教材独辟蹊径，以全新的视角诠释和探寻商务英语日译的教学模式。与其他教材相比，具有以下特点：l.全英文编写，内容全面。既有口译技巧的讲解与练习，又有商务口译实践和语言文化知识的补充，融实用性、商务性和知识性于一体，具有强烈的时代气息，体现了商务日译教学的规律。

2.采用全新的编写模式。在DanielGile的多任务处理模式（EffortModel）以及厦门大学口译模式（XiadaModel）的基础上，我们根据日译的具体过程将日译教学分成译前准备（Preparing）、现场口译（Performing）和译后评估（Packaging）三个阶段，并将该模式命名为“3P”模式。在该模式的基础上，我们在技巧部分分别设置了准备训练（PreparingTraining）、解码训练（DecodingTraining）、记忆训练（MemorizingTraining）、编码训练（EncodingTraining）、协调训练（CoordinatingTraining）和评估训练（PackagingTraining）等六大模块。这六大模块构成了日译培训的一个完整体系。

3.借鉴并引进了英国职业教育的多维职业能力思想和美国的多元智力理论，创建了我国高职高专教育的多元化评估体系，即评估内容多元化，评估方式多样化，评估对象多元化，评估主体多元化。我们在借鉴引进国际先进评估方式和评估标准的同时，没有摒弃传统的知识性评价，而是将过程评价与结果评价相结台、现场口译与场景模拟相结合，采取了学生自评、组员互评和教师总评等多种评估方式，强调对过程的重视，从而营造出一个积极、公正、客观、互动的测评教学氛围，使学生由学习的被动者转变为主动者，更加看重平时的努力。

策划书

日语学院学生会秘书部

一、举办目的1、为了发扬外国语大学培养高素质，高标准社会型人才的教育理念，树立本院的学院精神，使之拥有良好的学习风貌和氛围，并在学风建设上更上一个新台阶；

2、为营造良好学习氛围，打造我校品牌学科，夯实素质教育改革的基础，现决定开展“商务现场口译大赛”活动。作为一次强调专业特色，培养现场反应能力的活动，将进一步强化和凝聚我院特色，让我院学生更深入了解真实商务工作环境，加快学生语言由知识型向应用性的过度，提高学生就业竞争力。

3、给广大学生一个展示自我、挑战自我的舞台，充分展现我院学子勤奋好学的优秀品质，并从低处出发，全面提高学院学术水平。

4、打造学院品牌活动。寓学于活动，将此具有专业特色的品牌活动影响力以日语学院为起点，扩大其在全院乃至全校的影响力，进而创造出一个全校共同学术共同进步的良好学术氛围。

二、举办时间

1、初赛：2013年4月22日(星期一)—4月26日(星期五)

2、决赛：2013年5月8日（星期三）18:00—21:00

三、举办地点

1、班级赛：各班自行选择(报名人数超过40)

或 配楼的两间教室（报名人数40及以下）

2、决赛：逸夫楼报告厅

四、举办方

日语学院学生会秘书部主办

体育部，宣传部，生活部，文艺部，礼仪队协办。

五、活动对象

日语学院大三全体同学

六、举办形式

分为初赛、决赛两个阶段。

七、具体流程

（一）整体安排1、2013年4月9日（星期二）11:40秘书部与协办方各部部长在M30

1召开例会，成立各个工作小组并确定各组负责人，分配好此活动各个

小组具体任务。（各部工作安排详见附表4）

2、2013年4月12日（星期五）前，各部部内开会，将任务细化，分配

责任到个人。将具体工作人员名单报给秘书部。

（二）宣传阶段1、2013年4月2日之前，秘书部针对大三各班宣传委员召开大赛说明会，宣传委员负责在班内宣传并负责报名。

2、2013年4月2日前，体育部在逸夫楼六楼贴宣传海报。

3、2013年4月29日前，体育部在运动场围栏上贴出决赛宣传海报。

（三）报名阶段

1、条件：日语学院大三全体学生

2、报名方式：

大三各班宣传委员统计（各班至少两人）：

将各班选的参赛人员姓名，班级，联系方式等详细信息投递到逸夫楼

三楼日院团委门前秘书部信箱内（2013年4月8日前）。

（四）活动阶段

1.初赛

（1）时间：2013年4月22日(星期一)—4月26日(星期五)

（2）地点：各班自选教室或多媒体教室（提前申请）

（3）具体流程：

根据报名人数情况，初赛分为两种方式进行。

*报名人数在40人及以下：

初赛将分为两组进行比赛，并在配楼两间教室同时进行。每组各选分数排名前五名的选手，共计10人进入决赛。评委由各班

班导师担任，选手抽签决定在哪组进行初赛。

*报名人数在40人以上：

初赛在各班进行，由本班班导师作为评委，找同一时间在班

内进行班级选拔，每班选出最优的两个人，共计20人进入复赛。

复赛在配楼教室进行，20晋10人

（4）比赛规则：

提前抽签决定比赛顺序，现场抽题，给选手与所抽题目相关的关键

词，根据涉及到的生词数量给予相应的现场反应时间（初步计划每个生词3秒），然后立刻3～5分钟进行模拟商务口译对话。

选出前十名进入决赛。

2.决赛

（1）时间：2013年5月8日（星期三）18:00—21:00

（2）地点：逸夫楼报告厅

（3）具体流程：

a.主持人宣布比赛开始。

b.选手按抽签顺序上场，现场抽题，现场大屏幕显示与选手所抽题

目相关的关键词，根据涉及到的生词数量给予相应的现场反应时间（初步计划每个生词3秒），然后立刻3～5分钟进行模拟商务口译对话。

注：每位选手比赛后评委立刻打分，由礼仪队工作人员收回评分表；

收评分表时评委对该选手的表现进行针对性的点评；

收评分表后工作人员立刻算分，并将成绩交给主持人；

一号选手赛后暂不公布成绩，待二号选手完成比赛评委点评后

由主持人公布一号选手成绩，之后以此类推。

c.评委商议，对整场比赛选手表现进行总结点评。

d.颁发星级证书及奖品，活动结束。

（五）题库需求：

题库难度相当，每套题控制在3-5分钟。

数量：初赛/初赛及复赛需要题库20套，决赛10套。共计30个。注：若报名人数少于40，则初赛启用20套题库

若报名人数多于40，则初赛启用10套题库（每班一套）；

复赛启用剩余10套题库

八、活动总结

1、在校园网上发出关于学生会秘书部举办该活动的相关报道。

2、参赛的选手在活动后的心得体会以文字形式（字数不限）交到秘书部。

宣传部成员整理后以展板的形式展示活动的心得及精彩照片。

3、秘书部例会上总结此次活动的成功之处及不足，为今后的活动提供宝贵的指导经验，以完善秘书部组织活动的能力。

九、备注

如遇特殊情况，活动不能如期举行，秘书部成员将及时做出告知，活动择期按上述流程举行。
