的小女孩,在她生命的后期,当医生问她最大的心愿是什么时,她说想去天安门看看升旗仪式,对一个生命垂危的女孩的最后心愿,医生和家长哪有不满足的理由呢但是因为她的家住在遥远的新疆,如果满足她的要求,医生怕女孩经受不住旅途的劳累,于是一个由2000多名志愿者和医生还有女孩的家人组织的集体编造谎言的活动开始了,从上火车到改乘旅游公车,一路上,从报站到服务员端茶倒水,甚至到旅客的交谈,都是大家有意安排的,最后来到了一个学校,在军乐队伴奏的国歌声中,双目失明的女孩以为真的来到了渴望已久的天安门广场,当看到她无力的举起她的小手向国旗的方向敬礼时,在场的人们全都流下了热泪,这次由2000多人组织的集体说谎行动,你能说他们善意的谎言有碍于诚信么 还有,好多老人身体不舒服也不肯第一时间让子女知道,为的是怕影响了孩子们正常的工作和学习!好多小孩子摔倒了疼了也说不疼,为的是让家长说他们勇敢!有很多成功人事背后默默奉献的女人累了,从来没有怨言,为的是让他们的丈夫能安心的把工作做的更好,为家少操一点心„.这样的例子在我们这样的有着悠久文明历史的国家里真是数不胜数,在此伊人不一一列举, 事实胜于雄辩,综上所述,他们都在说谎,但他们的谎言都是善意的,是无碍于诚信的„„ 善意的谎言无碍于诚信 “谎言”之所以称为“谎言”,是因为它是虚假的、不真实的、骗人的话语。一个人如果经常有谎言流与口中,从而去哄骗他人,久而久之,他便会失去人们的信任。就如同《撒谎的孩子》文中的那个孩子一样,每天都喊“狼来了”以寻求刺激、开心,而当狼真的来时,他只有一个人独立去面对,自己去承受,再怎么喊叫也无济于事,也不会有人再来帮助他。因为,可能来帮助他的人已经习惯了他的喊叫,以为又是他在“逗你玩”呢,可见,谎言有碍于诚信。但是今天,我们谈到的“谎言”,还有个定语——善意的,加上了这个限定词后,谎言的本质也就发生了根本的改变。“善意的谎言”是人们对事物寄托的美好愿望,是人们善良心灵的对白,是人们彼此之间相互安慰的一丝暖意,是人们心底里流露出来的一种柔情„„谁也不会去追究它的可信程度,即使听到善意谎言的人明知道是谎话,也一样会去努力相信,不会觉得说谎者的虚伪,有时还要从心里感激呢。当一位身患绝症的病人,被医生判了死刑时,他的父母、爱人、子女以及所有的亲人,都不会直接地告诉他“生命已无法挽救”,“最多还能在这个世界上活多久”之类的话。虽然这些都是实话,但是谁会那样残忍地如同法官宣判犯人死刑一样,向已经在病痛中的亲人以实情相告呢。这时,大家就会形成一个统一的战线,闭口不谈实情,而以善意的谎言来使病人对治疗充满希望,让病人在一个平和的心态中度过那残年余日。难道这会有碍于诚信吗!当一个不韵世事的孩子,突然遭遇不幸,失去了自己的亲人,该怎样向他说明自己的亲人到哪里去了呢。我们觉得最好的办法还是暂时不要告诉他真实情况,只是说到很远的地方出差去了,或者是在国外学习工作之类的。待孩子懂事了,有了一定的承受能力的时候,再以实情相告,孩子也会理解亲人的做法,不会因为没有早知真情而生气的。难道这样的话也有碍于诚信吗!当一个正在外地执行任务的军人的母亲病入膏肓,炎炎一息的时候,多么希望能见上儿子最后一面啊,但是,儿子是不能回来的,不能为老母亲尽一点孝心,照顾一下曾经为儿子操碎了心的母亲,他非常歉疚,也很是惦念。而老母亲非常理解儿子,告诉身边的亲人,自己走了以后不要告诉远方的儿子,不能让他分心,要说病情已经稳定,让他安心为国尽忠。难道这样善意的谎言有碍于诚信吗!所以,我坚持认为善意的谎言不仅无碍于诚信,而且还会极大地增进人与人之间的友谊和感情,对社会稳定亦有不可磨灭的作用。建议大家善意的谎言该用则用,跟诚信与否没有太大的厉害冲突。善意的谎言无碍诚信四辩陈词 主席,评委,各位同学,大家晚上好 一场严肃的辩论需要有一个严肃的立场。下面,我将就我方立场进行总结陈词。第一善意的谎言是出于善良的动机,以维护他人利益为目的和出发点。众所周知,矛盾有普遍性和特殊性之分,特殊性包含与特殊性之中而区别于普遍性。就其善意的谎言本身的性质决定它并非恶益,而是建立在内心之诚,之善的基础上,而恶意的谎言是为说谎者谋取利益,以强烈的利欲,薄弱的理性,把他人仅作为手段,不惜伤害他人的行为。本身善良的人在某种状态下“被逼”说出的谎言是善意的,这种谎言对主体来说是一种友善,一种关心。而心术不正的人,不管如何伪装,如何花言巧语,如何绞尽脑汁为自己恶意的谎言冠上善意的高帽,其所说的谎言都带有恶意目的性。显然,善意的谎言无碍诚信。第二善意的谎言是一种处世的方式,是一种替人着想的品质的体现。一个身患绝症的病人的亲友总是用善意的谎言将他的病情说的很轻,鼓励他配合医生治疗,相信在座各位不会因此而指责他们不诚信吧!相反是恶意的真实,一个俘虏在敌人的利诱下说出了己方的兵力部署,有人认为他诚信吗对敌人的诚欣就是对国家的背叛啊!广州脑科医院司法鉴定科主任说“说谎是人的一种本能,至于是否诚信,关键在与哪种谎言。” 一句在不直接伤害追求者基础上表达拒绝爱意的谎言;一个在盛情男却下而又不愿意使邀请者失望的表达力不从心的谎言在人际交往中是不可或缺的。它使我们更游刃有余的处世不惊,而不象一颗多棱的坚石,划的别人头破血流,自己也遍体鳞伤。可见,人与人之间需要一层保护色和润滑挤。自打从伊甸园被逐出之时,人们就不在赤裸相间而是围上树皮草叶了不是吗 第三善意的谎言虽然是谎言的一种..

(一)立论环节:

双方1辩立论、时间各为3分钟。(正方先发言)

(二)攻辩环节

1:正方2辩提问反方3辩、2:反方2辩提问正方3辩 3:正方3辩提问反方2辩、4:反方3辩提问正方2辩 注:提问问题不得超过15秒、回答问题不得超过1分30秒

(三)质辩小结:

双方1辩质辩小结、时间为1分30秒(正方先开始)

(四)自由辩论:

双方累计时间各为10分钟,双方必须交替发言,一方提问完之后另一方立即起来回答,一方累计时间到10分钟之后,另一方继续发言。(正方先发言)

(五)总结陈词:

双方4辩总结陈词,时间各为三分钟(反方先开始发言)

(六)观众提问:

观众可以向双方辩手各提问两个问题,要明确说出向哪一方的哪一位辩手提问。

for the Opening Opposition mentioned that the children’s choice is coerced.(She did not illustrate it in details.)

First we think that most of the parents would take care of the children, will think for the benefits of the children.If my mommy,my farther think that it would be too hard or great pressure for me to take part in this kind of Olympic Games definitely she will deny it.And the second the governments and parents are not so cold blooded as the opposition has decribed.They are not killers.They are not murders to push you forward just for gold just for sliver medal or something like this.They also consider the health of the next generation for a lot of officials we would agree that point is right.And the next harm proposed by the side is that the education harm will be brought by this side.It's ridiculous to hear that the future of this youth athelates will be totally ruined if they took part in the International Olympic Games.They claim that if they took part in the Olympic Games after they gained the medal.If they lose, they would have no future because they do not receive educations in this process in this so-called golden age but they forget that one of the status quos in China that most of youth atheletes both receive the physical training and the education at the same time.Ladies and gentlemen,even for those teams who prepare for the Olympic Games they have the limited amount of time to receive the education and the second response to them is that we are living in a society that calls for lifelong study which means that we do not only study during this period of time.We hear a lot of people who are successful even after the so-called golden age.They gain their knowledge through their whole life efforts just like Mr Lo who is not the debate professor in the very first beginning.And the third harm given by the society that what if they lose this kind of competition,they are going to face the huge pressure from the society,first we think it is immoral for the whole society to condemn a young and innocent athlete who took part in this international competitions for your country on behalf of China we think first place it is morally wrong.and we should never ask the children to make the change so better we our sugggestion is to encourage the whole society more tolrence and accept this kind of thing to happen.And the last harm given by this side is so called the physical harm and psyclogical harm.For the physical harm they mainly talk about the intensive training.ladies and gentlemen we do believe that for those athletes who want to win the Olympis Games there might be some kind of harms.It is just like those Korean injuries, for those interpreters their thraot tends to be bad.For those basketball players their ankles tend to be bad.It is what the sacrifice, and we do believe that it is the same with adults and young atheles.Once you strive for something,once you struggle for something,definitely there is going to be something that you need to sacrifice.Second that is based on their own willingness.We don't think there is anything wrong with this kind of things.And intensive training is actually could be better regulated if we pass this motion because the government will definitely in the this.which one? The spirit or the core issue about the Olympics games,what is that intergration of the whole world.Second the government select the best based on these criteria.Summary: Based on the two extentions the harm actually does not stand.And second the government stand on a high level.The government think the spirit of the Olympic Games call for the participation of the children.The government do hope to pass this motion.And last CG2 have a dream that one day the children could compete with adults and they were not judged by their age but by their performance.POI: we see this kind of sacrifice is not necessary,if you actually have the age limit, you can have those atheles to engage in the more gradual process of training instead of very intensify training in this case.Response : CG2’s next response to the intensive training is that even now on the status quo there are a lot of kinds competitions that will be designed for the youth, for the young people who are under aged to win this kind of championship,to win this kind of golds and silvers these youth will still strive for.But by carrying out you policy,you makes no difference.

活动名称: 第二届网络辩论大赛

主办:信息学院设计部

活动时间:3月22日(星期二下午)

活动地点:参赛者各自的寝室

活动背景:

随着网络的普及率越来越大,现如今网络信息的的传递越来越快,从某些方面来说,能够及时掌握信息就决定着一切。对即时信息的应用更是越来越重要。生活中越来越多的咨询都是我们通过网络来获取,它几乎无所不有,也无所不能。对于我们大学生来说,QQ,人人成为我们生活中不可缺少的一部分。我们的生活,大部分时间是在网络中度过的。怎样利用网络做更多有意义的事,而不是一味的消磨时间,早已成为我们大家共同探讨的问题。

活动目的:

这次网络辩论,通过我们平常最常用的软件QQ来进行,使同学们可以更加感兴趣并参与到这个活动中来,这种新颖的辩论形式可以免除辩论者口头辩论带来的羞涩,也不需面对面的进行口舌之战。但我们比的还是速度,信息检索的速度,思维的速度,打字的速度,当然还有应对能力和团队合作的能力。这次比赛可以使同学们通过对网络在活动中的应用来提高对网络的认识和兴趣,增强同学的信息检索能力,培养同学感情以及合作精神。同时也鼓励大家利用网络多做一些有意义的事情。

活动流程:

前期:

1.制动活动策划并进行分工。

2.制作报名表,宣传单,海报并进行宣传。

3.提前一星期请辩论队出几个辩题(辩题要求在网上没有直接的辩论内容),这几个辩题由部长保管,到比赛时才进行通知,以求保密与公平性。

4.提前五天邀请记者团来记录比赛事件或者自己部门安排人员进行记录。

5.提前三天邀请评委。

6.比赛前2天将辩论规则和比赛中的具体事项以及分组情况等内容发给参赛者,并嘱咐他们仔细阅读。(其内容以邮件形式发送,发送后会以短信形式通知参赛者)

当天:

1.比赛时部门安排好活动的秩序,主持人正确安排比赛。

2.一点15分正式进入比赛预备期,接下来的比赛参考比赛规则(专门成员计时,在群里有干事当裁判员,该干事改备注为“裁判”,在双方比赛时通知哪一方开始。比如说成词阶段正方一辩说了3分半时,“裁判”要发出信息要求正方结束,反方开始称述),严格按照时间进行比赛。

3.比赛完后请评委按照评分标准来进行评分,决定名次的高低。后期:

1.整理活动资料并存档。

2.发放证书和奖品。

奖项设置:

本次活动将评出一等奖,二等奖,三等奖各一组,最佳辩手一名,获奖组将获得证书和奖品。

经费预算:

证书:30元

奖品:200元

文印:20元

共计:250元

一、辩论规则

1、盘问规则

(1)每个队员的发言应包括回答与提问两部分。回答应简洁,提问应明了(每次提问只限一个问题)。

(2)对方提出问题时,被问一方必须回答,不得回避,也不得反驳。

(3)对方提问后,被问方要在2分钟前回答该问题并且提出自己的问题,若没有及时回答并提出自己的问题,做相应的扣分。

2、自由辩论规则

(1)自由辩论发言必须在两队之间交替进行,首先由正方一名队员发言,然后由反方一名队员发言,双方轮流,直到时间用完为止。

(2)在总时间内,各队队员的发言次序、次数和用时不限。

(3)在一方发言结束后,另一方需在3分钟内发言,否则坐相应的扣分

二、辩论须知

1:在随机抽取题目后,各队有15分钟准备时间

2:参赛人员不得中途退场,除非弃权

3:一次发言字数不得过多,过多则作相应的扣分

4:比赛时不得使用QQ表情

5:辩论进行时如果偏离主题,由裁判提醒并纠正

6:中途有意外,可以叫暂停,但时间不能超过3分钟

7:参赛队如果没能全队参赛,可以由一名参赛者担任两个角色(并由部门登记详细情况)

8:群内有人捣乱,则由裁判员提醒,不行则请出该群

10:严格按照比赛规则经行辩论

11:第一组在辩论时请第二组人员不要发表任何言论,第二组辩论时请第一组人员不要发表任何言论

12:不得截图

三、评分标准

1、论点明晰,论据充足,引证恰当,分析透彻。

2、迅速抓住对方观点及失误,驳论精到,切中要害。

3、反映敏捷,应对能力强,恰当把握辩论气氛。

4、表达清晰、流畅;层次清楚,逻辑严密。

5、幽默洒脱。
