参加学习培训的目的是为了丰富知识、增强本领,更好地立足岗位开展工作。在今后的工作中,我将以这次培训学习为新的起点,突出学以致用,提升三种能力:
一、勤学善思,提升学习能力
“上面千条线,下面一根针”。作为一名来自乡镇一线的青年干部,想要胜任本职工作,只有勤于学习,向书本学,向实践学,在干中学,在学中干,才能全面提高自己的能力和素养。为此,我要求自己坚持做到三点:

一是创新理念。以党和政府加强社会管理为契机,积极参与社会管理及创新。紧扣我镇“发展经济、改善民生、维护稳定”三大主题,切实增强大局意识、服务意识,着力创新基层党组织的设置和活动方式,深化社区、农村、非公企业的党建工作,继续扩大“两新”组织中的工作覆盖面。发挥妇联组织在广大妇女中的桥梁纽带作用,一切以广大妇女儿童的需求为出发点,维护妇女儿童的合法权益、组织妇女参与社会管理,做好“家”文章,创造一个和-谐的氛围,助推地方经济社会发展再上新台阶。
二是创新方法。充分发挥主观能动性,适时调整思想观念、思维方式和工作方法,学会以“斜见大、“吃透两头”,掌握政策、掌握规律、掌握实情;注重以点带面,把握方向,推动工作,不断提高个人解决复杂问题的能力和水平。利用基层党组织和妇女组织覆盖面广、群众基础好的优势,协助党委、政府解决影响社会和-谐稳定的突出问题,在社会管理创新中实现新作为、做出新贡献。

三、牢记宗旨,提升自律能力
作为一名青年干部,在日常工作和生活中,我要始终保持清醒头脑,牢记为民宗旨,坚持勤政廉政,树立良好形象。
一是强化理想信念。充分认识“做官先做人,做官先做事,做官为百姓”的道理,牢固树立科学的世界观、人生观、价值观和正确的权力关、地位观、利益观,努力做到常修从政之德,常怀律己之心,常排非分之想,常思贪欲之害。
二是强化作风建设。坚持以人为本、执政为民的理念,发扬密切联系群众优良作风,经常深入一线,走访基层群众,全方位了解情况,多角度分析原因,想方设法把难题解决好、把矛盾处理好、把群众稳定好。坚决服从组织安排,尊重领导,团结同志,踏实做事,诚实做人,力求有所作为。

1.指导朗读,语音,语调和语气并行
学生学习英语的目的是为了用英语来进行交际,说一口漂亮的英语就好比我们说一口漂亮的普通话一样,会让交际变得更加有英语范,因此新教材顺势提出了教学中要关注学生朗读英语时抑扬顿挫的音调和正确的语音。开始关注升降调,爆破音,重读等等,这是和之前的英语课堂上一个很大的区别,我想如果日积月累的坚持加以指导,孩子们必然会说出一口较为标准的英语,这是我在备课过程中的一大收获。语气由两个方面构成:一方面是一定的思想感情,一方面是一定的具体声音形式。包含有三个要点:其一,语气以内心感情的色彩和分量为灵魂、为神;其二,语气以具体的声音形式为躯体、为形;其三,语气存在于一个个有具体语境的语句当中。如果语音,语调是实实在在能用符号标注的话,语气便是一种内在的情感表达。比如课中当杨林问Helen要看看她的stickers时的开心和羡慕,要体验那种情感来读Can I have a look? 将会更加传神。以及Helen答应给杨林stickers时,那句Sure她的情感世界应该是孩子独有的大方,乐意。如果经常引导学生体验朗读,是不是会让已经标准的英语更加洋气,就好比普通话更有京味。
2、人性化的课堂
生活化的氛围
英语课堂带给我们的感受通常都是富有活力,热闹,趣味的。然而细细品味,课堂中似乎还缺少一种真诚,没有了人文色彩的人与人之间的情感交流,因而感动的课堂很少。对于成长中的孩子来讲,学习也是他生活的一部分,作为英语教师我们给孩子的不仅仅是英语知识,而是一种尊重,这样的尊重是要体现教师的真诚,备课站在孩子的角度,过程中我们都要想想这样的学习方式是否是孩子们愿意接受的,这样的活动在完成学习任务的同时是否是孩子喜欢的,你给予他的评价,鼓励要是真诚的。
之前我的课堂总是欢快的,学生的参与热情很高涨,感觉精致的一环接着一环。慢慢的我便思考热闹的英语课堂上其实首先应该是生活化的,应该有更多生活中的幽默,真诚,感动,这也是我要努力尝试的。
3.评价内容具体化,评价权利的民主化
英语课堂听的最多的是good ,very good.not so good。很多时候学生知道老师表扬我啦。可是表扬我什么了?我什么地方还可以更好,并不是很明白。在这节
课中我设计了具体的评价机制,金话筒奖,奖励能说出漂亮英语的学生;金耳朵奖,奖励那些听课认真的学生;金头脑奖,奖励那些会动脑筋,回答问题的学生等等,这样富有具体内容的鼓励会让孩子学的更加明白。课中有一孩子,上台表演时,声音很小。我同样给予他奖励,但告诉他表演时声音大些就更好了。我给了他两张sticker,告诉他声音小了点,然后再对他说我确信他下次表演时声音肯定会非常响亮的,他开心的点点头,所以给了第三张sticker。无论什么样的评价方式,切记不可打击孩子,尤其是初学英语的孩子。
