4月18---19日泰州市教研室和泰州海陵实小精心筹备了“星光大舞台”活动。本次活动采取全封闭形式,通过三个环节:诵读、微型课和板书设计展现了英语教师的风采,也真实地显露了老师们身上存在的不同程度的问题。而再遇名师沈峰,更使我收获良多。结合这次小学英语教师技能大赛,就沈老师的点评,我提炼心得如下:
一、教学要讲究逻辑性。
这点在我们不少老师身上做得很欠缺。课堂上的每句话,每一个环节都应该是有逻辑性的。引导教学要自然,符合情理,不能生硬突兀,令学生费解。我想这是作为老师必备的基本素质,而恰恰为许多老师忽视。
二、教学环节要简洁明了,忌贪多冗长,拐弯抹角。
老师们在备课时,有时为了追求形式的多样,刻意设计教学环节,导致与课堂主题偏离,课堂效率降低,教学流程不清晰。沈老师强调要充分利用教学资源,顺着一根线走下去,而不是堆砌教学资源,走过堂。
三、关注学生,以生为本。
沈老师强调要关注学生已有知识和经验。这点我们从理论上都知道,备学生嘛!可是经沈老师结合具体的课例点评后,空洞的理论就变得明朗起来。在教学设计中,我们要了解学生已有经验,并想法激活学生已有的经验。在现实教学中,经常会听到老师在讲课时对着学生已熟知的知识在赘述。这样就不能激起学生的求知欲和对学习的深层兴趣。在教师提问方面,也要注意关注学生已有经验。学生能够做到的,要让他们主动去表达,而不是老师问一句,学生答一句。谈话的内容要以学生的生活为中心,这样学生才会感兴趣,才能拉近师生之间的距离。
沈老师还在板书设计方面做了具体细致的点评,让我们第一次对板书设计有了具体明确的目标。板书要简明扼要,忌面面俱到;要抓做重点;要有动态生成。
沈峰老师自1985年走上工作岗位以来,一直在小学中高年级担任英语教学工作。20年的英语教学经历,成就了她精湛的教学技艺。她是全国首届小学英语优质课比赛第一名获得者,是南京市唯一的小学英语特级教师,是全省小学英语特级教师中唯一的青年同志。多年来,她还相继被评为“南京市名教师”、“南京市十佳青年教师”、“南京市英语学科带头人”、“南京市优秀教育工作者”,连续三次获得区“中青年拔尖人才”称号。跟通常头上戴着许多光环的人不同,沈老师一出场,就引起了小学英语界几乎所有老师的钦羡和喜爱。如此广泛地被老师们推崇和学习,这种情景实在是非常罕见。沈老师是小学英语教学的实践家。大师身上有着这样一些可贵的品质值得我们学习:
一.朴实、纯真。
沈峰老师朴实无华,亲切自然,言行之中不掺杂一点矫揉造作。她的每句话都那么实在。听她的讲座和点评,你就像在和一个知心朋友在谈心。她丝毫不会为自己涂抹色彩,不会摆弄大师的谱儿。在点评时,沈老师事先并无准备,她也是边听边想,而基于时间原因,根本来不及整理。她没有把自己装成大师的模样,而是很实在地向我们说明。她的每一句话语都是那么朴实,她的为人注定她和下面的听众,和她的学生靠得很近很近。提到板书,她笑说自己是画什么不像什么的人,毫不掩饰自己的缺点。
二.睿智、幽默。
沈老师课堂上应答学生和处理课堂生成非常巧妙、得体、机智。沈老师还很注重学生创新意识的培养。在她的课堂上经常会看到学生不是那么中规中矩地回答和提问。学生都很有自己的思想和创新。这一切都是由于老师自己富有创新,富于启发,才能激发学生的创新思维。沈老师还很幽默,幽默的老师很受学生的欢迎,让我们听课者忍不住发出会心的一笑。
沈峰老师不是能歌善舞,鲜艳漂亮的美女型教师。但她的内在才能洋溢出无比的魅力,吸引学生们沉浸在知识的殿堂。这也为广大普通教师树立了成功的榜样。并非只有多才多艺的老师才可以成为名师,好教师。只要我们刻苦钻研,扬长避短,我们都可以做得很好!
