《商务英语口译》合格课说课材料

一.课程目标

本课程为专业方向课，目标在于课堂传授和训练，帮助学生理解口译翻译理论，掌握口译翻译技巧，能够用英汉两种语言，较为快速准确地进行有关国际商务方面的口头翻译工作如商务接待、商务环节、商务谈判以及国际贸易流程。除此之外还要使学生对于跨国公司的经营、中国和世界经济贸易及商务环境有所了解。本课程着重拓宽学生商务英语词汇量，增强学生的“瞬间记忆”能力，并提高口语的表达能力和快速反应能力。

英语专业的培养目标为掌握扎实的英语语言知识同时又熟悉外贸业务知识，具有熟练运用英语语言的能力和较强的外贸业务能力，能在外贸、外事、教育、文化等部门从事口译、笔译、教学、管理等工作的应用型高级专门人才。

该课程为培养适应社会需要的既能熟练掌握外语又能从事对外经贸工作的应用型高级商务口译人才打下坚实的基础。

二.课程内容

本课程分为理论部分和实践部分的教学，强调实践教学的重要性，课堂训练以信息量大、强度高为特点。本课程共36学时，由理论教学和课内实践教学组成，其中理论教学12学时，课内实践教学24学时。

理论教学主要以课堂讲授为主，需帮助学生了解和复习相关商务知识、口译员素质要求和口译员必备的“基本功”及介绍口译的技巧。课堂实践训练方法包括视、听译和单、双向的交替传译，主要利用不同主题不同题材文本或音频视频材料训练学生的实际口译能力。该课程是要求学生具备基本商务知识，要求学生先修《翻译》、《英汉汉英口译》、《国际贸易实务》三门课程，通过《翻译》课程，使学生掌握基本的翻译原则方法；通过《英汉汉英口译》使学生了解掌握口译的基本技能，而《国际贸易实务》课程使学生已对商务知识有基本了解，有利与本课程的开展。与本课程同时开设的相关课程有《商务英语阅读》、《商务英语写作》和《国际商务谈判》，这三门课程主要从商务阅读能力及商务书面和口头沟通三方面提高学生的实际能力，与本课相辅相成，使学生的商务英语听、说、读、写、译全方位能力提高。因此它们之间存在极其密切的关系。三.课程资源

本课程组负责人为王娜，主讲教师为王娜、罗莎和张妍。课程组负责人王娜的职称为副教授，硕士，有较强的教学能力和教学科研能力，近几年共撰写和发表论文十篇，主持省课题一项，主研市课题一项。主讲教师罗莎的职称为讲师，硕士，有一定的教学能力和教学科研能力； 主讲教师张妍助教，硕士，有一定教学能力和教学科研能力。本课程组成员均严格履行岗位职责，严谨治学，从严执教，教学效果良好，得到了学生和同行的认可。

本课程的实训项目主要在多媒体教室进行，课程共36学时，理论占12学时，实践占24学时。

本课程目前采用商务口笔译教材，浙江大学出版社出版的 阮绩智主编的《高级商务口笔译：口译篇》。参考教材有：

四.课程实施

本课程教学内容共分为二大模块：商务知识及口译理论技巧，口译课堂实训，总学时为36。第一部分为商务知识及口译理论技巧共占12学时。主要介绍商务口译理论知识及口译技巧策略,使学生对不同商务情景、专业术语、英语表达法及口译基本技巧有了解。重点和难点是口译笔记的技法，记忆策略及语言形式的特定表达法等方面的内容的学习。第二部分为实践环节，共占24学时。本课程侧重口译实践训练，以互动式的任务法教学，不断训练学生单双向听译和视译的实践能力。课堂教学主要采用互动教学法.实行“互动教学法”，就是在讲授每一个知识要点以前，由老师先提出问题，并向学生提示思路引，在课上让学生充分讨论，自己去探索解决问题的方法，使原本枯燥的教学内容在学生脑海里留下深刻印象，又扩展了学生的视野。

任务教学法则是通过课上课下给学生设置各种任务，各种场景，使学生不断训练课上所学知识和口译技能，从而有效提高学生的参与积极性，训练学生的实践能力。

教学过程努力扩大课堂信息量，力求把最新最具代表性的商务资讯传达给学生，并结合接受性学习和发现性学习的优势，增加师生活动，受到了学生的欢迎。此外，《商务英语口译》的网络资源十分丰富，各类电子图书馆可以提供大量的商务口译音频视频资料，作为对《商务英语口译》纸质教材的补充，为学生的自主学习和教师对教学内容的深化提供了良好的教学环境和平台。

五、课程评价

本课程是考查课程，对于学生学习效果的考核方式主要依靠课堂表现、学习态度，以及对于课程活动的参与程度。另外课程中安排两次测验和两次口译模拟听译测试，综合这些表现成绩，学生可以获得其课程最终成绩。

对于教师教学的评价方式，可通过与学生座谈，学生评教，督导组评教，教师互相听评课活动以及不定期网络沟通方式进行评价。

六.改革思路

2000年经教育部高教司审批的新编《高等学校英语专业英语教学大纲》明确提出了 2 1世纪外语人才为“复合型人才”的培养目标。新《大纲》所规定的高等院校英语专业人才的培养目标是 :“具有扎实的英语语言基础和广博的文化知识并能熟练地运用英语在外事、教育、经贸、文化、科技、军事等部门从事翻译、教学、管理、研究等工作的复合型英语人才。”同时《大纲》还规定了“复合型英语人才”的规格为 :“扎实的基本功、宽广的知识面、一定的相关专业知识、较强的能力和较高的素质。” 因此，《大纲》所提出的复合型英语人才应具备的“较强的能力”应理解为“较强的实践应用能力”。这与我院的培养应用型人才的办学定位完全契合，即各门课程应突出应用型人才培养目标在教学建设中的引领作用，并且应重视实践教学和质量保证体系建设。本着以上指导思想，《商务英语口译》的教学宗旨其实质是突破原有的教学模式,把外语教学和商务学科紧密结合,将知识传授和能力、素质培养融为一体,通过科学的手段,实现培养应用型、复合型的商务英语口译专业人才，针对这些问题进行整改。

七.改革措施：

高等院校商务英语专业口译课程的改革是当前高校教学和管理改革的一部分,该课程既有理论知识又有实践操作，根据我院培养应用型人才的要求，我们对商务英语口译课程提出了如下改革意见，以更好地促进英语专业的建设。1．教材的选用

在口译教材方面, 目前所用教材，没有配套语音材料，对于口译这样一门听说课程来说，这无疑是很大欠缺。拘泥于任何一种固定口译教材都不能很全面地体现口译的现场交际特征,不利于对学生交际能力的培养。所以确立主干教材同辅导教材并举的模式非常重要;而且,所选教材应当突出系统地体现实用性、时效性和灵活性的特征,比如,实用文献及口译场景实录等。这样,在一个自主的空间内,以口译技巧为主线,搭建口译训练的理论和实践框架,使教师和学生可以根据具体情况就训练过程中的每一个步骤在框架内灵活地使用相应素材,不仅避免了使用单一口译教材的呆板,而且可以生动地再现口译实践场景,促进了学生对实用口译技能的掌握。

2．教学手段

计算机多媒体和网络技术应当成为实施口译教学重要手段。口译教学需要一个比较理想的模拟现场交际环境,而计算机技术的独到之处恰好满足了这一需要。国际上,CALL技术(Computer-AssistantLanguage Learning,即计算机辅助语言教学)发展很快,在提高学生听说能力、交际能力、尤其是训练学生的口译能力方面有着传统教学手段无可比拟的优越性。计算机集播放、录制、投影、剪辑等功能为一身,可以将口译教学中的视、听、说、写、译五项内容融为一体,为学生创造出声像并茂,真实生动的语言环境。另外,采用计算机多媒体技术进行口译现场模拟,开展商务谈判、礼仪、接待、参观、访问等外事活动,不仅可以有效地调动学生,而且使艰苦的课堂训练生动有趣。成熟的网络技术便于信息的传达和反馈,使口译教学直接和方便。本课程随能利用语音教室，但其程度只限于教师 操控多媒体设备，这不利于不同学习程度学生自我掌控学习进度，从而也打击一部分学生的学习积极性。

3．课程评价体系的改革

为了加强本课程理论知识和操作技能的横向贯通，我们积极探讨教学考核方式方法的改革，并实施过程性评价的考核方式。我们的课程评价的考核施行既考核学生基本理论、基本知识，又考察学生的实践操作技能，平时成绩和现场教学实训、校内实训和校外实训的过程性考核方式，激发学生学习的主动性和积极性，使考核更能体现学生真实的能力和水平。商务英语专业应该在口译考试方面另辟蹊径,按照实用性和时效性的原则,以商务学科为框架,采用多种多样的形式演示口译现场,或直接参与商务口译活动。根据现场的表现,来对学生的口译能力(包括理解、反映速度、表达等)、心理素质、现场表现、职业道德等方面进行评估。
